Abstract

The ethuasiasm of adolescents in Pekanbaru to development of the arts, entertainment, sports, education, and recreation is quite large. This is done by their desire to create and angage these fields to relieve stress and return after their activities. The pattern of social interaction with teenegers being joined with ‘community’. But unfortunately the potential and achievement of adoloscents in the community is not supported by the availability of space and the masses in accordance with activity needs. Taking the location of design at Jl. Naga Sakti, Pekanbaru Youth Center is present as a solution of activity and interaction of adolescent with Decontruction Architecture as paradigm and applying four of Daniel Libeskinds design methods namely Metaphora, Fragmentation, Void, dan Disorientation. The final result is the creation of a container that can accommodate and distribute their interests and talents, so they can be active and increase their social value.Keyword : Adolescent, Community, Decontruction Architecture, Youth Center

Abstract

Work has very important significance in human life so that every person in need of work. To obtain a job and a decent living is the right of every citizen, it is already evident in the set in Article 27 Paragraph (2) of the 1945 Constitution, namely: every citizen the right to work and a decent living for humanity. It is not all just hung to the government. Employers also have an important role in employment so that employment can be based on the full wisdom in all sectors. A company is obliged to see to it that the employees have the awareness to be responsible for the smooth progress, the survival of the company. Therefore in need of a labor agreement that connects between a person who acts as a worker or workers with a person who acts as an employer for the creation of a form of relationship that binds to perform an act in accordance with Act No. 13 of 2003 concerning employment.From the above information, the author makes some problem formulation in which the formulation of the problem is how the implementation of the agreements specified time-related wages in PT. Sakura Bumi Persada in Pelalawan Pangkalan Kerinci, what are the factors that hinder the provision of wage workers, how the efforts made by PT. Sakura Bumi Persada in Pelalawan Pangkalan Kerinci in overcoming delays in payment of wages.After this when in Act No. 13 of 2003 has been explained in detail about the rights and obligations of employers and workers, but why there are still many companies that are in default to its employees. Supposedly the company and its employees can be more concerned about their rights and responsibilities in conducting an employment agreement that the company and the workers were not negligent so as to create harmony which resulted in economic communities working in the company and increasing the better.Key Word : Employment Agreement – Company

Abstract

Pembelajaran remedial adalah memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk memahami kembali pokok bahasan yang telah diajarkan sebelumnya, Rendahnya hasil belajar siswa mengharuskan guru untuk meningkatkan proses pembelajaran, salah satu caranya yaitu dengan melaksanakan program remedial teaching. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan program remedial disekolah tersebut, mengetahui faktor-faktor pendukung beserta  penghambat pelaksanaan program remedial dan mengetahui solusi yang dilakukan guru untuk mengatasi siswa yang nilainya masih belum mencapai standart KKM yang sudah ditentukan dalam pelaksanaan program  remedial mata pelajaran IPA kelas VI UPTD. SDN 03 Pengarungan Kecamatan Torgamba Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas VIA, VIB dan VIC. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah: observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa program remedial yang dilaksanakan disekolah tersebut sudah sesuai dengan konsep yang ditentukan karena konsep dari program remedial adalah untuk memperbaiki nilai yang belum mencapai KKM yang sudah ditentukan.Faktor pendukung yang terdapat disekolah dasar yaitu media,mood siswa dan minat belajar siswa. Terdapat faktor penghambatnya yaitu pemahaman siswa yang berbeda-beda. Ada beberapa siswa yang masih melaksanakan remedial setelah ujian tengah semester.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the level of physical fitness of students at SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL Negeri 8 Palembang. To achieve the best results, it is required to exercise. This quantitative research was designed with a descriptive design. A total of 316 class X students at SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL Negeri 8 Palembang were research subjects. The Indonesian Student Fitness Test (TKPN) was used in this research to measure students physical fitness levels. The data analysis method is descriptive presentation. The tests carried out are v sit and reach, endurance, abdominal muscle strength, body control, balance, coordination and agility. The results of the research show that the Indonesian Student Fitness Test (TKPN) of SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL Negeri 8 Palembang students is in the good category 0 people (0%), good 0 people (0%), fair 38 people (12,0%), less than 278 people (87,9%), and less than 0 people (0%). The research results show that students at SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL Negeri 8 Palembang have a low level of physical fitness. The research results show that the Indonesian Student Fitness Test (TKPN) can be useful for teachers to measure how well students learn at school, especially regarding physical education, sports and health. The results show that students’ physical fitness is related to academic and non-academic learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to describe how the problems of implementing Arabic language learning in private Boarding School. This study used a qualitative method with a case study approach. Sources of research data were taken through direct interviews with ten informants (principal, Arabic teacher, and eight students), using a set of interview protocols, to strengthen the research data the authors made observations for three months by being directly involved in the learning process such as practical learning, theoretical learning, and midterm exams. All interview and observation data were then analyzed by means of thematic analysis using the Nvivo12 software. Overall, the research findings found eight problematic themes in the implementation of Arabic learning. The eight themes are divided into three aspects including problems originating from the students themselves, three aspects originating from the teacher's weaknesses in learning Arabic, and two aspects originating from the school itself. The results of this study, hopefully, can be used as initial data for future researchers by discussing this problem with different contexts and issues.

Abstract

The activities of students who live in a wisma are certainly different from students who live in houses, boarding houses, or dormitories. This is of course very influential on the character possessed by students. The aim of this study is to find out how the efforts made in building the character of students living in Wisma. This research uses the method qualitative approach with a case study. The research data was taken from three informants who are students who live in Wisma through in-depth interviews. To strengthen the data, the authors also made direct observations of students living in Wisma. Research result shows that there are seven important themes in the effort to build student character at Wisma. The seven themes are implemented through: i) wisma rules (discipline, responsibility, independence), ii) social activities (tolerance, social care), iii) spiritual activities (religious, curious), iv) joint activities (honest, creative, democratic, appreciate achievement, friendly, loves peace, cares for the environment), v) daily worship practices (religious, hard work), vi) national day commemoration (national spirit, love of country), vii) Channeling interest in reading (likes to read). The results of this study can be used as information for students to be able to build character in everyday life.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kemampuan setiap individu memahami tindak tutur akan tetapi dapat saja terjadi kesalahan penafsiran khususnya yang terdapat dalam dialog komik. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen yang tujuannya untuk mengetahui kemampuan mahasiswa menganalisis tindak tutur perlokusi dalam komik. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester IV Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia yang berjumlah 38 mahasiswa. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu lembar tes dan wawancara. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik tes dan nontes. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan, yaitu kuantitatif menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Dari hasil analisis data yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh mahasiswa adalah 60,66. Skor tertinggi yang diperoleh, yaitu 75 sedangkan skor terendah 50.Dari hasil tersebut kemudian didistribusikan dan hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada satu pun mahasiswa yang mampu atau 0% sedangkan yang tidak mampu berjumlah 38 mahasiswa atau 100%. Berdasarkan hasil olah data tersebut maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa secara umum mahasiswa tidak mampu menganalisis tindak tutur perlokusi yang terdapat dalam komik berbasisaplikasi wecomics. Katar kunci: penerapan, komik, tindak tutur, perlokusi, wecomics.

Abstract

This research is entitled "Analysis of Leadership Style on Employee Turnover Intention at Gebang Medika Tangerang Mother and Child Hospital". The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the leadership style at the Gebang Medika Tangerang Mother and Child Hospital. In this research, researchers used qualitative methods. This research was carried out using interview techniques, observation, documentation and theoretical studies based on bibliography and other references. Researchers conducted interviews with 6 sources consisting of Medical Services & Support Manager, General Manager, Casemix Coordinator, Environmental Health, Finance and Registration Staff. So, the result of the leadership style applied by the Gebang Medika Tangerang Mother and Child Hospital is to apply an autocratic leadership style. This leadership style has criteria or characteristics that always consider the organization as personal property, are arrogant, identify personal goals with organizational goals, consider subordinates as tools. simply, does not want to accept criticism and suggestions, and is too dependent on power. An autocratic leadership style has a significant effect on employee turnover, because employees feel uncomfortable with the nature of leaders who tend to be moody, cannot control their emotions and do not involve employees when making decisions.

Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah melakukan pendampingan dan bimbingan teknis Tes Kebugaran Pelajar Nusantara (TKPN) terhadap guru PJOK di Kabupaten Lahat sehingga dapat mengetahui adanya tes baru untuk mengukur kebugaran yaitu tes TKPN selain mengetahui dengan adanya bimtek diharapkan guru PJOK dapat melakukan tes TKPN dengan baik dan benar. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah dengan pendampingan dan bimbingan teknis dengan metode pelaksnaan pengabdian berupa ceramah, Tanya jawab, demonstrasi,serta praktek. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan tanggal 25-27 September 2023 di Aula SMP Negeri 5 Kabupaten Lahat dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 35 guru-guru PJOK baik tingkat SD, SMP, dan SMA. Sebelum dilaksanakan pendampingan dan bimbingan teknis dilakukan pretes tentang TKN dan mendapatkan hasil sebesar 20,18% mengetahui tentang TKPN dan selnjutnya dilakukan pendampingan selama 3 hari dan dilakukan posttest mendapatkan hasil sebesar 90, 94% guru-guru PJOK di Kabupaten Lahat mengetahui tentang TKPN, selain tahu  guru-guru mampu  mempraktekkan dengan benar  pelaksanaan tes TKPN, hal ini menunjukkan  bahwa  tujuan pengabdian masyarakat tercapai.
