PENGARUH BOKASI KUMPAI TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL SAWI HIJAU PADA TANAH ALLUVIAL WINDRA, WINDRA; SAFWAN, MULYADI; SUSANA, RINI

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dosis bokasi kumpai (Hymenachne amplixicaulis) terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil sawi hijau pada tanah alluvial. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan lima perlakuan dan lima ulangan dan masing – masing ulangan terdiri dari 3 sampel tanaman. Total dari seluruh sampel penelitian adalah 75 tanaman. Perlakuan yang dimaksud adalah b1 = 5% bokasi kumpai dari berat tanah ( 300 g bokasi+ 5700 g tanah), b2 = 10% bokasi kumpai dari berat tanah ( 600 g bokasi+ 5400 g tanah), b3 = 15% bokasi kumpai dari berat tanah ( 900 g bokasi+ 5100 g tanah), b4 = 20% bokasi kumpai dari berat tanah ( 1200 g bokasi+ 4800 g tanah), b5 = 25% bokasi kumpai dari berat tanah ( 1500 g bokasi+ 4500 g tanah). Adapun variabel pengamatan yaitu jumlah daun, berat segar tanaman, luas daun total, volume akar, dan berat kering tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian bokasi kumpai berpengaruh nyata terhadap volume akar, luas daun total dan berat kering tanaman. Respon tidak nyata terhadap pemberian bokasi kumpai ditunjukkan oleh variabel pengamatan jumlah daun dan berat segar tanaman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bokasi kumpai berpengaruh baik terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman sawi hijau. Pemberian 5% bokasi kumpai dari berat tanah adalah dosis yang efektif  untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil sawi hijau pada tanah alluvial. Kata Kunci : Alluvial, Bokasi Kumpai, Sawi Hijau

Abstract

This literature review aims to describe the urgency of developing social studies learning based on local wisdom. Teachers can develop contextual learning by conducting learning based on local wisdom around students. Teachers can integrate social studies material with local wisdom so that students are interested and can understand the material well so that student learning outcomes are maximized. The use of local wisdom in social studies learning is a culture-based learning dimension that utilizes various forms of culture that are rich in social and cultural values. The values ​​contained in local wisdom can be used as one of the social studies learning resources, with the hope that it can provide concrete learning experiences to students and learning will be meaningful. The values ​​in local wisdom can be implemented in social studies learning, whether it is affective learning, namely related to character values, or cognitive learning, namely related to science. Through social studies learning that is oriented towards local wisdom, we can become a shield against the flow of globalization.

Abstract

Teachers have a significant role in helping the personality development of children and adolescents at school. The work of a teacher is a professional job, meaning that this work cannot be done by educators who are found as best they can, with as little knowledge as they can, as employed as they can, who teach as they please, and with as little knowledge as they can. Teachers' work is based on mastery of knowledge, skills, responsibility, autonomy in making pedagogical decisions, as well as a code of ethics as a guide to action. Teachers act as guides who help explore these potentials and direct them in a positive direction. By understanding students' interests, talents and strengths, teachers can identify areas that need development and provide appropriate support. Apart from exploring potential, teachers also play a role in building strong character in students. Strong character includes moral values, ethics, positive attitudes, leadership, self-confidence and social responsibility. In understanding students' potential, using effective learning methods, building attitudes, values ​​and ethics, providing guidance and counseling, encouraging leadership development, instilling social responsibility, and providing a significant positive impact, teachers can help students become quality individuals. , tough, and has a solid character.

Abstract

This literature research discusses the use of technology as a mathematics learning medium to support the learning process in schools. Modern technologies such as Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) have shown their potential in changing the way teachers and students interact with mathematical material. The use of this technology allows the application of more interactive, personalized and collaborative learning methods, which leads to increased student understanding and motivation. This study examines several important aspects in the application of technology to mathematics learning, including how the technology facilitates the visualization of complex mathematical concepts, offers personalized assistance according to student needs, and encourages collaboration between students. The results obtained show that the integration of technology in mathematics learning can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the teaching and learning process, thereby creating an adaptive and innovative educational environment. Thus, the use of technology as a medium for mathematics learning is a strategic step in the modernization of education that contributes positively to improving the quality of students' learning experiences. This research recommendation focuses on further development and training for educators in utilizing technology optimally to support learning in schools.

Abstract

The quality of education is a crucial aspect that must be achieved to face the challenges of competition among educational institutions. One of the strategies for organizations, particularly education institutions focusing on quality, is by implementing quality assurance. Once quality assurance is achieved, educational institutions will continuously improve the quality of services provided to parents, including tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. This research aims to analyze the phenomena related to tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy concerning parents' satisfaction at SDS Golden Christian School. The study population includes the parents of students at SDS Golden Christian School during the 2024-2025 academic year. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, with questionnaires distributed to 52 respondents who are parents with more than one child enrolled at SDS Golden Christian School in the 2024-2025 academic year. The research data were processed quantitatively using multiple linear regression analysis with validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test), and hypothesis tests (R² test, t-test, and F-test) utilizing SPSS 30 for Windows. The findings of this research indicate that: 1) Tangible has a positive and significant influence on Parents' Satisfaction. 2) Reliability has a positive but not significant influence on Parents' Satisfaction. 3) Responsiveness has a positive but not significant influence on Parents' Satisfaction. 4) Assurance has a positive but not significant influence on Parents' Satisfaction. 5) Empathy has a positive and significant influence on Parents' Satisfaction. 6) Tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy collectively have a positive and significant influence on Parents' Satisfaction.
