Menjadi seorang news anchor haruslah mengedepankan sikap keprofesionalan, hal ini bisa dilihat dari cara serta metode yang dipakai seorang news anchor sehingga bisa menyajikan informasi yang disenangi audiens. Judul dari penelitian ini yaitu Analisis keprofesionalismean news anchor Najwa Shihab dalam menarik minat menonton. Dalam penelitian ini membahas terkait news anchor Najwa Shihab yang juga merupakan pembawa acara program Mata Najwa yang telah ada sejak tahun 2008 hingga saat ini yang juga ditayangkan di YouTube milik Najwa Shihab dan perusahaan media Narasi TV. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui menganalisis keprofesionalismean news anchor Najwa Shihab dalam menarik minat menonton. penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dimulai dengan pengumpulan data, obsesrvasi, pencatatan interpretasi, penerapan sifat dan objek yang diteliti yang termasuk dalam pendekatan kualitiatif deskriptif yang menggunakan teori semiotik Roland Barthes. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu tayangan video program Mata Najwa yang dipandu oleh Najwa Shihab yang ditayangkan di channel YouTube ‘Najwa Shihab’. Metode ini membentuk data dari perilaku yang telah diamati sesuai dengan aspek keprofesionalismean. Setelah menganalisis diketahui sikap keprofesionalismean seorang news anchor Najwa Shihab dalam menarik minat menonton seseorang dan bagaimana dirinya mengemas suatu program seperti Mata Najwa yang tetap bertahan dengan prestasi dan citra terpercaya bagi masyarakat.

Soap operas are defined as dramas in a series of episodes that present stories from various characters simultaneously. The research is entitled analysis of sinetron shows ikatan cinta in RCTI on the social behavior of the community of ilir barat II rt.34 rw.07 palembang. Ikatan Cinta, an Indonesian soap opera created by MNC Pictures, had its television debut on RCTI on October 19, 2020 at 19.30 WIB. It's a soap opera directed by Doddy Djanas, has the genres of drama, romance, family and comedy. The screenwriters are Theresia Fransisca and Donna Rosamayna. The bond of love tells the story of two siblings, without them realizing it, they love the same man and in the end it causes family conflict. This study aims to determine the interest in watching soap operas Bonds of Love on RCTI and to find out how soap operas affect the social behavior of the people of Ilir Barat II Rt.34 Rw.07 Palembang. The research used in this study began with data collection, recording, interpretation, application of the properties and objects studied included in a descriptive qualitative approach using the uses and gratifications theory. The subjects in this study were the people of Ilir Barat II Rt.34 Rw.07 Palembang. This method forms data in the form of text or speech from each person's behavior that is seen. After analyzing the data, it was proven that the public was interested in watching soap operas that had an interesting storyline and visualization of the cast, and it was also proven that the soap opera Ikatan Cinta did not change behavior, but some followed the fashion style and the names of the characters from the soap opera Ikatan Cinta.

Anxiety disorders have surged post-COVID-19 in urban Indonesia, with daily stress, low social support, and negative thought patterns exacerbating symptoms among young adults, impairing daily functioning and academic performance. This study aimed to empirically analyze anxiety characteristics and Cognitive Behavioral Theory (CBT) application as contextual intervention using Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI). Employing a quantitative descriptive approach, purposive sampling recruited 150 young adults (18-35 years) in urban areas; data were analyzed via SPSS descriptive statistics and Spearman correlations. Results revealed stress contributing 42% to anxiety variance, low support elevating risk 2.5-fold, and negative thinking 28% via rumination (r = -0.559, p < 0.05). Conclusions emphasize CBT's 60% symptom reduction efficacy, advocating multidisciplinary policy integration for prevention.

People pleaser behavior increasingly prevalent among adolescents due to social pressures and digital media poses risks to mental health and interpersonal relationships. This study aims to analyze the impact of people pleaser tendencies on adolescents' psychological well-being and social relations through qualitative Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Population comprised relevant scientific literature from 2016-2025, with purposive sample of 20-30 sources from Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, and JSTOR. Instruments involved structured keyword searches followed by thematic coding and narrative synthesis analysis. Results reveal strong correlations between people pleaser traits and elevated stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, alongside imbalanced relationships due to poor personal boundary setting. Conclusions recommend assertiveness training and REBT interventions to enhance adolescent well-being, offering practical implications for school counselors.

This study aims to examine the preaching communication strategy of Yayasan Al-Ishlahiyah and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors encountered by Yayasan Al-Ishlahiyah in implementing the preaching communication strategy to address the problem of school dropouts. The study employed a descriptive qualitative method using interviews, observations, and documentation techniques involving parties from Yayasan Al-Ishlahiyah. The results of this study indicate that the preaching communication strategy implemented by Yayasan Al-Ishlahiyah is an approach designed in a structured, directed, and comprehensive manner to respond to the issue of school dropouts. The supporting and inhibiting factors of the preaching communication strategy applied by Yayasan Al-Ishlahiyah in Desa Gaung Asam are characterized by a systematic, persuasive, and contextual approach in addressing the problem of children dropping out of school.

This study aims to analyze public services provided for elderly Hajj pilgrims and examine the level of satisfaction of elderly pilgrims toward the services at the South Sumatra Hajj Dormitory. Elderly pilgrims have specific needs that require special attention in service delivery, including accessibility, safety, and health facilities. Therefore, the quality of public services plays an important role in supporting the comfort and satisfaction of elderly pilgrims during their stay at the dormitory before departure to the holy land. Materials and methods. This research used a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Informants in this study consisted of the Manager of the Hajj Dormitory, Assistant Front Office Manager, Assistant Executive Housekeeper, and elderly Hajj pilgrims of the 2025 group. Informants were selected using purposive sampling based on their involvement in providing and receiving services. The data were analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing.Results. The results show that the quality of public services at the South Sumatra Hajj Dormitory has generally been implemented through five dimensions of service quality: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Services related to empathy, responsiveness, and assurance were perceived positively by elderly pilgrims, as officers were considered friendly, helpful, and responsive to their needs. However, some limitations were found in the tangible dimension, particularly regarding accessibility facilities such as the absence of elevators and limited elderly-friendly infrastructure.Conclusions. Overall, public services at the South Sumatra Hajj Dormitory have provided positive experiences for elderly pilgrims, especially in interpersonal service aspects. Nevertheless, improvements are still needed in physical facilities and accessibility to better support the mobility and comfort of elderly pilgrims and enhance overall service satisfaction.
