Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem notifikasi pembayaran sekolah berbasis web di TK Islam All-Husna guna meningkatkan efisiensi ,akurasi, dan transparansi dalam pengelolaan transakasi pembayaran SPP. Sistem ini dilengkapi fitur notifikasi melalui whatsAppGAyewa yang memungkinkan pengiriman infrmasi tagihan dan pengingat pembayaran secara real-time kepada wali murid. Pengemabngan dilakukan menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) yang meliputi tahapan perencanaan kebutuhan, perancangan antarmuka pengguna, konstruksi, dan implementasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi , dan studi Pustaka. Implementasi sistem memanfaatkan framework COdeigniter 4, bahasa pemrograman PHP, dan basis data MySQL. Hasil pengujian dengan metode Blackbox menunjukan bahwa seluruh fitur utama pengiriman notifikasi tagihan, pengingat tunggakan, dan sinkronisasi data berfungsi sesuai spesifikasi. Aplikasi ini mampu mengurangi beban kerja administrasi meminimalkan kesalahan pencatatan manual, serta meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna dengan memberikan informasi pembayran yang tepat waktu. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribsui pada pengembangan teknologi pendidikan dengan menghadirkan solusi efektif untuk manajemen administrasi pembayaran sekolah pada lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan sebagai respons terhadap kebutuhan akan proses evaluasi kinerja guru yang lebih teratur di lingkungan Yayasan Al-Husna. Evaluasi secara manual seringkali menimbulkan keterlambatan dan kurangnya keakuratan dalam pelaporan. Oleh karena itu, sistem informasi berbasis web dikembangkan untuk membantu guru, kepala sekolah, dan pihak yayasan dalam melaksanakan penilaian secara digital dan terstruktur. Sistem ini menyediakan fitur pengelolaan data guru, pengunggahan dokumen pendukung seperti RPP dan laporan bulanan, serta input nilai berdasarkan empat kompetensi utama, yaitu pedagogik, kepribadian, profesional, dan sosial. Selain itu, sistem juga menampilkan hasil evaluasi dalam bentuk rekap nilai dan grafik, serta mendukung pencetakan laporan dalam format PDF. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Waterfall, yang mencakup tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Dari hasil pengujian, sistem mampu menjalankan fungsinya dengan baik dan mendukung proses penilaian yang lebih cepat, akurat, serta mudah diakses kapan pun dibutuhkan.

Abstract

Student savings is one of the flagship programs at the Al-Husna Education Foundation, which aims to train students in managing finances from an early age. Through this program, students are taught to set aside some of their pocket money to meet school needs such as uniforms, tuition fees, and other activities. This program also plays a role in shaping the character of discipline, frugality, and responsibility. However, the previous savings management system was still manual, namely by recording transactions in savings books and cash books. This method is prone to cause recording errors, data loss, and a lack of information transparency for students' parents. In addition, manual recording becomes less efficient as the number of transactions increases. To address these problems, a website-based student savings management system has been developed to replace manual processes with automated systems. The system is built using the CodeIgniter 4 framework, the PHP programming language, and the MySQL database. The results of the study show that this system is able to make it easier to record transactions, present reports automatically, and provide fast, accurate, and transparent access to information for schools and parents of students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem manajemen penggajian guru berbasis website di TK Islam Al Husna untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang timbul dari proses penggajian manual. Metode manual yang berjalan saat ini rentan terjadi kesalahan perhitungan, membutuhkan waktu lama, serta kurang transparan sehingga dapat menurunkan motivasi guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan waterfall yang meliputi tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem penggajian berbasis website yang dibangun menggunakan framework CodeIgniter 4. Sistem ini dapat mengelola data guru, mencatat kehadiran harian, serta melakukan perhitungan komponen gaji secara otomatis yang meliputi gaji pokok, tunjangan pengabdian, dan tunjangan transport berdasarkan kehadiran. Sistem juga memiliki fitur untuk menghasilkan laporan penggajian bulanan dan mencetak slip gaji. Berdasarkan pengujian Black Box, seluruh fungsionalitas sistem berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Penerapan sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadikan proses manajemen penggajian lebih akurat, efisien, dan transparan.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan faktor penentuan kelangsungan hidup suatu perusahaan baik yang bergerak dibidang produk maupun bidang jasa. Salah satu SDM penting dalam suatu perusahaan atau istansi adalah karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara pada beberpa karyawan Unwaha, diketahui bahwa sistem administrasi di Unwaha masih perlu perbaikan, diantaranya dalam hal laporan pekerjaan, menejemen tugas dan efisiensi waktu. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan menejemen tugas dan kinerja karyawan untuk mempermudah dan meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan aplikasi untuk mempermudah karyawan dalam menerima tugas, mengerjakan tugas, perbaikan tugas, penyimpanan data, dan efisiensi waktu kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Januari sampai Mei 2021 di Universitas KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah Jombang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperiment dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Model pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode Rapid Application Development (RAD). Hasil uji coba pengembangan aplikasi diketahui bahwa aplikasi yang dikembangkan sudah sesuai dengan fungsinya yaitu mempermudah karyawan Unwaha dalam menyelesaikan tugas mereka.Kata kunci: Aplikasi, Manajemen Karyawan, Manajemen Tugas, Sumber Daya ManusiaRasakan keseruan bermain di om88 dengan peluang menang yang lebih besar. Abstract

IPNU IPPNU is a social institution that is a forum for youth that develops awareness and social responsibility towards productive youth. IPNU and IPPNU in Mancilan Village are one of the pillars of youth organizations followed by the wider community who are faced with a number of problems. From the results of pre-program identification, several problems faced by partners were found. The first problem is that the implementation of organizational management is not running well so that many organizational programs are not running optimally. The main obstacle faced is limited funds to carry out various activities aimed at achieving the organization's vision and mission. Currently, their main source of funding is membership fees, which are not always sufficient to support all the initiatives they undertake. With this background, the service team conducted training in understanding digital marketing in Mojoagung District, Mancilan Village, Jombang Regency. This service is carried out to increase sales efforts by utilizing digital platforms. Writing skills in marketplace media are very important for increasing brand awareness for potential consumers. The problem that partners have is that partners have not been able to create captions, taglines, descriptions for products that will be marketed online. Apart from that, regarding digital marketing planning, the service team brought in a resource person, one of the practitioners managing Jombang students' official Instagram accounts, to provide material related to digital marketing. This service activity uses the CBL (Community Based Learning) approach which integrates the involvement of a community in learning consisting of copywriting and digital marketing planning techniques. Then continue creating content that can be uploaded directly to partner social media.

Abstract

Janti Village is a village in Mojoagung sub-district with a population of around 3,570 people. The Janti village community has a variety of potential, especially in the agricultural and crafts sectors. The women in Janti village have an interest and hobby in planting ornamental plants in front of the house. These ornamental plants are an important part of the beauty and aesthetics of their environment. Even though they have a great love and interest in ornamental plants, they often face several obstacles in caring for these plants. One of the main obstacles is their busy daily lives. The community service team consisting of lecturers and students offers collaboration on developing an automatic watering tool, namely an Adruino-based ornamental plant watering tool. The method used is socialization and practicing how to use automatic watering tools. With this system, we hope to provide concrete benefits to the people of Janti Village, improve their quality of life, and utilize technology to support daily activities

Abstract

University of KH.. A. Wahab Hasbullah Jombang is a private university with a number of students reaching 2,300 in 2021. The large number of students demands manpower and time to provide administrative services to students. One of the student services that needs attention is the service for taking certificates and graduations which are still done manually. The purpose of this research is to make it easier for staff, prospective graduate students, and graduation committees to manage graduation activities and take certificates by utilizing digital media. This research was conducted at the University of KH. A. Wahab Habullah Jombang uses the experimental method. The development model used is the waterfall model. The test results of applications developed using the blackbox method show that the system developed is in accordance with the expected results. This means that the application developed is feasible to be applied to management activities for sending graduations and taking diplomas at University of KH.. A. Wahab Hasbullah Jombang.

Abstract

The application of information technology makes it easier for agencies to carry out data processing activities, including processing employee salary data. The results of observations made at the University of KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah pointed out that employee salary processing is still done manually. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a web-based payroll information system to make it easier for financial admins while preventing data loss. The research was carried out from April to August 2022 using the Waterfall method at KH. A. Wahab Hasbullah University, Jombang. The test results show that the developed employee payroll information system works according to its function and makes it easier for financial admins to make payroll reports.

Abstract

Significant developments in information technology have led to changes in people's mindsets and lifestyles. This also affects the performance of agencies including universities. the results of observations and interviews conducted at Unwaha show that the storage of employee work results is still manual which risks losing data, besides that there is no notification of employee assignments so that employees tend to experience difficulties in carrying out tasks.Therefore it is necessary to develop an information system for notification of tasks and storing employee work results to prevent data loss. information system development was carried out using the waterfall method from April to August 2022 at KH A. Wahab Hasbullah University, Jombang. The research results show that the information system developed makes it easier for employees to report work assignments, makes it easier for employees to receive additional assignments, can manage and store all assignment data from employees, and helps shorten the time in the process of reporting employee work assignments.
