Abstract

Literacy Teaching modules are an essential learning element in the independent curriculum. However, many SD Negeri Percobaan 04 Wates teachers are less motivated to develop it because they lack assistance creating their teaching modules. Based on this, the purpose of this study is to see the effectiveness of problem-based teaching module training in the independent curriculum in increasing the motivation of elementary school teachers. The training participants were 25 elementary school teachers who were SDN Percobaan 4 Wates members. Theoretical material and practical assistance were carried out in the Kapanewon Kulonprogo area. The implementation of the activity will be reflected through an evaluation of the participant's understanding of the material in terms of performance, work results, and motivation scale of the training participants. The offline training was held at the UNY Wates Campus Hall offline and online through the Zoom meeting application. This study used a pre-experiment research design with a one-group pretest-posttest design model. Data collection was carried out using a teacher motivation scale. The data analysis technique used was the Wilcoxon Test to determine the effect of training on the motivation of primary school teachers. to assess the impact of exercise on elementary school teachers' motivation. Implementing this training based on the pre-post questionnaire increased pretest and post-test results. The Wilcoxon test results significantly affected teacher motivation before and after providing problem-based teaching module training for elementary school teachers in Kulonprogo Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region. Efektivitas pelatihan modul pengajaran berbasis masalah untuk meningkatkan motivasi guru sekolah dasar Modul ajar merupakan salah satu elemen penting dalam pembelajaran di kurikulum merdeka. Namun, masih banyak guru di SD Negeri Percobaan 04 Wates yang kurang termotivasi dalam mengembangkannya karena kurang mendapatkan pendampingan untuk membuat modul ajarnya sendiri. Berdasar pada hal tersebut maka tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah melihat efektivitas pelatihan modul ajar berbasis masalah dalam kurikulum merdeka dalam meningkatkan motivasi guru sekolah dasar. Peserta pelatihan berjumlah 25 guru sekolah dasar yang tergabung pada SDN Percobaan 4 Wates. Materi teori dan pendampingan praktik dilaksanakan di wilayah Kapanewon Kulonprogo. Pelaksanaan kegiatan akan direfleksikan melalui evaluasi pemahaman peserta terhadap materi, ditinjau dari unjuk kerja, hasil karya, dan skala motivasi peserta pelatihan. Pelatihan secara luring dilaksanakan di Aula UNY Kampus Wates secara luring dan daring melalui aplikasi zoom meeting. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian pre-eksperimen dengan model one group pretest-posttest design. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala motivasi guru. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Test Wilcoxon untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan terhadap motivasi guru SD. Adapun hasil dari pelaksanaan pelatihan ini berdasarkan angket pre-post diperoleh hasil terjadi peningkatan hasil pretest dan posttest.  Sedangkan hasil uji Wilcoxon menunjukkkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada motivasi guru sebelum dan setelah pemberian pelatihan modul ajar berbasis masalah pada para guru SD di Kabupaten Kulonprogo, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogi guru PAUD melalui pelatihan pengembangan kurikulum berbasis kearifan lokal di Kapanewon Pajangan, Bantul, DIY. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain pre-eksperimen. Sampel penelitian ini melibatkan 87 dewan guru yang tergabung dalam PKG PAUD Kapanewon Pajangan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan wawancara saat pengumpulan analisis kebutuhan awal dan angket untuk mengukur peningkatan kompetensi pedagogi guru sebelum dan setelah pelatihan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalan uji n-gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil pretest dan posttest angket kemampuan pedagogi guru menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan sebelum dan setelah adanya pelatihan pengembangan kurikulum berbasis kearifan lokal terbukti dengan hasil uji n-gain sebesar 0,98

Abstract

Teachers' motivation in developing multimedia in primary-secondary school teachers who are members of the Kulonprogo integrated Islamic school network is still low. The purpose of this study is to see if there is a significant effect on teacher motivation after providing interactive multimedia training to teachers. Multimedia training includes providing material about interactive multimedia, making multimedia by teachers, mentoring, demonstrations and producing interactive multimedia products from elementary junior high schools. The research method used is a pre-experiment design involving 25 primary-secondary school teachers who are members of the Kulonprogo integrated Islamic school network. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling and uses the Wilcoxon test in data analysis. Activities will be carried out using offline and online methods using a theoretical and practical approach. Theoretical material and practical assistance are carried out in the Kapanewon Kulonprogo area. The implementation of activities will be reflected through an evaluation of the participants' understanding of the material, seen from the performance, work results, program implementation evaluation questionnaire. Training is carried out offline and online. Offline training was held at the Yogyakarta State University Hall, Wates Campus offline and online through the zoomeeting application. The results of the implementation of this training based on the pre-post questionnaire obtained an increase in pre-post results from an average of 58.2 to an average of 69.52.  While the results of data processing using SPSS obtained Sig Value. <0.05, this shows that there is a significant effect on teacher motivation before and after the provision of training in making interactive multimedia for teachers. The conclusion of the research is that there is a positive influence on teacher motivation before and after the provision of interactive multimedia training to elementary and junior high school teachers who are members of an integrated Islamic school network in Kulonprogo Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region.

Abstract

This research is based on the problem of students' writing skills in elementary schools which are still very low. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of "my pocketbook" in improving the writing skills of children of Integrated Islamic elementary school in Yogyakarta. This research uses a quasi-experimental design with pretest and postest group design. The samples were used with the technique of simple random sampling. This research analyzed 30 students from one of the elementary schools in the Sanden District as the samples of the study due to limited time and research costs. The data collection technique used by researchers is observation. The results of the conducted research were analyzed using the T test in SPSS 21 software base observation. The result of the research shows that the hypothesis is accepted. In other words, "my pocketbook" is effective of Sig. (2-tailed) that is 0.00 improve the writing skills of the student at Integrated Islamic elementary schools in Yogyakarta. It can be seen from the result of Sig. (2-tailed) that is 0.00. The less than 0.05 result indicates that the hypothesis is accepted. The research concludes that my pocketbook is effective for improving the writing skills of the children of integrated Islamic elementary schools in Yogyakarta. The results of this study are expected to be an alternative media in training students' writing skills as well as being a reference for future research.

Abstract

This service project intends to help instructors at the Al Akhlakul Karimah Foundation gain insight into and absorb the virtues of the notion of peace in Javanese culture. The activity was carried out by administering a pretest questionnaire before to the distribution of content by experts and a posttest questionnaire following material exposure. Using the SPSS program, the pretest and posttest questionnaires were examined for homogeneity, normality, and t-tests. Foundation instructors are developing a better awareness of peace ideals. This is known based on the t test findings, which have a significance level of 0.010, indicating that there is an effect on teacher understanding before and after the test. The value of peace is essential to kids because it influences their conduct and character. At the Al-Akhlakul Karimah Sentolo foundation, Javanese culture-based training improved instructors' comprehension, which is intended to be used in the learning process to build students' character.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk mengadakan pelatihan pembuatan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis local wisdom untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogi guru SD di Wilayah Pengasih Kulonprogo Yogyakarta. hasil analisis kebutuhan yang dilakukan bersama Ketua K3S sekolah dasar di wilayah Pengasih melalui wawancara dan observasi diperoleh data; guru menyadari pentingnya local wisdom namun banyak tantangan dalam implementasinya seperti pengaruh pertumbuhan ipteks yang cepat dan merubah pola pikir/perilaku peserta didik di sekolah dasar.  Pembelajaran SD telah memuat unsur muatan lokal, namun guru belum mengoptimalkan pengintegrasiaan pada semua mata pelajaran di kurikulum merdeka karena jarang dilakukan pendampingan bagi guru terkait local wisdom termasu penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan pelatihan pembuatan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis local wisdom untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogi guru SD. Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh 30 peserta yang tergabung di Pengasih, Kulonprogo. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi peningkatan kompetensi pedagogi guru dalam menyusun perangkat pembelajaran berbasis local wisdom secara langsung dan guru selanjutnya dapat mengaplikasikan perangkat tersebut pada pembelajaran di sekolah masing-masing. Hasil uji n-gain dan uji wilcoxon menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan pembuatan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis kearifan lokal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi pedagogis guru SD. Pelatihan mampu memberikan tambahawan wawasan dan praktek secara langsung membuat perangkat pembelajaran berbasis kearifan lokal di kurikulum merdeka

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas penggunaan LKPD bertema kearifan lokal yang dirancang berdasarkan pendekatan inkuiri terbimbing dalam meningkatkan sikap cinta tanah air pada siswa sekolah dasar. LKPD yang dikembangkan memiliki karakteristik berupa aktivitas pembelajaran yang menyenangkan, mendorong siswa untuk membangun pemahamannya sendiri terhadap nilai-nilai kearifan lokal khas Yogyakarta. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam studi ini adalah quasi experimental dengan desain non-equivalent control group, yang melibatkan satu kelompok eksperimen dan satu kelompok kontrol. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara pada tahap analisis kebutuhan, serta penggunaan skala untuk menilai peningkatan sikap cinta tanah air siswa. Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan dalam karakter cinta tanah air antara siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran menggunakan LKPD berbasis inkuiri terbimbing dan siswa yang tidak menggunakannya.  Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi acuan guru untuk dapat mengoptimalkan berbagai perangkat pembelajaran termaasuk LKPD dengan lebih menyenangkan dan mendukung internalisasi sikap cinta tanah air siswa melalui pengenalan lebih mendalam tentang kearifan lokal khas di daerahnya.

Abstract

Global diversity is a crucial aspect in elementary education to form a generation that can adapt in a multicultural society while maintaining local cultural identity. Although this topic is increasingly relevant in the era of globalization, there has been no comprehensive mapping of the development of research on it at the elementary school level. This study aims to analyze research trends on global diversity in elementary schools through a bibliometric approach. Data were collected from the Scopus database (2016-2025) using the keywords "Global Diversity AND Elementary School", then analyzed with VOSViewer to map publication productivity, geographical distribution, researcher collaboration, and research theme networks. This study reveals several challenges, such as the inequality of research distribution between countries and the lack of exploration of contextual learning strategies. The implication is that it is necessary to strengthen international collaboration, develop local culture-based learning models, and education policies that support the implementation of global diversity in elementary schools. These findings open up opportunities for further research to explore the integration of local wisdom in the curriculum or the impact of technology on understanding diversity. Global diversity is an important aspect of primary education in shaping an adaptive generation in a multicultural society without losing local cultural identity.
