Abstract

Guidance for Micro, Small and Medium entrepreneurs in the form of providing facilities, guidance and assistance in order to develop the entrepreneurs' businesses. The birth of Micro, Small and Medium entrepreneurs who have potential but do not yet have complete business legality. Bank Indonesia offers development and empowerment programs for small and medium entrepreneurs. Bank Indonesia Banteb participates in the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises by issuing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and Real Sector development programs from the Bank Indonesia Entrepreneur Association (WUBI), cluster programs and others related to product development for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. In empowering UMKM (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises), actors experience various obstacles, namely inadequate knowledge of human resources, insufficient capital and minimal knowledge of product marketing

Abstract

Literacy Teaching modules are an essential learning element in the independent curriculum. However, many SD Negeri Percobaan 04 Wates teachers are less motivated to develop it because they lack assistance creating their teaching modules. Based on this, the purpose of this study is to see the effectiveness of problem-based teaching module training in the independent curriculum in increasing the motivation of elementary school teachers. The training participants were 25 elementary school teachers who were SDN Percobaan 4 Wates members. Theoretical material and practical assistance were carried out in the Kapanewon Kulonprogo area. The implementation of the activity will be reflected through an evaluation of the participant's understanding of the material in terms of performance, work results, and motivation scale of the training participants. The offline training was held at the UNY Wates Campus Hall offline and online through the Zoom meeting application. This study used a pre-experiment research design with a one-group pretest-posttest design model. Data collection was carried out using a teacher motivation scale. The data analysis technique used was the Wilcoxon Test to determine the effect of training on the motivation of primary school teachers. to assess the impact of exercise on elementary school teachers' motivation. Implementing this training based on the pre-post questionnaire increased pretest and post-test results. The Wilcoxon test results significantly affected teacher motivation before and after providing problem-based teaching module training for elementary school teachers in Kulonprogo Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region. Efektivitas pelatihan modul pengajaran berbasis masalah untuk meningkatkan motivasi guru sekolah dasar Modul ajar merupakan salah satu elemen penting dalam pembelajaran di kurikulum merdeka. Namun, masih banyak guru di SD Negeri Percobaan 04 Wates yang kurang termotivasi dalam mengembangkannya karena kurang mendapatkan pendampingan untuk membuat modul ajarnya sendiri. Berdasar pada hal tersebut maka tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah melihat efektivitas pelatihan modul ajar berbasis masalah dalam kurikulum merdeka dalam meningkatkan motivasi guru sekolah dasar. Peserta pelatihan berjumlah 25 guru sekolah dasar yang tergabung pada SDN Percobaan 4 Wates. Materi teori dan pendampingan praktik dilaksanakan di wilayah Kapanewon Kulonprogo. Pelaksanaan kegiatan akan direfleksikan melalui evaluasi pemahaman peserta terhadap materi, ditinjau dari unjuk kerja, hasil karya, dan skala motivasi peserta pelatihan. Pelatihan secara luring dilaksanakan di Aula UNY Kampus Wates secara luring dan daring melalui aplikasi zoom meeting. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian pre-eksperimen dengan model one group pretest-posttest design. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala motivasi guru. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Test Wilcoxon untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan terhadap motivasi guru SD. Adapun hasil dari pelaksanaan pelatihan ini berdasarkan angket pre-post diperoleh hasil terjadi peningkatan hasil pretest dan posttest.  Sedangkan hasil uji Wilcoxon menunjukkkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada motivasi guru sebelum dan setelah pemberian pelatihan modul ajar berbasis masalah pada para guru SD di Kabupaten Kulonprogo, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi dan kompleksitas pasar modal, analisis prediksi harga saham menjadi elemen krusial bagi keberhasilan investor dan perusahaan. Fluktuasi harga saham yang tidak menentu menciptakan tantangan dalam meramalkan pergerakan pasar. Metodologi KDD (Knowledge Discovery in Databases) digunakan untuk mengekstraksi pengetahuan berharga dari data historis harga saham Bank BCA. Dengan fokus pada metode regresi linier, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan akurasi prediksi harga saham dan memvalidasi model menggunakan K-Fold Cross-Validation. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan nilai RMSE sebesar 0.032, menandakan tingkat kesalahan yang rendah dan konsistensi kinerja model. Absolute Error sebesar 0.024 dengan rentang 0.007 mengindikasikan kemampuan model memberikan perkiraan yang akurat terhadap pergerakan harga saham. Root Relative Squared Error sebesar 0.138 dengan rentang 0.036 mencerminkan tingkat kesalahan relatif terhadap variasi data yang dapat dipertahankan oleh model. Dengan Squared Error sebesar 0.001 dan rentang 0.001, sebaran kesalahan prediksi model menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar prediksi model berada dalam kisaran nilai sebenarnya. Model regresi linier dengan pendekatan KDD mampu memberikan prediksi harga saham Bank BCA dengan tingkat akurasi yang tinggi dan konsistensi yang baik, memberikan landasan yang kuat untuk pengambilan keputusan investasi di masa depan.

Abstract

Rice is a strategic food crop whose productivity is often threatened by leaf diseases and pests. This study aims to develop an Enhanced U-Net CNN model for multi-class segmentation and classification of rice leaf conditions from field images to support early detection and plant health management. The methodology includes direct field image acquisition of rice leaves, preprocessing for image quality enhancement, expert data labeling, segmentation using a U-Net architecture, and classification using CNN. The dataset was divided into training and testing data with balanced distribution across four classes: Healthy, BrownSpot, Hispa, and LeafBlast. Evaluation results show that the model can identify rice leaf conditions with high accuracy, although signs of overfitting were observed from the performance gap between training and validation data. The implementation of this model is expected to accelerate automatic disease detection in the field, reduce reliance on manual inspection, and support precision agriculture. This study achieved a testing accuracy of 76.36% with a macro-average F1-score of 0.34. While the results indicate limitations in generalization, the proposed Enhanced U-Net CNN demonstrates the feasibility of combining segmentation and classification in field conditions. This research contributes to agricultural informatics by supporting scalable deployment in precision agriculture systems, reducing reliance on manual inspection, and providing a foundation for further optimization studies.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the dimensions of service quality and their impact on customer satisfaction within a retail service context. As consumer expectations continue to rise alongside the growth of the business sector in Indonesia, understanding customer perceptions has become increasingly critical for sustaining competitive advantage. The research adopts a qualitative approach to gain in-depth insights, involving semi-structured interviews with 20 respondents who have experienced direct service interactions in a prominent retail company. Data were analyzed using thematic content analysis to identify recurring themes related to service quality, responsiveness, and customer loyalty. The findings reveal that five key factors reliability, responsiveness, empathy, assurance, and tangibles play a significant role in shaping customer satisfaction. Among these, responsiveness and empathy emerged as the most influential in creating a positive service experience. Additionally, the study highlights how personalized communication and consistent service delivery contribute to long-term customer retention. From a practical standpoint, the results suggest that retail businesses should invest in employee training programs that enhance interpersonal skills and customer empathy. The unique contribution of this study lies in its qualitative focus within a largely quantitative research domain, offering rich, narrative- based insights that deepen understanding of service quality dynamics. This research contributes to the broader field of service management by offering actionable strategies for improving customer satisfaction through tailored service improvements.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali informasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran untuk mewujudkan Sekolah Ramah Anak (SRA) di SD Muhammadiyah Sapen Yogyakarta. Pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah kualitatif. Perencanaan pembelajaran dilakukan dengan menyusun rencana pembelajaran yang memperhatikan hak-hak anak, yakni memperhatikan waktu bermain dan istirahat, merencanakan materi ajar yang sesuai dengan kondisi anak, lingkungan pembelajaran disetting untuk memungkinkan siswa belajar aktif. Untuk aspek pelaksanaan pembelajaran dilakukan dengan mengembangkan materi ajar yang tidak terbatas dalam buku teks, tetapi mengedepankan budaya lokal, melakukan pembelajaran dengan memperhatikan karakteristik siswa, melaksanakan pembelajaran menyenangkan, memanfaatkan lingkungan, pengembangan minat dan bakat anak, tersedia waktu bermain, beristirahat, dan berolahraga, siswa diberi kesempatan untuk mengapresiasi seni budaya lokal, penggunaan alat permainan edukatif, menciptakan suasana belajar yang mengembangkan aspek peduli lingkungan. Pada bagian penilaian, dilakukan dengan melaksanakan penilaian autentik dalam hasil dan proses pembelajaran. Dari berbagai temuan, untuk menciptakan SRA melalui pembelajaran yang masih perlu diperhatikan adalah layanan inklusi.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------The research was aimed at revealing information related to instructional activities to implement student-friendly school at Muhammadiyah Sapen Primary School. It was approached qualitative descriptively. The research reveals that to ensure student-friendly school condition, it was through rigorous planning and instructional activities by considering students characteristics, developing teaching materials, setting class layout conducive to active learning, conducting joyful learning, outdoor activities, developing student potentials and interests, plotting time dedicated for playing, utilizing educative games, and caring environment, utilizing authentic assessment both on process and result of learning without comparing the results each other's. However, it needs special service for student with unique behavior to ensure that the condition is considered as student-friendly school.
