Abstract

This study aims to implement a behavioristic approach in learning algorithms and programming with Python and explore the factors supporting and hindering the process. The research uses a descriptive qualitative method with the subjects being students from the Mathematics Education Study Program. Data were collected through triangulation, which included observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that the implementation of the behavioristic approach significantly improved students' systematic thinking skills, with an average increase of 25% in algorithm understanding and problem-solving skills. Seventy-five percent of students reported increased confidence in solving algorithm problems. These findings support the principle of positive reinforcement in behavioristic learning theory. This study recommends integrating the behavioristic approach into the curriculum and further research to explore individual factors affecting learning outcomes. Thus, this study contributes to the development of more effective teaching methods in mathematics education and programming.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the constraints and solutions in the utilization of the Learning Management System (LMS) 'Bebas UMPO' by students of the Mathematics Education Study Program at FKIP Universitas Muhammadiyah Ponorogo. The approach used is qualitative exploratory with a case study design, involving semi-structured interviews, documentation, and observation as data collection techniques. Research findings show that there are three main categories of constraints faced, namely technical constraints (such as limitations in networks and devices), pedagogical (the lack of interactivity in the material), and cultural (low motivation and readiness for independent learning among students). In response to these constraints, the proposed solutions include improving digital infrastructure, training lecturers in technology-based content development, and strengthening students' digital literacy. Additionally, the integration of innovative learning media such as videos, interactive forums, and visual content is also recommended to enhance the effectiveness of using LMS. This finding emphasizes the importance of a systemic approach that involves technology, pedagogy, and academic culture in supporting the transformation of digital learning. This research contributes to the development of more adaptive and contextual local LMS, as well as providing practical recommendations for higher education institutions in optimizing the use of learning technology.

Abstract

The continuity of Reyog art in Ponorogo Regency cannot be understood from a single perspective, but must be examined through various interrelated social, cultural, and institutional dimensions. This study focuses on analyzing the patterns of collaboration among key actors in sustaining the existence of Reyog art in Ponorogo Regency. The method used to answer this problem is qualitative, with the research object being the local government and the existence of other actors who have an influence on the development of Reyog Ponorogo art, such as professional organizations, media, universities, and small and medium entrepreneurs. The research results show that actor collaboration is needed in the development of Reyog Ponorogo art in an effort to maintain its sustainability. Collaboration process the penthahelix model has actually been implemented in the development of Reyog Ponorogo art, namely involving academics, business, community, government and media. In conclusion enhancing cooperation among local government entities and promoting organized partnerships with outside stakeholders are vital approaches to guarantee the enduring sustainability of Reyog Ponorogo as a cultural legacy and a catalyst for the local creative economy. This study offers actionable insights for enhancing policy integration and cross-sector collaboration frameworks that promote sustainable cultural management in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Abstract

This research seeks to examine how teamwork, reflective methods, and digital records in field-based learning enhance academic literacy in postgraduate students. The program was carried out via a field study in Semarang, engaging key partner organizations such as Universitas PGRI Semarang (UPGRIS), Semesta School, the Kota Tua heritage area, and the Grand Mosque of Central Java (MAJT). Using a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected via participatory observation, interviews, digital records, and reflective group discussions. The results indicate that collaboration among institutions offers valuable empirical environments that allow students to link theoretical ideas with practical applications, especially in fields like educational governance, digital innovation, cultural preservation, and spiritual leadership. Reflective practices act as vital tools that enable students to interpret field experiences, participate in analytical processing, and convert observations into a more profound academic comprehension. Simultaneously, digital records improve observational precision, deepen reflective involvement, and bolster academic claims with visual and multimodal proof. The research finds that combining collaboration, reflection, and digital documentation creates a comprehensive learning structure that effectively enhances students’ academic writing abilities, critical thinking, and overall academic literacy in the context of Education 5.0. The research suggests the necessity for more organized, technology-enhanced field learning frameworks to maximize academic and professional learning results for graduate students.
