Abstract

Masalah pengelolaan laboratorium di perguruan tinggi seringkali dihadapkan pada tantangan seperti kurangnya efisiensi, akurasi data yang rendah, dan kesulitan dalam mengakses informasi yang dibutuhkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dengan mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Laboratorium berbasis web. Metode yang digunakan adalah Agile Scrum untuk memungkinkan pengembangan yang fleksibel dan responsif terhadap perubahan kebutuhan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berhasil mengelola inventaris alat, jadwal praktikum, dan nilai mahasiswa secara terintegrasi. Implementasi sistem ini telah meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan laboratorium dan memberikan akses informasi yang lebih mudah bagi pengguna.

Abstract

Radio MNC Trijaya 95.1 FM is a radio station that broadcasts the latest news in Indonesia. This research aims to create a broadcast information system on Radio MNC Trijaya 95.1 FM which provides a radio broadcast service system as well as news and song request facilities offered via the internet, and can be an online promotional media that can be accessed anytime and anywhere. To achieve the research objectives, data collection methodologies were used, such as direct observation, interviews and questionnaires. Then analyze the problem using the SWOT analysis method, and create a proposed system design that will be built using the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method, and the programming languages used are PHP and JavaScript. The database uses MySQL. The tools and editors used are XAMPP for Windows, Notepad++. The result of this research is to design a radio broadcasting information system on radio that can help listeners of Radio MNC Trijaya 95.1 FM in accessing information such as broadcast schedules, news and events, broadcaster profiles, and song requests.

Abstract

PT. Dian Ratna Abadi is a company engaged in human resource services. At this time, inventory data collection is still done manually using Microsoft Office applications. Data collection in this way can make it difficult for employees to collect data and produce reports, so that it is not effective and efficient. The research method used is a descriptive method using observation data collection techniques, interviews and literature studies. This research is an Applied Research. The purpose of this research is to design a goods inventory application to provide convenience in processing data to obtain the desired information. From the research conducted, it produces an inventory system that can be used without any errors or errors in the system

Abstract

Vocational High School (SMK) graduates are prepared to enter the workforce. It is essential for every SMK graduate to possess specialized skills to support their future career development. In the culinary arts program, for instance, students can leverage digital marketing techniques through social media platforms to market their products. Recognizing the significance of social media utilization, particularly Instagram, as a medium for business information and promotion, there is a need for digital marketing literacy among SMK Tunas Karya students. This Community Service Program (PkM) aims to enhance students' competencies in managing social media for digital business marketing. Through socialization and training initiatives, students are expected to comprehend digital marketing strategies via Instagram to support business activities. The program's success indicators include improved student understanding of Instagram usage as a communication medium and business promotion platform, as well as enhanced student proficiency in managing and presenting content creatively. Through the implementation of social media-based digital marketing strategies, students can expand their business reach, facilitate transactions, and increase profitability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi berbasis web untuk pengelolaan bank sampah guna mengatasi keterbatasan sistem manual yang masih banyak digunakan. Sistem yang dikembangkan menggunakan metode pengembangan Waterfall, yang mencakup tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem ini dirancang untuk memfasilitasi dua aktor utama, yaitu Admin (pengelola) dan Pengguna (nasabah), dengan fitur-fitur utama seperti manajemen data penyetor, pengelolaan jenis produk sampah, pencatatan transaksi secara real-time, dan penyajian dashboard analitik. Implementasi sistem telah berhasil menghasilkan antarmuka pengguna yang intuitif dan fungsional, termasuk halaman login, dashboard, daftar penyetor, tipe sampah, produk, dan transaksi. Dashboard menyajikan metrik kinerja utama seperti jumlah pengguna, total berat sampah, dan jumlah transaksi, sementara modul transaksi memungkinkan pencatatan detail setiap penyetoran sampah beserta nilai ekonominya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, akurasi data, dan transparansi pelaporan, sekaligus memberdayakan masyarakat melalui sistem insentif digital yang terukur. Dengan demikian, sistem ini tidak hanya menjawab kebutuhan teknis yang belum terpenuhi dalam penelitian-penelitian terdahulu, tetapi juga memberikan solusi praktis yang siap diimplementasikan untuk mendorong digitalisasi pengelolaan sampah berbasis komunitas.

Abstract

Firefighting operations in Medan City still face significant challenges in locating and monitoring the condition of fire Hydrants: out of 118 Hydrant points, only 23 are documented as operational and just 6 are fully functional. This study aims to design and implement a web‑based WebGIS for the fastest route navigation to the nearest Hydrant and real‑time Hydrant condition Monitoring, employing an iterative Prototype methodology. The system is built using PHP & MySQL on the backend, Leaflet.js for interactive mapping and Routing, and AJAX for seamless data Updates. Functional testing (black‑box) confirms all modules Admin Login, Hydrant CRUD, “Nearest Hydrant” Routing, status Updates, and map Refresh operate as expected with average AJAX response times of 0.3 - 0.5 seconds and map load times under 1.5 seconds for 200 points. Field accuracy tests reveal a coordinate deviation of ± 3 meters, while Hydrant search time is reduced from an average of 2 minutes manually to approximately 15 seconds digitally. The responsive interface supports both desktop and mobile access, optimally serving Admin and Field Officer needs. Thus, the system demonstrably enhances firefighting response efficiency and Hydrant data accuracy in Medan City.

Abstract

  Administrative management is very important in business, including the motorcycle sales business. The existence of an integrated system to handle administrative activities is absolutely necessary to increase work efficiency and tidy up the storage of related documents. In this research, the development of an administration system for motorcycle dealers will be carried out using the FAST Framework. FAST Framework was chosen because of its ability to support rapid application development. In this study, FAST Framework will be carried out in five stages, namely scope definition, problem analysis, requirements analysis, logical design and physical design for the development of motorcycle dealer administration applications, so that applications will be produced that suit user needs. The results of this study will be used to collect data on license plates, collect data on vehicle registration, collect data on motorcycle down payment, and collect data on motorcycle sales. From the results of this study, an application has been produced that will facilitate business administration and service customer data needs. The resulting application has been tested and can run well to handle the necessary business administration needs. Through the application produced by this research, consumers also no longer need to come directly to the dealer to check the status of motor vehicle registration because it can be done online.

Abstract

Game adalah  perangkat lunak  yang dibuat untuk hiburan  mengisi waktu luang masyarakat terlebih remaja bahkan anak-anak yang gemar bermain game. Ada 2 game, yaitu online dan offline. Game offline adalah sebuah permainan yang dilakukan tanpa menggunakan internet, dan game online adalah permainan menggunakan jaringan internet. Setiap pemaingame dapat membeli akun dan voucher game untuk bermain game tersebut. Dalam pembelian akun dan voucher game sering terjadi kasus penipuan seperti penipuan proses pengiriman akun, ketika pembeli sudah membayar  akun yang diinginkan tetapi  penjual melarikan uang pembeli. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut maka dibangunlah sebuah sistem   toko akun dan voucher game  online berbasis web. Dengan dibangunnya sistem tersebut maka pembeli akun dan voucher game akan merasa aman dan dapat terhindar dari penpuan. Pembangunan sistem tersebut dengan metode prototyping dan dirancang menggunakan Unifield Modelling languange (UML) dan aplikasi bootstrap sebagai desain interface. Pembuatan website menggunakan pemrograman Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) dan MySql sebagai database untuk penyimpanan data. pengujian dengan kuesioner dengan hasil 96% menyatakan sistem sesuai dengan  kebutuhan dan bisa diterima  oleh pengguna.

Abstract

Galeri Songket merupakan salah satu galeri yang bergerak di bidang penjualan tenunan Khas Nusantara yang masih menggunakan media sosial sebagai media untuk penjualan produk. Di era digital yang berkembang pesat, usaha penjualan menghadapi tantangan besar dalam meningkatkan efisiensi penjualan dan mencapai pasar yang lebih luas. Penelitian ini berfokus pada perancangan dan pembangunan E-commerce untuk Galeri Songket dengan menggunakan metode Agile, sebuah pendekatan inovatif yang berpusat pada pengembangan aplikasi. Dengan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip Agile, seperti responsif terhadap perubahan, kolaborasi tim yang efektif, fokus pada kualitas, dan kepuasan pengguna, dapat mencapai tujuan dengan lebih baik. Metode Agile telah membantu mengatasi masalah yang sering terjadi dalam pengembangan aplikasi. Hasil yang diharapkan website yang dirancang tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi penjualan dan memudahkan pengelolaan produk, tetapi juga memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang superior. E-commerce Galeri Songket ini merupakan aplikasi sistem yang dibuat berbasis web dan membuat database data admin dan data customer sehingga dapat mengelola data menjadi informasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna dengan lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

For some visitors, natural tourism represents an attractive form of tourism in itself. One of the most notable natural attractions in North Sumatra is Ergendang Cave, situated in Penungkiren, Sinembah Tanjung Muda (STM) Hilir, Deli Serdang Regency. The promotional media for Ergendang Cave still exhibits deficiencies that impede its ability to attract local tourists. The utilisation of augmented reality (AR) technology has the potential to enhance the efficacy of promotional media by facilitating the creation of portal applications that integrate the virtual and tangible realms through markerless methodologies. This Android-based application has been constructed using the Unity 3D platform and the C# (sharp) programming language, in accordance with the prototype model SDLC system development method. This study presents information on the surrounding situation of Ergendang Cave tourism with 360° panoramic photos through a portal that aims to help attract tourists. The portal provides users with the ability to virtually visit the location in real time, effectively bridging the gap between the user's physical location and the virtual representation of Goa Ergendang Tourist Attractions. This could be particularly beneficial during the ongoing pandemic, as it offers a unique opportunity for tourists to virtually experience the attractions without the need for physical travel.
