Abstract

AbstractMuslim fashion demand in Indonesia has increased from 2010 to 2015. As one Muslim brand Zein Product focus to meet the demand of Muslim men. The number of competitors from other Muslim brand makes Zein has sales are still low. For that Zein need to create a new stategy to be able to increase its sales. On the one hand, Zein has the demand for uniform Muslims from offices and schools. Muslim uniform became one Zein opportunities to increase sales of the company sales. This study aims to find out the characteristics and make recommendations that focus on marketing strategies to gain market business to business uniform for Muslims in offices and schools. By knowing the character and needs of the target market will be in getting the right strategy to be able to get into the business to business market. The method used to obtain information and market needs is to do an interview for the 10 respondents companies and schools in Jakarta and Bandung. The resulting analysis concluded that characteristics of Muslim-style uniform B2B market is that every year companies and schools require uniforms Muslim. Making uniform did earlier in the year for the company and for the mid-year school, the person who makes the decision making uniform is head of a company or manager of the company. MOU and the feedback is very important to cooperate in production. Marketing strategy recommendations that must be done to get a Muslim-style uniform B2B market is servise, quality, and price. To servise start from the proposal deals, good communication during the production process, and after service production. For product quality, the vendor must have the qualities product control division to check the manufacture of uniforms to order. Prices should be made as low as possible due to the school uniform will be resold to students. and they will compare with other vendors. and for the company's production rates are not issues that are important quality of goods and servise. Keywords: Characteristics, Recommendation marketing strategy, Business to Business, Muslim-style uniform, Company and School.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk memberikan pelatihan peningkatan motivasi berwirausaha pemuda melalui Karang Taruna Desa Doho Kecamatan Dolopo Kabupaten Madiun untuk memberikan solusi permasalahan yang ada pada Karang Taruna Desa Doho Kecamatan Dolopo Kabupaten Madiun. Adapun permasalahannya yaitu 1) masih minimnya ilmu pengetahuan tentang wirausaha bagi anggota karang taruna, 2) peran karang taruna yang belum optimal dalam meningkatkan motivasi berwirausaha bagi anggotanya, dan 3) peran karang taruna yang belum optimal dalam menyediakan sarana prasarana berwirausaha bagi anggotanya. Solusi yang diberikan adalah dengan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman mereka dalam peningkatan motivasi berwirausaha pemuda melalui Karang Taruna Desa Doho, Kecamatan Dolopo, Kabupaten Madiun.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan pariwisata kreatif berbasis edu-ekowisata green industry batik di Desa Sidomukti. Metode yang digunakan meliputi edukasi dan sosialisasi, rancang bangun, serta pelatihan dan pendampingan. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah 1) peningkatan jumlah wisatawan rata-rata sebesar 7-10% per bulan; 2) introduksi peder batik mampu menghasilkan pewarnaan kain sebanyak 700 m/hari dengan jumlah pewarna sejumlah 30 gr/L untuk mencukupi 3,5 m kain mori dengan kecepatan pewarnaan 4,5 m per 10 menit; 3) instalasi pengolahan air limbah terbukti efisien untuk mengolah limbah cair batik Sidomukti karena memenuhi standar Peraturan Gubernur Jawa Timur No. 72 Tahun 2013 tentang baku mutu air limbah bagi industri tekstil. Hasil pengolahan menunjukkan kandungan TSS sebesar 14.9 mg/L, COD sebesar 6,4 mg/L, ammonia total (NH3-N) sebesar 0,037 mg/L; BOD5 sebesar 3 mg/L, dan chromium total sebesar 0,047 mg/L; 4) dukungan penguatan teknologi tepat guna (pelorod malam, penerangan, pemanenan air hujan), pengembangan sarana prasarana (booth makanan, spot foto, art shop, akomodasi, dan toilet umum bertema “batik”, serta penyelenggaraan kegiatan (events) bertema “batik” (lomba desain motif, fashion show , lomba mewarnai batik maupun mural batik) diperlukan untuk mendukung keberlanjutan pariwisata kreatif edu-ekowisata green industry batik Sidomukti.

Abstract

Tourism has become one of the major industries of many countries in the world. Do not miss the Indonesian state which is trying to take opportunities from the industry. In Indonesia, in the last five years, development has been very rapid because each region is trying to optimize its regional potential to boost the tourism industry. This is supported by the existence of regional autonomy which gives freedom to the regions to maximize the utilization of their potential to increase local revenue. The development of this potential is carried out by taking into account sustainable development along with the potentials and problems that each region has. A conservation area is an area or area that has been determined by the government as an area that must be protected so that the condition of the area remains sustainable. The importance of providing awareness and understanding (public awareness) about the conservation area is expected that the community will be able to play an active role in efforts to preserve the area. Based on this description, it is very important to make efforts to create public awareness in the Karimun Jawa Conservation Area. This activity is expected to increase awareness and understanding (public awareness) about conservation areas.

Abstract

Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas produksi dan daya saing usaha batik mitra di Desa Sidomukti, Kecamatan Plaosan, Kabupaten Magetan, melalui introduksi teknologi tepat guna dan perlindungan kekayaan intelektual. Mitra kegiatan terdiri dari KUBe Mukti Rahayu dan KUBe Seruling Etan yang menghadapi kendala pada aspek teknologi produksi dan manajemen desain. Solusi yang ditawarkan mencakup rancang bangun dan pelatihan operasional mesin pengering serta mesin ngeloyor, pelatihan digitalisasi desain, dan fasilitasi pendaftaran Hak Cipta motif batik khas Magetan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif berbasis pelatihan langsung (learning by doing) dan pendampingan intensif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan skor pemahaman teknis peserta dari nilai rata-rata 38 menjadi 91 (mesin pengering) dan dari 35 menjadi 87 (mesin ngeloyor). Selain itu, dua motif batik baru telah berhasil didaftarkan sebagai HKI melalui DJKI. Program ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi produksi, memperkuat identitas produk lokal, serta mendorong keberlanjutan usaha berbasis inovasi dan perlindungan hukum. Model kegiatan ini dapat direplikasi untuk pengembangan industri kreatif serupa di wilayah lain.

Abstract

This Final Project research aims to find out the digital marketing communication strategy through Instagram social media of PT Tambang Kuliner Nusantara Outlet Madiun. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach method based on Chaffey & Chadwick's (2017) theory of the RACE (Reach, Act, Convert, Engage) Framework. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation with three informants. Data were processed and presented in the form of exposure and discussion. The final results of the study show that the digital marketing communication strategy implemented by PT Tambang Kuliner Nusantara is effective in increasing marketing and sales of the company's products.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe aim of this research is to describe management related to asset management in places of worship. The object of research is the garden assets. This research was conducted at Baitul Hakam Pelindo III Perak Mosque in Surabaya. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. This study uses data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Number of informants, namely 1. Deputy chairman of takmir 2. Garden employees. In general, it can be concluded that the Baitul Hakam Mosque is a typical office mosque because it is located in the Pelindo office area. Garden management activities at Baitul Hakam Pelindo III Perak Surabaya Mosque are also running or in accordance with existing theories and realities. Namely applying management elements which include Man (human), Money (money), Materials (objects), Machines (machines / tools), Methods (ways), and Markets (markets). Takmir Baitul Hakam Mosque has also carried out functions in the management process which include planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. In addition, it can also be seen that the work system implemented by the Baitul Hakam Takmir Mosque such as a finger scan every entry and return, various rewards and punishments for employees can also make the park management activities at Baitul Hakam Mosque run well.ABSTRAKTujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan terkait Manajemen Pengelolaan aset pada tempat ibadah. Objek penelitian ada pada aset pertamanan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di masjid Baitul Hakam Pelindo III Perak Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Jumlah informan, yaitu 1. Wakil ketua takmir 2. Pegawai taman. Secara umum, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Masjid Baitul Hakam adalah tipikal masjid perkantoran dikarenakan letaknya di area perkantoran Pelindo. Kegiatan manajemen pertamanan di Masjid Baitul Hakam Pelindo III Perak Surabaya juga berjalan atau ada kesesuaian dengan teori dan realitas yang ada. Yaitu menerapkan unsur-unsur manajemen yang di antaranya Man (manusia), Money (uang), Materials (benda), Machines (mesin/alat), Methods (cara), dan Markets (pasar). Takmir Masjid Baitul Hakam juga telah menjalankan fungsi-fungsi di dalam proses manajemen yang diantaranya adalah perencanaan (planning), pengorganisasian (organizing), penggerakan (actuating), dan pengawaasan (controlling). Selain itu juga dapat diketahui bahwa sistem kerja yang diterapkan oleh Takmir Masjid Baitul Hakam seperti finger scan setiap masuk dan pulang, berbagai reward dan punishment bagi para pegawai juga dapat membuat aktivitas manajemen pertamanan di Masjid Baitul Hakam berjalan dengan baik.
