Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this study is the low learning outcomes of students on the negotiations subjects of eleventh grade class of Marketing 1 class of SMKN 1 Pontianak. The purpose of this study is to improve the learning process to improve students? learning outcomes in the negotiation subjects of by using ARIAS learning model (Assurance, Relevance, Interest, Assessment, and Satisfaction). The method used is a classroom action research which consisting of four stages: (a) planning, (b) implementation, (c) observation, (d) reflection. Data were collected through observation sheet and student learning result through pretest and posttest. This study was conducted in two cycles. The results showed an increase in student learning outcomes. This is evident from the results of research cycle I where the average value of student learning outcomes increased from 50 to 71.36, and mastery of student learning outcomes increased from 18.18% to 66.67%. Then the results of research cycle II, the average value of student learning outcomes increased from 54.85 to 76.06, and completeness of student learning outcomes increased from 24.24% to 81.82%. From the data obtained, it can be seen that there is an increase in student learning outcomes in cycles I and II. Thus, research using ARIAS learning model (Assurance, Relevance, Interest, Assessment, and Satisfaction) in negotiation learning can improve students? learning result of eleventh grade class of Marketing 1 class of SMKN 1 Pontianak and improve teacher?s ability in applying of learning model in class.Keywords: ARIAS Learning Model (Assurance, Relevance, Interest, Assessment, Satisfaction), Negotiation Subject, and Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perencanaan rekrutme tenaga pendidik di SMA Muhammadiyah 6 Palembang dan faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat perencanaan rekrutmen tenaga pendidik di SMA Muhammdiyah 6 Palembang. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Dalam penelitia ini yang menjadi informan penelitian yaitu Kepala Sekolah, Waka Kurikulum dan Kepala Tata Usaha. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik yang digunakan dalam analisis data adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi sumber bdan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan rekrutmen tenaga pendidik di SMA Muhammadiyah 6 Palembang sudah berjalan cukup baik. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dilihat dengan adanya perumusan keadaan saat ini dalam persiapan rekrutmen tenaga pendidik baru, penyebaran pengumuman penerimaan tenaga pendidik baru, penerimaan lamaran tenaga pendidik baru, dan seleksi pelamar, adanya penetapan dalam persiapan rekrutmen tenaga pendidik baru, penyebaran pengumuman penerimaan tenaga pendidik baru, penerimaan lamaran tenaga pendidik baru dan seleksi pelamar. Aadanya identifikasi segala kemudahan dari hambatan dalam persiapan rekrutmen tenaga pendidik baru, penyebaran pengumuman, penerimaan lamaran tenaga pendidik baeu dan seleksi pelamar. Adapun faktor penghambatnya yaitu waktu rekrutmen tenaga pendidik yang tidak menentu dan sulitnya memperoleh tenaga pendidik yang berkompeten.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan secara komprehensif mengenai konsep dasar desain penelitian kuantitatif serta menguraikan berbagai macam jenis desain yang umum digunakan dalam penelitian ilmiah. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan bersifat deskriptif dengan metode studi literatur, di mana peneliti mengkaji berbagai sumber pustaka seperti buku metodologi penelitian, jurnal ilmiah, dan publikasi akademik yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa desain penelitian kuantitatif merupakan rancangan sistematis yang berfungsi untuk mengarahkan proses pengumpulan dan analisis data numerik guna menguji hipotesis yang telah dirumuskan sebelumnya. Secara umum, desain penelitian kuantitatif dapat dikategorikan ke dalam beberapa jenis utama, yaitu desain deskriptif, korelasional, komparatif, survei, pre-eksperimen, experimental dan quasi-eksperimen. Masing-masing desain memiliki karakteristik, tujuan, serta prosedur pelaksanaan yang berbeda sesuai dengan permasalahan dan variabel yang diteliti. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman konseptual dan praktis bagi peneliti, mahasiswa, maupun akademisi dalam menentukan desain penelitian kuantitatif yang tepat agar hasil penelitian lebih valid, reliabel, dan dapat digeneralisasikan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the principle of comparability in Islamic Religious Education and its implications for improving students' understanding and shaping their Islamic character at MAN 1 Pangkalpinang City. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method conducted in a leading madrasah with heterogeneous student characteristics. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation, involving 12 informants consisting of teachers, the principal, the vice principal for curriculum, and students. Data analysis was conducted using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana through reduction, presentation, and simultaneous data conclusion drawing. The results showed that the principle of comparability was applied through differentiated learning strategies, proportional fairness-based assessment, and Islamic values-based curriculum collaboration. The application of this principle was proven to improve religious understanding and shape students' character to be fair, moderate, and have good morals, although there were still obstacles in the form of teachers' narrow perceptions of the meaning of substantive equality. This study emphasizes the importance of the principle of comparability as a principle of justice in contextual and humanistic Islamic education.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital-based madrasah leadership on teacher performance at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Palembang. The study used a correlational quantitative method with a population of all teachers and madrasah principals, involving 45 teachers and 1 madrasah principal as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics and regression. The results show that the digital leadership of the madrasah principal is in the good to very good category, especially in terms of digital vision and technology-based communication indicators. Overall, teacher performance is classified as good, especially in digital learning planning and implementation, although teacher professional development still needs to be improved. Regression analysis showed a positive and significant influence between digital leadership and teacher performance (β = 0.62; p < 0.05), indicating that digital leadership improves learning effectiveness and teacher motivation. The novelty of this study lies in the integration of digital leadership with Islamic values, strengthening a technology-based work culture in madrasahs. These findings provide practical and theoretical contributions to the development of digital leadership in Islamic education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan loyalitas dan kinerja guru di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat lima strategi utama yang diterapkan kepala madrasah. Pertama, strategi keteladanan dan pendekatan personal, yaitu kepala madrasah memberikan contoh kedisiplinan dan melakukan pembinaan individual kepada guru yang mengalami masalah motivasi. Kedua, strategi komunikasi terbuka dan partisipatif, di mana kepala madrasah melibatkan guru dalam musyawarah dan pengambilan keputusan sehingga menumbuhkan rasa memiliki terhadap madrasah. Ketiga, strategi penguatan kompetensi guru melalui penyelenggaraan IHT, workshop, supervisi akademik, serta pemberian kesempatan mengikuti pelatihan eksternal. Keempat, strategi penghargaan dan pembinaan disiplin dengan penerapan sistem reward and punishment yang proporsional. Kelima, strategi penguatan nilai keagamaan dan kultural, seperti tadarus, salat berjamaah, dan pengajian yang memperkuat karakter serta loyalitas spiritual guru. Secara keseluruhan, strategi-strategi tersebut efektif dalam meningkatkan loyalitas dan kinerja guru di madrasah.
