Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze acquiring customers, optimizing conversions, maximizing website performance, ensuring a positive user experience, retaining customers and use web analytics at the Binong Jati Central Indusry knitting Bandung SMEs. The population in this study is the Binong Jati Central Indusry knitting Bandung with 160 respondents. The method used in this study is an explanatory survey to explore the problem situation. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling using path analysis. The results of electronic commerce produce a positive effect on business competitiveness

Abstract

The ability to build a business is one of the challenges as well as competencies that must be possessed by entrepreneurs today. This study explains what entrepreneurial competencies must be possessed by an entrepreneur to have good business performance. Because the ultimate goal of running a business is to achieve business success. This study aims to obtain 1) the effect of knowledge on business performance, 2) the effect of skills on business performance, 3) individual abilities on business performance in 2013 business education alumni by using a quantitative research approach. The results of the study found that the description of Entrepreneurial Competence for the 2013 Business Education alumni at UPI was in the fairly good category, the Business Performance Description for the 2013 Business Education alumni at UPI was in the medium category, and the magnitude of the influence of the Entrepreneurial Competency dimension on Business Success partially, namely, the Knowledge dimension. not complex, so it will affect Business Performance. Meanwhile, the Individual Ability dimension does not affect Business Performance. Meanwhile, simultaneously (overall) there is a positive and significant influence.

Abstract

This literature review investigates the relationship between motivation and entrepreneurial intention based on data sourced from the Scopus database. Entrepreneurship plays a critical role in economic development and innovation; thus, understanding the motivations behind entrepreneurial intentions is essential. This study systematically reviews 15 relevant documents retrieved using the keywords "Motivation AND Entrepreneur Intention," to synthesize findings from various research perspectives. The review highlights significant fluctuations in research trends over the years, indicating periods of increased interest aligned with economic and social developments, such as the post-COVID-19 era. The analysis reveals that most research is concentrated in Business, Management, and Accounting, with notable contributions from Social Sciences and other multidisciplinary areas. Key themes identified include the impact of social and technological factors on entrepreneurial intentions, variations in motivational factors across different contexts, and the role of entrepreneurship education. The findings suggest that while the research landscape is diverse, there is a need for further exploration into the nuanced and context-specific factors influencing entrepreneurial motivation and intention. This review provides a comprehensive overview of current trends and gaps in the literature, offering valuable insights for policymakers, educators, and future researchers.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of principals' entrepreneurial competence on school performance at Al- Musaddadiyah Foundation in Garut, using both descriptive and verificative approaches. The research findings indicate that entrepreneurial competence, comprising knowledge, ability, and skill, has an overall positive and significant impact on school performance, with a total determination coefficientof77%. Simultaneously,thethreecomponentsof entrepreneurial competence show a positive influence;and in partial analysis knowledge, ability and skill demonstrate significant effects. These findings highlight the importance of developing principals' entrepreneurial competence to enhance school performance and provide significant implications for business education in integrating entrepreneurial values into the educational system. This integration aims to cultivate individuals who are creative, innovative, and capable of identifying opportunities in both educational and business contexts.

Abstract

The Role of Entrepreneur Knowledge and Self-Efficacy toward Technopreneurship: The Moderating Effect of Learning Strategies. Objective: To determine the effect of entrepreneur knowledge and self-efficacy on technopreneurship which is moderated by the learning strategy of Universitas Negeri Medan students. Method: This research was done using a quantitative approach with a survey method. The study population was students of the faculty of economics, the sample tehnique was random sampling and the number of selected samples was 198 respondents. Questionnaires were used to collect data from research participants for 15 days. The data were analyzed using moderate regression analysis (MRA) using SPSS. Findings: entrepreneur knowledge has a positive and significant effect on technopreneurship, self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on technopreneurship. Learning strategy moderate the influence of entreprenur knowledge on tecunopreurship  Furthermore, the learning strategy also moderates the effect of self-efficacy on technopreneurship. Conclusion:These findings imply that university managers, faculty, and entrepreneurship centers to review the intensity of technopreneurial activities so that students can benefit from these programs. Focusing more on direct experience rather than theory or classroom lectures will help students to understand more about technoprenership and thus choose technopreneurship as their career. Keywords: entrepreneur knowledge, self-efficacy, technopreneurship, learning strategies.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/jpp.v14.i2.202457

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tren dan fokus penelitian terkait Creative thinking skills (CTS) di tingkat sekolah menengah dengan pendekatan bibliometrik. Data diperoleh dari database Scopus dan dianalisis menggunakan metode bibliometrik dengan bantuan perangkat lunak VOSviewer dan R Bibliometrix. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tren publikasi terkait CTS mengalami peningkatan signifikan dalam dekade terakhir, dengan dominasi penelitian yang berfokus pada strategi pembelajaran inovatif, integrasi teknologi dalam pendidikan, serta pendekatan berbasis proyek dan kolaboratif. Selain itu, analisis kata kunci mengungkapkan bahwa topik-topik seperti pemecahan masalah, kreativitas, dan keterampilan abad ke-21 menjadi perhatian utama dalam studi CTS. Jaringan kolaborasi penulis menunjukkan bahwa penelitian ini banyak dilakukan oleh akademisi dari berbagai negara dengan pola kolaborasi internasional yang kuat. Temuan penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi pendidik, peneliti, dan pembuat kebijakan dalam mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran yang lebih efektif guna meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa. Implikasi penelitian ini juga menyoroti pentingnya pendekatan multidisipliner dalam mengembangkan CTS di lingkungan sekolah menengah.

Abstract

Program pendampingan usaha “Pendidikan Pengusaha” yang berdiri sejak 2021, dirancang sebagai inisiatif strategis untuk mendukung pertumbuhan dan pengembangan sektor bisnis pendidikan melalui pemberdayaan komunitas lokal. Program ini bertujuan untuk membangun kapasitas kewirausahaan di kalangan pelaku usaha pendidikan, seperti lembaga bimbingan belajar, kursus, dan pelatihan vokasional, agar mampu beradaptasi dengan tantangan era digital dan persaingan global. Beberapa permasalahan ditemukan, seperti logo yang tidak ada, tidak memiliki halaman web sendiri, database pelanggan yang kosong, konten yang tidak original, hingga permasalahan dalam segi produk. Survei dilakukan dengan cara mengamati usaha hingga melakukan wawancara dengan pemilik usaha perusahaan tersebut. Dikarenakan usaha pada bidang pendidikan ini memiliki potensi yang sangat baik dalam jangka panjang oleh karena itu berbagai solusi diupayakan untuk dicari dari permasalahan-permasalahan yang ada agar harapannya dapat memajukan usaha ini hingga dapat memberikan lebih banyak dampak bagi calon pengusaha di Indonesia sesuai dengan visi dan misi perusahaan tersebut. Melalui pendekatan pendampingan, program ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan daya saing usaha, menciptakan lapangan kerja baru, serta memberikan kontribusi nyata terhadap penguatan ekosistem pendidikan di Indonesia.
