Abstract

Financial technology berbasis Syariah di Indonesia berkembang cukup pesat yang mana kemudian diberlakukannya peraturan otoritas jasa keuangan dan dewan Syariah nasional majelis ulama Indonesia sebagai Lembaga yang bertugas mengembangkan pernerapan nilai-nilai Syariah dalam kegiatan ekonomi pada umumnya dan keuangan pada khususnya. Dengan adanya financial technology tersebut apakah telah sesuai dengan syarat dan ketentuan badan hukum Syariah dan badan hukum negara yang berlaku di Indonesia?. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah implementasi akad musyarakah pada financial technology di PT Ammana sudah sesuai dengan syarat dan ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan oleh fatwa dewan Syariah nasional MUI serta peraturan perundang undangan yang berlaku di Indonesia. Data diperoleh dari data sekunder yang terdiri dari dokumen, buku, catatan dan data sekunder lainnya dalam penelitian. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian studi empiris dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang dianalisi berdasarkan fatwa dewan Syariah nasional MUI dan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Hasil penelitian menerangkan bahwa PT Ammana fintech Syariah dalam implementasi akad perjanjian yang telah dilakukan sudah sesuai dengan ketentuan fatwa dewan Syariah nasional MUI dan perundang-undangan yang berlaku di Indonesia.

Abstract

Along with the development of Islamic banking and Islamic financial institutions, both rural banks and cooperatives ind Indonesia today, the quality of services is an important factor in competitiveness. This happens because banking is a sharia-based service provider. Currently, there are many services provided by bank and non-bank financial institutions to make it easier for custimers to carry out their transaction activities. With the development of sophisticated technologu, it is now easier for customers to make transactions using electronic media without direct contact. This article aims to determine the effect of IBS Mobile on member satifaction at BMT Artha Buana Metro. Data obtained from questionnaires that have been answeres by respondents, namely a simple liner regression. R-Squared of 80,70 % shows that the independent variables not included in this study. Thus the results of the studi indicate that the quality of IBS Mobile services has an effect on the satisfaction of BMT Artha Metro members.

Abstract

In Indonesia, there are two primary investment forms: conventional and sharia. Many people need help understanding the difference between the two. Sharia investment is an investment that is based on Islamic principles and laws. This study aims to improve the understanding of sharia investment in the PAC Fatayat Metro Utara community in Metro City. Currently, many community members do not understand the concept of sharia investment properly, so they are still vulnerable to investment fraud that is not legally clear and promises large profits in a short time. Awareness of the importance of investment as long-term savings that can provide benefits in the future needs to be increased. This is important so that people are aware of investment offers that have been rampant lately, especially investments that claim to be Sharia-based but are not by Islamic principles. This study found that the PAC Fatayat Metro Utara community's understanding of sharia investment could be more robust. Therefore, more intensive education and socialization are needed so that this community can recognize and choose investments based on Sharia principles and avoid fraudulent investments. By increasing public understanding, especially among the PAC Fatayat Metro Utara community, it is hoped that the number of investment fraud victims under Sharia's guise can be minimized. Proper education will have a long-term positive impact on the economic welfare of society.

Abstract

Sampah merupakan hasil sisa-sisa kegiatan sehari-hari manusia atau proses alam yang berbentuk padat. Saat ini kampung Tunggal Warga belum memiliki tempat pembuangan akhir (TPA) sampah sehingga pengelolaan sampah belum dapat dikatakkan efektif karena hanya ditimbun dan di buang dilingkungan sekitar rumah warga. Belum adanya TPA di Kampung Tunggal Warga mengakibatkan sampah menjadi tidak terkondisikan bahkan dapat mencemari lingkungan sekitar. Tim pengabdian memberikan solusi atas permasalahan dalam pengelolaan sampah yang ada di desa Tunggal Warga kec. Banjar Agung yaitu dengan memberikan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat dalam pembuatan alat pembakaran sampah yang efektif dan efisien. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat tentang pentingnya pengelolaan sampah yang efektif dan efisien serta memberikan penjelasan tentang pembuatan dan praktik cara kerja alat pembakaran sampah anorganik berbahan bakar air dan oli. Metode yang digunakan terdapat tiga tahapan, yaitu Analisis Kebutuhan Masyarakat, Pembuatan Alat Pembakar Sampah (Incinerator), dan yang terakhir melakukan Sosialisasi. Hasil dari kegiatan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat di kampung Tunggal Warga yaitu memberikan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat terhadap pentingnya pengelolaan sampah yang efektif dan efisien, tim pengabdian menghasilkan 1 alat pembakar sampah anorganik berbahan bakar oli dan air. Selanjutnya alat tersebut diserahkan untuk digunakan dan dimanfaatkan dalam hal kepentingan bersama masyarakat di kampung Tunggal Warga.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Obesitas sentral menjadi perhatian serius dalam konteks kesehatan global karena dampak signifikan pada peningkatan risiko penyakit serius, termasuk penyakit jantung, diabetes tipe 2, dan sindrom metabolik. Prevalensi obesitas sentral di Provinsi Lampung mencapai 25,98% pada tahun 2018. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan memberikan edukasi kepada anggota kepolisian di Kepolisian Resor Pringsewu, Lampung, tentang obesitas sentral menggunakan media PIPERACEACE (Flipchart for the Application of Balanced Nutrition and the Contents of Isi Piringku Program to Prevent Central Obesity). Edukasi ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan anggota kepolisian tentang prinsip gizi seimbang dan penggunaan program isi piringku dalam pencegahan dan pengendalian obesitas sentral. Proses edukasi melibatkan tahapan skrining, pretes dengan kuesioner sebelum penyampaian materi, dan postes dengan kuesioner sebagai evaluasi setelah penyampaian materi. Hasil edukasi menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 93%, dengan skor pretes dan postes yang meningkat drastis. Kesimpulan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah bahwa edukasi menggunakan media PIPERACEACE berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan anggota Kepolisian Resor Pringsewu, Lampung, tentang obesitas sentral, memberikan dasar untuk upaya pencegahan yang lebih efektif kepada masyarakat.   ABSTRACT Central obesity has become a serious concern in the global health context due to its significant impact on the increased risk of serious diseases, including heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and metabolic syndrome. In the Lampung Province, the prevalence of central obesity reached 25.98% in 2018. This community service initiative involves providing education to police officers in the Pringsewu Police Resort, Lampung, about central obesity using the PIPERACEACE media (Flipchart for the Application of Balanced Nutrition and the Contents of MyPlate Program to Prevent Central Obesity). The education aims to enhance the knowledge of police officers regarding the principles of balanced nutrition and the utilization of MyPlate Program content in preventing and controlling central obesity. The education process includes screening stages, a pre-test with a questionnaire before delivering the material, and a post-test with a questionnaire as an evaluation after the material delivery. The results of the education show a 93% increase in knowledge, with pre-test and post-test scores experiencing a drastic improvement. The conclusion of this community service is that education using the PIPERACEACE media successfully enhances the knowledge of police officers in the Pringsewu Police Resort, Lampung, about central obesity, providing a foundation for more effective prevention efforts in the community.

Abstract

At the end of 2019, there was a pandemic happening in the world, called the novel Coronavirus disease-19 (COVID-19). Various spectrums of disease from COVID-19, one of which is ARDS. The incidence of COVID-19 in children is not as much as in adults. However, in children under one year of age it can get worse. The main characteristic of worsening infection is the occurrence of ARDS. Objective: To find out the best treatment for PARDS in COVID-19 patients. Method: The writing of this article uses various sources from scientific journals to government guidelines and related institutions. Search articles using the keywords “Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome”, “ARDS”, “Pediatric Respiratory Distress Syndrome”, “PARDS”, and “PARDS on COVID-19” Result and Discussion: PARDS was defined based on PALICC in 2015. Pathophysiology of PARDS in COVID-19 patients is still unclear. However, there is a theory that explains the way SARS-Cov-2 enters cells, namely through membrane fusion, giving rise to ARDS. The difference in handling PARDS for COVID-19 patients is that the handling technique is more alert to the risk of aerosols. Conclusions: There are differences in the handling of PARDS for COVID-19 patients in the technique by reducing the risk of virus transmission by preventing leakage when using a ventilator and using a bacterial/virus filter, as well as rescuers and staff using complete PPE during the procedure.

Abstract

Depression is a global problem whose symptoms are easier to observe than cure. With a fairly high prevalence in Indonesia, which is up to 6.1% in 2018, this problem practically does not only affect the sufferer but also has an impact on the people around him which in turn will further reduce the quality of life of the sufferer. Lombok Island has a local food called poteng which is the result of fermented sticky rice. Poteng is able to act as a probiotic because it contains Lactobacillus plantarum. Probiotics can play a role in helping people with depression with the Gut Brain Axis mechanism by reducing Interleukin-6, increasing gamma-Aminobutyric Acid, and influencing Vitamin D and its receptors. In a depressed state, Interleukin-6 was observed to increase whereas GABA was observed to decrease. The Gut Brain Axis mechanism affects depression through neuroanatomical pathways, regulation of microbial metabolites (Short-Chain Fatty Acid), Tryptophan metabolism, and Immune Regulation.

Abstract

Cognitive impairment is one of the important complications of stroke with a high prevalence. If not detected and managed properly, this cognitive disorder can worsen into post-stroke severe cognitive impairment (vascular dementia) with social and economic impacts on the family. This community service activity aims to increase public understanding of the importance of recognizing memory loss in stroke patients. This activity is carried out in the form of counseling at the Neurology Polyclinic at UNRAM Hospital once a week for a period of 3 weeks involving visitors to the Neurology Polyclinic at UNRAM Hospital, both outpatients and their caregivers. The participants were asked to take part in a whole series of activities which included pre-test, counseling, discussion, and post-test. The number of participants who took part in this counseling activity were 36 subjects. The participants' relatively high interest in participating in this activity can be seen from the documentation of the entire series of activities and the significant increase in the post-test mean score compared to the pre-test average score at the statistical analysis stage (p <0.05). This activity showed high effectiveness in increasing participants' understanding of memory loss in stroke patients.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis dari ‘‘Pengaruh harga produk dan digital marketing dalam meningkatkan minat beli konsumen pada Terazz’ibon Collection di Palembang”. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dimana pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner atau daftar pertanyaan yang sudah dipersiapkan dan disetujui pada sebelumnya. Data kuesioner tersebut diberikan kepada responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu calon konsumen Terazz’ibon Collection di Palembang yang beralamat di jalan Bungaran II . 7 Ulu Kecamatan Seberang Ulu I, Kota Palembang, Sumatera Selatan. Dalam penelitian ini populasi diambil dari jumlah data pelanggan Terazz’ibon Collection pada tahun 2020 yang berjumlah 100 pelanggan dan untuk menentukan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan rumus slovin dengan hasil 50 responden. Hasil pembahasan ini menunjukan bahwa 1.) pengaruh harga produk secara parsial terhadap minat beli konsumen 2.) pengaruh digital marketing secara parsial terhadap minat beli konsumen 3.) pengaruh harga produk dan digital marketing secara simultan terhadap minat beli konsumen.
