Abstract

Rinitis alergi merupakan gangguan fungsi hidung yang terjadi setelah paparan alergen melalui peradangan mukosa hidung diperantarai IgE dengan gejala khas bersin, hidung tersumbat, dan ingus yang encer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari prevalensi dan faktor risiko terjadinya rinitis alergi. Prevalensi pada usia produktif termasuk pada mahasiswa meningkat yang mengakibatkan penurunan kualitas hidup baik fisik, emosional, gangguan bekerja dan sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis prevalensi rinitis alergi dan berbagai faktor risiko yang berpengaruh terhadap kejadian rinitis alergi. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross-sectional. Subyek penelitian terdiri dari 450 mahasiswa dari Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Prima Indonesia dan data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner ISAAC yang dianalisis dengan analisis bivariat menggunakan uji Chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan prevalensi rinitis alergi sebesar 34.7% serta merokok (p = 0.021; RP = 2.536; 95% CI 1.123-5.730), riwayat alergi di keluarga (p=0.000; RP=7.000; 95% CI 4.447-11.018), sebagai faktor risiko terjadinya rinitis alergi. Kontak dengan tanaman (p=0.096 dan RP=0.633; CI 95 % 0.368 – 1.088), memelihara binatang piaraan (p=0.741), tempat tinggal yang berdebu dan kotor (p=0.733), jenis kelamin (p=0.428) tidak memiliki pengaruh yang bermakna terhadap kejadian rinitis alergi. Hasil penelitian ini menjadi indikasi bahwa paparan merokok dan riwayat alergi berpengaruh terhadap sangkaan rinitis alergi sehingga perlu pencegahan terhadap faktor pencetus guna peningkatan derajat kesehatan.

Abstract

Penerapan nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam sangat perlu ditumbuhkan pada anak didik sejak dini, karena pada saat itu merupakan waktu yang tepat untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai moral pada anak dalam bentuk pembiasaan setiap hari. Kehadiran konsep pendidikan Islam bagi peserta didik harus bersifat kontekstual yaitu dengan memberikan nilai-nilai pendidikan yang dikemas semenarik mungkin agar peserta didik senang belajar. Salah satu media yang tepat untuk diterapkan dalam membentuk siswa berakhlak adalah film animasi Nusaa dan Rara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai-nilai Islami apa saja yang terkandung dalam film animasi Nussa dan Rara serta strategi apa saja yang dilakukan oleh guru PAI SMP Istiqlal dalam proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media film animasi Nussa dan Rara. Lebih-lebih lagi, jenis penelitian yang peneliti gunakan adalah metode kualitatif desain analisis isi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan terdiri dari tiga bagian yaitu pertama observasi, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan wawancara, dan terakhir dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data terlebih dahulu, kemudian verifikasi data, kemudian ditarik kesimpulan. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil; Pertama, dalam film animasi Nussa dan Rara terdapat tiga nilai pendidikan Islam yang meliputi, 1) pendidikan iman, 2) pendidikan ibadah, dan 3) pendidikan akhlak. Kedua, strategi yang tepat dalam mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam dengan film animasi Nusa Rara bagi siswa SMP Istiqlal Delitua Medan. kemudian dilanjutkan dengan wawancara, dan terakhir dokumentasi. Abstract

Preeclampsia is a systemic disorder affecting approximately 3–8% of pregnant women, occurring during or after pregnancy. The exact cause and underlying mechanisms of this condition remain unclear. It is believed that the anti-angiogenic molecules soluble fms-like tyrosine kinase-1 (sFlt-1) and soluble endoglin (sEng), which are excessively produced by the placenta in preeclampsia, play a significant role in endothelial dysfunction. Recent studies suggest that esomeprazole, a proton pump inhibitor, is generally well tolerated in preeclamptic patients. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of esomeprazole administration on the reduction of sFlt-1 and sEng expression in a preeclampsia-induced rat model using an analytical approach with a quasi-experimental design. The research was conducted at two laboratories within the Faculty of Medicine and the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences at Universitas Sumatera Utara: the Anatomical Pathology Laboratory and the Biology Laboratory. The study subjects consisted of 30 healthy and active female laboratory rats (Rattus norvegicus), aged 10 weeks, modeled to resemble preeclamptic conditions. The study was carried out in May 2021. After the intervention, significant differences were observed between the intervention and control groups in systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and mean arterial pressure (MAP) (p = 0.001; p = 0.014; p = 0.001). Additionally, the proportion of proteinuria was lower in the intervention group than in the control group. The mean expression levels of sFlt-1 and sEng also showed statistically significant differences between the intervention and control groups (p = 0.002; p = 0.001). The findings indicate statistically significant changes in MAP, systolic and diastolic blood pressure, and proteinuria across all groups following the intervention. A comparison of sFlt-1 and sEng expression levels among the negative control, positive control, and intervention groups revealed statistically significant differences. Esomeprazole administration at a dosage of 4.68 mg/kgBW/day significantly reduced sFlt-1 expression, demonstrating the therapeutic potential of esomeprazole in suppressing anti-angiogenic factors in preeclampsia.

Abstract

The concept of the learning method from Ibn Khaldun's perspective is a method used by Islamic religious education teachers in the learning process taking place in class, this method is easy for students to understand in absorbing the subject matter delivered by the teacher. The purpose of this study was to determine the concept of the learning method from the perspective of Ibn Khaldun in learning Islamic religious education. The research method used by the author is a type of qualitative research with descriptive analysis. Data collection is done by interviews and documentation. Furthermore, the data were analyzed descriptively. The findings in this study are that there are several perspective learning methods in learning Islamic religious education that are used by first-grade teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. There are five methods used by Islamic religious education teachers, namely the method of memorization, exemplary, application, repetition and affection. There are four stages of student development, namely cognitive intelligence, affective intelligence, psychomotor intelligence and social intelligence. To evaluate the learning of Islamic religious education teachers to see the ability of students to absorb lessons, the teacher also provides directions so that students who are slow in understanding can easily follow lessons well.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the implementation of the self-learning curriculum is carried out, to find out what are the obstacles and challenges faced in implementing the self-learning curriculum, to analyze how the concept of inclusive education is implemented, and to find out how the implementation and evaluation of inclusive education forms of the independent curriculum in elementary schools. Al-Azhar Medan. This study used a field study method with a descriptive qualitative research type of analysis. The research data consists of primary data and secondary data. The primary data of this research are books that contain inclusive education. While the secondary data of this research is in the form of articles, journals, government regulations, scientific papers and so on. The data collection carried out by the author in this study was by observing, interviewing and documenting. The results obtained from this study are: (1) the implementation of the independent learning curriculum initiated by the government, (2) the implementation of inclusive education at SD Al-Azhar Medan which starts from curriculum planning in the RPPM and RPPH which is based on curriculum modification by adjusting on the needs and abilities of students which include moral, social, creative, language, and skills values, (3) the process of assessing inclusive education at SD Al-Azhar Medan is carried out by the teacher and the results of therapy.

Abstract

The digital era produces people's lives that are more practical. As a result, not a few academic communities choose a new culture that is identical more instantly than the old culture. The development of a good academic culture is closely related to the role and function of effective education management because this is a reference for improving the quality of the educational process. This study aims to explore how management plans the development strategy of PTKIN's academic culture in the digitalization era. The research method applied is a qualitative method with a type of literature review (literature review). The technical data analysis is to use data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study were found. First, one of the reasons for the decline of PTKIN's academic culture in the digitalization era is the ineffective management of education. As a result, various facts indicate a lot of negative news about violations of academic cultures, such as; 1) rampant cases of plagiarism in tertiary institutions, 2) lack of a culture of reading, discussion, and research among students, 3) sexual harassment by unscrupulous university officials, and even 4) forgery of diplomas and even buying and selling of degrees. Second, in order to overcome the degradation of academic culture in tertiary institutions, several steps are needed: 1) good management involving several authorized parties, 2) implementing higher education autonomy effectively, and 3) utilizing resources that understand information technology within the PTKIN environment.

Abstract

The era of disruption has brought various impacts, including the world of education which is experiencing a multidimensional crisis and a moral crisis. Two important characteristics, namely religious attitude and discipline, slowly began to disappear in the personality of the nation's generation. Responding to this, the leadership of a school principal must have the courage to be faced with renewal and innovation, so that strengthening student character can still run optimally in the current era. This research uses a descriptive type with a qualitative approach which involves the Head of Madrasah 'Aliyah Negeri 1 Sleman as the research subject. Data were collected by researchers using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The purpose of this study was to determine the leadership style of the madrasa head in his efforts to revitalize students' religious-interdisciplinary values. The findings of this study include that the leadership style of the head of Madrasah 'Aliyah Negeri 1 Sleman applies democratic leadership, using a familial approach. The principle applied in leadership is zero-accident, in line with the leadership model in the era of disruption, namely responsible leadership where all elements are involved in advancing educational institutions. Some of the efforts and strategies of the head of Madrasah 'Aliyah Negeri 1 Sleman in revitalizing students' religious-interdisciplinary values ​​are the discipline of obligatory and sunnah prayers, muezzin scheduling, reading asma'ul husna, preacher training, class recitation, religious competitions, tabligh akbar, PPBN (Preliminary State Defense Education), reward and punishment-based Control Books, state commemoration ceremonies/calls, madrasa camps, LDK (Basic Leadership Training), and Activation of Organizational Activities. Furthermore, the inhibiting factors for the revitalization of students' religious-interdisciplinary values ​​by the head of the madrasa are environmental factors, peers, self-awareness, and lack of parental attention.
