Abstract

Covid-19 has had an impact on the management of learning. Principals must establish the right policies in dealing with COVID-19. The head of MTs Maarif NU Blitar City established an In-Out Learning System policy. The purpose of this study was to find out and elaborate on how the policy implementation model set by the head of MTs Maarif NU Blitar City in dealing with COVID-19. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation methods, data analysis was carried out using interactive methods which included the stages of data collection, condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research on the in-out learning system policy implementation model conducted by the head of MTs Maar NU Blitar City showed that there were five factors, namely, Oral and Written Communication (OCW), Tangible and Intangible Resources (TIR), Disposition process based on communication, positioning and incentives, Camouflage Bureaucratic Structure (CBS) and Leader and team commitment (LTC).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran inovatif PT. Amerta Indah Otsuka dalam membangun brand kesehatan. Metode yang digunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa PT Amerta Indah Otsuka mengimplementasikan strategi pemasaran yang terfokus pada peningkatan brand awareness, diferensiasi produk, dan engagement pelanggan. Strategi pemasaran perusahaan meliputi; Brand Awareness dan Edukasi Konsumen: Amerta Indah Otsuka memprioritaskan pengenalan produk melalui kampanye yang bersifat edukatif untuk menekankan pentingnya hidrasi dan kesehatan. Melalui platform digital dan iklan televisi, produk-produk seperti Pocari Sweat diperkenalkan sebagai minuman isotonik yang dapat membantu menjaga cairan tubuh, terutama di lingkungan tropis Indonesia. Kolaborasi dan Sponsorship Acara: Perusahaan aktif dalam mendukung kegiatan olahraga, seperti maraton, serta kegiatan lain yang berfokus pada gaya hidup sehat. Ini dilakukan untuk memperkuat citra produk yang relevan dengan kesehatan dan kebugaran, sekaligus meningkatkan eksposur produk kepada konsumen potensial. Inovasi Produk dan Diferensiasi: Otsuka berusaha membedakan produknya dari pesaing melalui inovasi, baik dalam formulasi maupun kemasan. Produk Soyjoy, misalnya, diperkenalkan sebagai snack sehat yang menggunakan bahan baku kedelai dan bebas gluten, menarik bagi konsumen yang peduli akan kesehatan. Pendekatan Digital dan Interaksi Konsumen: Di era digital, PT Amerta Indah Otsuka meningkatkan kehadiran media sosial dan menggunakan strategi konten digital untuk berinteraksi langsung dengan pelanggan. Konten yang informatif dan inspiratif digunakan untuk meningkatkan engagement dan loyalitas pelanggan. Distribusi yang Luas dan Mudah Diakses: Strategi distribusi Amerta Indah Otsuka mencakup kerja sama dengan berbagai distributor dan pengecer di seluruh Indonesia untuk memastikan produknya mudah ditemukan di toko-toko modern, minimarket, dan e-commerce, mempermudah akses bagi konsumen. Secara keseluruhan, strategi pemasaran PT Amerta Indah Otsuka berfokus pada edukasi pasar, asosiasi gaya hidup sehat, dan inovasi produk untuk memenangkan persaingan di pasar minuman kesehatan Indonesia.

Abstract

Fenomena pernikahan dini selalu menjadi topik yang menarik untuk dibahas dalam kehidupan masyarakat Indonesia, mengingat dampaknya yang signifikan terhadap kehidupan remaja. Di Indonesia, angka pernikahan dini meningkat karena dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, seperti kondisi ekonomi, tingkat pendidikan, adat istiadat, serta pengaruh media sosial. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran diri remaja dalam menghindari pernikahan dini. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini mencakup ceramah dan diskusi interaktif, di mana materi mengenai faktor-faktor penyebab dan dampak pernikahan dini disampaikan kepada santri di Pondok Pesantren Al-Hikam Darussalikin Wonosobo. Evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan menerapkan metode pre-test dan post-test, yang terbukti efektif dalam mengukur perubahan pemahaman santri sebelum dan setelah intervensi. Selain itu, sesi diskusi turut menyempurnakan pemahaman para peserta. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan, upaya penanggulangan pernikahan dini melalui peningkatan kesadaran diri yang berbasis literasi digital menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman santri tentang pentingnya pendidikan dan penggunaan media digital secara bijak untuk mencegah pernikahan dini.

Abstract

Teacher engagement is one of the main elements in encouraging the success of educational institutions. Teachers are the spearhead in the learning process and the implementation of various educational activities in schools. Therefore, it takes a high commitment of teachers in the implementation of education. The low commitment of teachers in activities and implementation of learning in schools will affect the success of the implementation of education. One of the factors that influence teacher engagement is the self-leadership of the teacher. Teachers who have good self-leadership can encourage the level of teacher engagement which will certainly have an impact on the success of education. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Self-Leadership on teacher engagement at MTs Maarif NU Blitar. The approach used is quantitative with the type of descriptive explanatory research. Data collection techniques through questionnaires or questionnaires. Data analysis used simple linear regression. The results of the data analysis show that the constant of 26,022 states that if there is no self-leadership value, the teacher engagement value is 26,022. The X regression coefficient of 0.380 states that for every additional 1 value of self-leadership, it will increase the value of teacher engagement by 0.380, which means that self-leadership has an influence on teacher engagement.

Abstract

Students of the Faculty of Syariah and Law at Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia (USIM) hold a strategic position as pioneers of social change in various aspects of life. Social issues that advocate for justice, welfare, and equal rights present significant challenges for these students. This is particularly true in matters of gender equality and justice, which have become widely discussed topics over the past two decades across all sectors. Indeed, social justice and quality of life stem from a prosperous family, known as a sakinah family. Through mentoring and education on gender equality fiqh, USIM students are encouraged to have the same platform, knowledge, and experience in responding to various social inequalities caused by gender-biased values. Based on data analysis, there has been a significant change among USIM students, who initially doubted the importance of gender equality approaches in resolving various family issues, becoming more open and determined to plan actions to introduce the concept of a sakinah family based on gender equality fiqh within their families and communities.
