Abstract

The crisis of employee performance is a critical problem faced by management in the company. Employee performance problems are still widely faced by companies in various sectors in many countries, both engaged in the public and private sectors, in health institutions, education, banking, state-owned companies, to small companies. The low intensity and inaccessibility of work targets due to the low quality of the performance of human resources. Performance is a real behavior that is shown by every employee must be in accordance with his role in the company, that the impact of low employee performance is the quality and quantity of work produced is less satisfactory and the creativity of employees is low. This happened at PT XYZ company where the level of employee performance decreases every year. Surely this is far from the expectations of companies that ask their employees to have good performance. This study discusses research on work discipline and occupational safety health (k3) on employee performance This research uses quantitative methods involving 45 respondents using saturated samples with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the picture of work discipline in the high category, the picture of occupational safety and health (k3) in the category is quite high and the description of employee performance in the high category.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to determine the effect of work ability and coaching on employee performance at PT. Sari Ater Hotel and Resort Subang. Design/methodology/approach - This research uses descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. The employee analysis unit is 62  people from employees who have experienced coaching . Data collection using questionnaire. The analysis technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency distributionFindings - The result showed that work ability is in good enough category, coachng is in effectif category. and performance in the high category Originality / value - The differences in this study located on an object research, time research, a measuring instrument , literature that used , the theory that is used and the results of the study

Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to analyze empowerment training and job satisfaction.The design / methodology / approach - The design of this study was cross sectional. This research uses descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. The employee analysis unit is 50 people. Data collection using questionnaire. The analysis technique used is descriptive technique by using frequency distributionFindings – Based on the results of research using descriptive analysis, the results obtained that training in the good category, empowerment in the good category, and job satisfaction in the high category.Originality - This study provides a basis for understanding the issues of the training and empowerment on job satisfaction. The difference of this research with previous research is on the object in PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Kuningan branch office, training variable, empowerment and job satisfaction, and references used by researchers with previous researchers.

Abstract

Purpose: This study is to obtain findings regarding: Overview of labor discipline in the Regional Water Company PDAM Tirta Blessing Pandeglang, description of compensation for employees of PDAM Tirta Blessing Pandeglang, description of employee job satisfaction PDAM Tirta Blessing Pandeglang, amount of influence work discipline on employee job satisfaction Regional Water Company PDAM Tirta Blessing Pandeglang amount of influence compensation to employee satisfaction Regional Water Company PDAM Tirta Blessing Pandeglang amount of influence the discipline of work and compensation to employee satisfaction Local Company Blessing water PDAM Tirta PandeglangDesign/methodology/approach: Based on the level of explanation and research fields, then this type of research is descriptive and verification. Meanwhile, According Sugiyono (2013: 11) "Descriptive research is research conducted to determine the value of an independent variable, either one or more variables (independent) without making a comparison or connection between one and the other variables". Types and methods of research used the method used is explanatory survey which survey method is a method used to obtain data from a particular place is natural (not artificial), but the researchers did treatment in data collection, for example by circulating questionnaires, tests and structured interviews, with engineering samples saturated with a total of eighty-eight. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression with SPSS 20.0 softwareFindings: The findings of this study can be seen that the discipline of work and compensation has a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction with the level of correlation is very strong. Work discipline has a positive and significant impact on employee job satisfaction. And compensation has a positive and significant impact on employee job satisfaction.Originality/value: The findings of this study can be seen that the discipline of work and compensation has a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction with the level of correlation is very strong. Work discipline has a positive and significant impact on employee job satisfaction. And compensation has a positive and significant impact on employee job satisfaction. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial environment to entrepreneurial motivation. This research uses descriptive approach with explanatory survey method. The student  analysis unit is 167  people . Data collection using questionnaire. The analysis technique used is verifikative technique by using frequency distribution. The result showed that entrepreneurial environment enough effected on entrepreneurial motivation. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan verifikatif dengan metode explanatory survey. Unit analisis siswa sebanyak 167 orang. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik verifikatif dengan menggunakan distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan lingkungan kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh cukup terhadap motivasi berwirausaha.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the entrepreneurial creativity and startup success on The Greater Hub startup business. Population in this research is The Greater Hub startup business with the number of respondents as many as 30 reviewers. The method used in this research is explanatory survey to explore the problem situation. The sampling technique used is non probability sampling by using path analysis. Results entrepreneurial creativity generate positive influence on startup success.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to explore the influence of creativity on the Knitting industry business owners Binong Jati Bandung and its effect on the competitiveness of businesses. This type of research is descriptive and the method used as the explanatory survey with saturated sample technique, with the number of samples as many as 76 people are business owners. Data analysis technique used is simple with linear regression tools computer software SPSS 22.0 for windows. The results of this research in the form of findings that creativity has a considerable influence on innovation conducted business owners for the progress of his efforts. Innovations made by entrepreneurs to result in profits for the company, one of which improves the competitiveness that is owned by the company. The company's strategy, structure and rivalry, the condition factor of production, demand, condition and related industries become a tool to determine competitiveness. The originality of this research is the development of an innovative business enterprise for its contents to contribute to the improvement of power competitive efforts. Keywords : creativity, innovation, competitiveness, entrepreneurship, the knitting industry                    Bandung   ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh kreativitas pada para pemilik usaha di Industri Rajut Binong Jati Bandung dan efeknya pada daya saing usaha yang dimiliki.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif, verifikatif, dan metode yang digunakan yaitu explanatory survey dengan teknik sampel jenuh, Dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 76 orang pemilik usaha. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah regresi liniear sederhana dengan alat bantu software komputer SPSS 22.0 for windows.Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa temuan bahwa kreativitas memiliki pengaruh yang cukup besar pada inovasi yang dilakukan para pemilik usaha untuk kemajuan usahanya. Inovasi yang dilakukan oleh para pengusaha mengakibatkan keuntungan bagi perusahan, salah satunya meningkatkan kemampuan daya saing yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan. Strategi perusahaan, struktur dan persaingan, kondisi faktor produksi, kondisi permintaan, dan industri terkait menjadi alat untuk menentukan daya saing.. Orisinalitas dari penelitian ini membicarakan tentang kreativitas yang dilakukan oleh seorang pelaku usaha yang terintegrasi untuk meningkatkan inovasi yang dilakukan pelaku usaha bagi perusahaannya untuk memberikan kontribusi terhadap peningkatan daya saing usahanya. Kata kunci :  Kreativitas, inovasi, daya saing, wirausaha, industri rajut Bandung

Abstract

One of the factors affecting the economy today is a family company. More than 95% of businesses in Indonesia are family owned. 85% of the majority Muslim population should be controlled by Muslims, but in fact 35% of non-Muslims can control the Indonesian economy, from trade to manufacturing. This study aims to determine how the implementation of Islamic entrepreneurship at PT Ma’soem. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods, the population is PT Ma’soem employees, with a sample of 100 people with non-probability sampling techniques. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire. The results of the study show that the implementation of Islamic entrepreneurship in a very good category is based on three diluted variables, namely the characteristics of Islamic entrepreneurship, the nature of Islamic entrepreneurship and aspects of blessing. Overall, the lowest dimension in getting an assessment is the nature of Islamic entrepreneurship, Islam has its own entrepreneurial characteristics and guiding principles based on the Qur'an and hadith to guide entrepreneurial activities, which will have implications for the index for success in entrepreneurship and the above variables direct Muslim entrepreneurs to conduct their business activities based on the Qur'an and Hadith, this company has carried out the principles of Islamic entrepreneurship well but still has to pay more attention to employees in accordance with sharia, and the lack of reading the verses of the Koran in the office.Hadith so that this company must pay more attention to the company in accordance with sharia, and even more playing Qur-an in the office.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to determine the effect of business digitalization on entrepreneurial growth conditions for young entrepreneurs in the city of Bandung. Research methodology: This quantitative research uses the explanatory survey method with data collected from 31 young entrepreneurs who were members of HIPMI PT through observations, interviews, and questionnaires. The data collected were processed using the Statistical Product for Service Solution (SPSS) 24.0 for Windows. Results: The result showed that the condition of business digitalization and entrepreneurial growth at HIPMI PT in Bandung City is at a fairly good level, with the condition of respondents in implementing business digitalization improved to improve the entrepreneurial growth conditions. Limitations: This research was conducted with a small scope of research objects due to the author's limitations. Therefore, future research needs to update business digitalization and entrepreneurial growth theory. This is in addition to other dimensions that affect entrepreneurial growth but have not been proven properly in this research. Contribution: This research positively affects the condition of HIMPI PT in Bandung City related to business digitalization and entrepreneurial growth. Novelty: Factors influencing entrepreneurial growth mostly come from variables outside the study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to study the perceptions of entrepreneurs regarding the use of entrepreneurial skill and business success. The survey was conducted at the Entrepreneur of Benua Citra Niaga (BCN) in Bandung with a population of 151 entrepreneurs. The results of the study using a questionnaire revealed business research and business success in BCN in Bandung depending on the category which is quite good, it can be attributed to large respondents who can implement entrepreneurial skill better with better business success.. Business processes at the SMEs scale are expected to use entrepreneurial skill more intensively so as to enhance business success..
