Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan e-book biologi berbasis konstruktivistik untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa SMA kelas XI. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan model ADDIE. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa SMAN 3 makassar kelas XI dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 22 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Agustus 2019. Instrumen yang dikembangkan berupa instrumen validitas e-book biologi berbasis konstruktivistik, Instrumen motivasi belajar siswa, Instrumen respon guru dan siswa. E-book biologi dikembangkan berdasarkan prinsip konstruktivistik : (1) learning personalization, (2) reflective thinking, (3) problem solving and investigation, (4) relevance to daily-life, (5) collaborative learning, (6) discussion, dan (7) teacher scaffolding. E-book yang dikembangkan menggunakan software flipcreator dengan menambahkan media berupa gambar, video dan animasi. E-book yang dikembangkan kemudian diuji validitas hingga dinyatakan valid oleh validator lalu diimplementasikan untuk mengetahui respon siswa dan guru serta efektifitas dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-book biologi konstruktivistik yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria kevalidan (4,3), kepraktisan (66,67 %) dan efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa hal ini ditandai dengan meningkatnya aspek perhatian, relevansi, keyakinan dan kepuasan sebagai faktor persepsional motivasi.

Abstract

This development research aims to produce valid, practical and effective SiMaYang Type 2-based learning tools to improve Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) and multiple representation abilities in reaction rate materials. The development model used in this study refers to the ADDIE development model developed by Robert Marie Branch (2009) covering 5 stages, namely (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, (5) Evaluation . The tools developed in this research are Learning Implementation Plans (RPP), Student Worksheets (LKPD), modules, HOTS assessment instruments, and multiple representation ability instruments. The quality test phase of the SiMaYang Type 2-based learning device and the supporting instruments that will be used in the research is carried out through a validity test given to two validators. A limited trial of the use of SiMaYang Type 2-based learning tools was carried out on 15 class XII IPA students. Field trials were carried out on 56 students of class XI IPA. The results showed that the SiMaYang Type 2-based learning device developed met the product quality, namely: 1) the validity included: (a) lesson plans with a value of 3.48 (valid), (b) LKPD with a value of 3.58 (very valid) , (c) module with a value of 3.40 (valid), and (d) HOTS assessment instrument with a value of 0.77 (valid); 2) practicality includes: (a) the implementation of learning tools with a score of 1.80 in the fully implemented category, (b) teacher responses to learning tools with a value of 93.42% in the very practical category, (c) student responses 80.75% meet the very positive category; 3) effectiveness includes: (a) the ability of teachers to manage learning with a value of 3.38 is in the good category, (b) the ability of multiple representations of students with a value of 3.01 in the high category, (c) student activities of 76.22 % in good category, and (4) HOTS assessment with a pretest average of 14.30% in the low category and an average posttest of 78.01% in the medium category and the N-gain result of 0.76 in the high category. Thus, the results of the study indicate that the SiMaYang Type 2 learning model-based learning device has valid, practical and effective qualities.

Abstract

This study aims to find out 1) planning, 2) implementation, 3) assessment of Chemistry learning in the 2013 Curriculum, 4) Obstacles in implementing Chemistry learning in the 2013 Curriculum. This type of research is classified as evaluation research. Sources of data were obtained from all Chemistry teachers in Senior High School of Wajo who had implemented the 2013 Curriculum, the research data included planning, implementing, evaluating Chemistry learning. Data collection techniques using checklist sheets, interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the Chemistry Learning Planning Aspects of the 2013 Curriculum in Senior High School of Wajo in the even semester of the academic year 2019/2020 reached 91% included in the very complete category, the Learning Implementation Aspect reached 87% included in the good category, and in the Aspect Chemistry Learning Assessment reached 73% included in the quite good category. The obstacles that have not been maximally implemented in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum are on the use of a scientific approach, the use of the 2013 curriculum-based learning model, as well as on the assessment of learning in the 2013 curriculum.

Abstract

This study is a development research that aims (1) to develop a guided inquiry-based learning module in increasing learning independence and learning outcomes (2) to produce a guided inquiry-based e-Module which is valid, practical, and effective in increasing learning independence and learning outcomes. The development model used in this study is the ADDIE development model. The guided inquiry-based e-Module developed had gone through the validation stage by experts so that based on the validation results it is declared valid and based on the results of trials in class it is declared practical and effective. e-Modules and other research instruments are stated to have met the criteria for validity in valid category. Based on the research data, the e-Module have met the practicality criteria because the practicality test is related to: (a) the implementation of the guided inquiry-based learning e-Module with the average value of M=1.79 in the interval (1.5≤M≤2 ,0) with implemented entirely category; (b) positive teacher’s response with a percentage of 89% in very practical criteria; and (c) very positive students’ responses with a percentage of 81% in very practical criteria. The guided inquiry-based e-Module is stated to be effective because it has met the effectiveness criteria with the results: (a) increasing students' learning independence from before treatment 57.02% to 79.63% after the treatment; (b) the learning outcomes meet the effective criteria for the n-gain value with an increase in learning outcomes by 0.78 in high category. e-Module was developed with the help of 3D Pageflip Professional software. The guided inquiry-based e-Module that was developed includes elements consisting of: (1) cover, containing the identity of the colloid e-Module, (2) instructions for using the e-Module, (3) KD and learning indicators, (4) a brief Colloid material at certain meetings, (4) learning videos, and (5) learning activities.

Abstract

This study is quasi experimental research with pretest-posttest control group design, which aims at examining the influence of guided inquiry learning model on critical thinking ability and chemistry learning autcomes of students on chemistry bond learning material. The population and the sampel of the study were all of students of grade X MIA at SMA Muhammadiyah Luhu. Sampel were chosen randomly and obtained grade X MIA 1as the experiment class and grade X MIA 2 as the control group. Data ceobtained were analyzed descriptively and inferentially. The ruselt of descriptive analysis obtained the mean score of critical thinking ability and learning outcome in experiment class by 79.85 and the control class 57.89, whit each of standard of deviation 11.77 and 12.29. The mean percentage of critical thinking ability indicator in experiment class is 83.91 in high category and in control class is 49.63 in moderate category. The result of hypothesis test with t-test at the level of significance α = 0.005 obtained tcount 4.48 > ttabel 2.20 and significance (0.001 < 0.05) indicated that the hypothesis is accepted. The conclusion of the study is there influence of guided inquiry learning model on the critical thinking ability and learning outcomes of grade X MIA at SMA Muhammadiyah Luhu on Chimistry Bond learning material.

Abstract

This research used descriptive method with quantitative approach. This study aims to determine the life skills of chemistry students in the Food Chemistry based on chemo- entrepreneurship approach. The subjects in this study were chemistry students in the 5th semester of Mathematics and Natural Science Faculty State University of Makassar, that are 114 students. Data collection techniques used were questionnaires, observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that aspects of life skills obtained were generic life skills consisting of personal skills and social skills and specific life skills consisting of academic skills and vocational skills. As for each skill the results obtained are personal skills with 78.43 in the good category, social skills with 84.48 in the excellent category, academic skills with 75.00 in the good category, and vocational skills with 74.14 in the good category.

Abstract

The research aims to examining the influence of guided inquiry learning model on critical thinking ability and chemistry learning autcomes of students on chemistry bond learning material. This research method uses an experimental method with two treatments. Data analysis using normality test, homogeneity test, hypothesis test and analysis to test the hypothesis was using one way ANOVA at a significant level of 0.05. The ruselt of descriptive analysis obtained the mean score of critical thinking ability and learning outcome in experiment class by 79.85 and the control class 57.89 whit each of standard of deviation 11.77 and 12.29. The mean percentage of critical thinking ability indicator in experiment class is 83.91 in high category and in control class is 49.63 in moderate category. The result of hypothesis test with t-test at the level of significance α = 0.05 obtained tcount 4.48 > ttable 2.02 and significance (0.001 < 0.05) indicated that the hypothesis is accepted. The conclusion of the study is there influence of guided inquiry learning model on the critical thinking ability and learning outcomes of grade X MIA at SMA Muhammadiyah Luhu on Chemistry Bond learning material.

Abstract

This study is a development research that aims to produce interactive media based on augmented reality in a valid, practical, and effective discovery learning model. The development model used is the ADDIE development model which consists of five stages, namely the analysis stage, the design stage, the development stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. The interactive media based on augmented reality that was developed was validated by two experts. Then, it was tested to 40 students in grade X MIA 7 at SMAN 16 Makassar. The results of the study reveal that the developed interactive media based on augmented reality meets the criteria of validity, practicality, and effectiveness. The interactive media based on augmented reality is stated to be valid based on the results of validating interactive media based on augmented reality with an average value of the media expert and material expert of 3.78 and 3.77, which are in very valid category. The interactive media based on augmented reality is stated to be practical based on (1) the implementation of interactive media with an average total percentage of 96.56%, which is in very high category; (2) the teacher's response with an average score of 93.37%, which is in very practical category; and (3) the students’ responses with an average score of 89%, which is in very practical category. The interactive media is stated to be effective based on the results of the analysis of the learning outcomes test and analysis of learning motivation questionnaires with a class completeness percentage of 90% and an average value of the percentage of learning motivation assessment of 90%, which is in very high category. Therefore, the results of the study indicate that interactive media based on augmented reality in the discovery learning model has valid, practical, and effective qualities.

Abstract

This study is a development research that aims to develop and produce learning module in the form of comics based on augmented reality in Chemical Bonds learning subject. The development model used in the study refers to the 4D development model by Thiagarajan et al. The limited trial of this learning module was conducted at UPT SMAN 11 Pinrang. The results of the study reveal that (1) the development process of learning module employed the 4-D model which included 4 stages, namely (a) defining (define), (b) design, (c) development (develop), and (d) disseminating (disseminate), (2) the learning module is valid, effective, and practical. The validity of the module by the material experts obtained moderate validity and by the media experts obtained high validity categories. Limited field trials to 33 students of class X MIPA 1 obtained 81% class completeness after using the module. The learning motivation after using the module obtained an average score of 86 which was higher than before using the module which was 75. The effectiveness of learning module was also obtained by comparing the learning motivation of students based on the paired sample t-test with a significance p value smaller than α (0.00 < 0.05). The responses of students and teachers to the learning module developed also obtained a very practical category so that the media is confirmed to be practical.

Abstract

Abstract. Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi yang terintegrasi pada Kurikulum Merdeka (Kumer) telah digulirkan sejak tahun 20sanggup melaksanakannya pada pembelajaran karena pembelajaran strategi berdiferensiasi dianggap oleh guru-guru sangat rumit prasyaratnya, termasuk SMAN 11 Pangkep. Oleh karena itu tujuan kegiatn PKM ini adalah untuk membagikan solusi penerapan pembelajaran dengan strategi berdiferensiasi kepada guru SMAN 11 Pangkep yang menjadi mitra pada kegiatan PKM ini. Upaya-upaya yang dilaksanakan adalah: 1) memberikan pelatihan dan pemahaman secara teoritis, 2) membimbing merancang pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dan latihan membuat tes diagnostik kepada guru-guru SMAN 11 Pangkep agar memahami strategi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, diskusi atau tanya jawab langsung. Hasil pelaksaan kegiatan selama proses pelatihan pada PKM ini adalah guru mitra sangat senang dan antusias berdiskusi tentang pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Target yang ingin dicapai yaitu merealisasikan pemahaman guru sehingga mereka benar-benar memahaminya dan menerapkannya pada pembelajaran sesuai bidang studi masing-masing.
