Abstract

As a hope for an educator so that children can become children of his protégé. An educator is the most important part of which is inseparable from the process of learning. The results of the learning process depend very much on the role of teacher, teacher/educator designing, executing and evaluating. In order to make the learning process can be run with a maximum of and in accordance with the goal of educators so teachers can use the learning tool, in this case, is the medium of instruction. Lots of media types there are learning at school, of which simple or complicated. But many teachers who are encountering less innovative and creative in terms of learning media, and produced illustrations for designing learning media is very important and necessary by the teacher since by doing development as well as innovate can improve student learning and desire a great fit with the needs of the students. Therefore researchers interested and doing research on quality improvement of learning with innovative learning media. This research aims to develop the creative power of teachers to continue to create media innovative and creative learning.

Abstract

Problems of students’ character are currently the main focus in the education realm. The role of the family, teachers, and the society is critical in shaping the character of children.The weakness of character-based learning in an educational institution has been the key factor on the problem of student characters. The teacher in the learning process is often lessinovative and creative in designing the learning process, especially in terms of learning media design. Comic is one of media that can help students and can replace the position of teachers in learning activities both inside and outside the classroom. Comic can be used in a two-way learning process, namely as a teaching tool and as a medium for shaping the character of the students. Based on observation field, it is known that in the process of learning, comic as instructional medium has never been utilized. Therefore, the presence of learning media in the form of comics is expected to assist the teacher in the learning process and helps in forming the character of students. Comic languages using polite language are expected to avoid impolite languages and not in accordance with the objectives of education character. This also inspires the use of instructional media comic contents of learning materials in elementary school. Comics as a medium of learning is able to build the foundations of character for learners and are ultimately capable of constructing human characters that are intact and resilient.

Abstract

Abstract: Health topic has been popular again recently, this is supported by the adaptation of new habits (new normal) that were implemented after the world was hit by pandemic. This article describes the relationship between Islamic religious values and healthy lifestyle habits originating from verses Al-Qur'an and Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad Shallallahu 'Alaihi Wasallam. The method used is library research, carried out by collecting and researching data from books or writings that are in accordance with the discussion into primary sources and secondary sources. The results of this study are based on the research of two books with the same theme, namely there is a relationship between Islamic religious values and a healthy lifestyle. This is in accordance with what has been explained by health experts and even the World Health Organization (WHO), which must balance physical (physical) health and mental (spiritual) health to carry out activities in the world. Keywords: Islamic values, Healthy Lifestyle, Health Abstrak: Topik kesehatan kembali populer akhir-akhir ini, hal ini didukung dengan adanya adaptasi kebiasaan baru (new normal) yang diterapkan pasca dunia dilanda pandemi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguraikan hubungan nilai-nilai agama Islam dengan kebiasaan hidup sehat yang bersumber dari ayat Al-Qur'an dan Hadits Nabi Muhammad Shallallahu 'Alaihi Wasallam. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan, dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan dan meneliti data dari buku-buku atau tulisan yang sesuai dengan pembahasannya ke dalam sumber primer dan sumber sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan penelitian dua buku dengan tema yang sama yaitu ada hubungan nilai-nilai agama islam dengan pola hidup sehat. Hal ini sesuai dengan apa yang telah dijelaskan oleh para ahli kesehatan bahkan Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO) yang harus menyeimbangkan kesehatan jasmani (fisik) dan kesehatan mental (spiritual) untuk menjalankan aktivitas di dunia. Katakunci:  nilai-nilai Islam, gaya hidup sehat, kesehatan

Abstract

Muhammadiyah education is very important and needs to be instilled in MI/SD children. In the educationalprocess, it is necessary to instill Muhammadiyah values to strengthen character values in children from anearly age. There are several partner problems including 1) still using simple APE to help teacher learningrelated to the introduction of Al-Islam Kemuhammadiyahan lessons; (2) there is no integration of generallearning with al Islam Kemuhammadiyahan; (3) there is no APE in the form of innovative APE related tothe introduction of Muhammadiyah values in children. The method used in this PKM is internalization inlearning activities, exemplary, and habituation with the empowerment model which includes: a) assessmentrelated to the mechanism of implementation of Focus Group Discussion (FGD); b) conducting workshopsto increase knowledge and skills in preparing RPP using Bismu's APE; c) technical guidance I to assist thepreparation of lesson plans using Bismu's APE; d) evaluation and reflection; The Educational Game Tool(APE) created is Bismu (Innovative Solutive Reading Beginning Bus). This Bismu is a redesign of the toybus vehicle that is often played by children in their daily lives. APE Bismu is designed with various kindsof games in each part including learning to read beginning which contains the values ofkemumahammadiyahan to be instilled in children including Islamic values, sincerity, tajdid, cooperation,and caring. The results of the activity are (1) Assistance in making Bismu APE; (2) 90% achievement oftraining on making Bismu APE; (3) the achievement of Learning Device Design using APE. This programexplains that all achievement targets are met by 90%, the level of training satisfaction is 96%.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of parents in developing children's reading habits to improve their academic performance. This study aims to determine the role, influence and strategies of parents on children's learning development and forming reading habits. This study uses a qualitative method with an interpretive paradigm in learning and readingData were collected through semi-structured interviews with parents and documentation. Then the data were analyzed and transcribed thematically. The results showed that parental involvement in reading activities was positively related to children's academic success. This study also highlighted the influence of parenting styles on children's learning motivation. The results of this study emphasize the importance of comprehensive interventions that target parenting practices and children's learning environments to optimize educational outcomes.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of Duolingo's app on students' language ability in learning English. This research aims to 1) the ease of use duolingo application, 2) The benefits we get from the features provided by the Duolingo application, 3) Identify what improvements are visible in English competence. This research is a qualitative study to identify the impact of Duolingo application on student’s English competence. Participants were two high school students and two college students who currently use Duolingo regularly. The researchers conducted structured interviews to obtain rich details about their experiences. The findings suggested that Duolingo's usability, engaging features and systematic lessons has significantly contributed to their language learning ability, especially in terms of pronunciation, vocabulary and their confidence in using English. This research also emphasized the educational value of such an innovation in a digital era.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk di bidang pendidikan. Integrasi AI dalam dunia pendidikan menawarkan berbagai keunggulan, seperti peningkatan efisiensi pembelajaran, personalisasi materi, serta otomatisasi tugas administratif. Namun, pemanfaatannya juga menimbulkan tantangan, seperti potensi bias algoritmik, masalah privasi data, dan dampak terhadap interaksi sosial siswa. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji ragam penerapan AI dalam pendidikan, mengeksplorasi keunggulan dan kelemahannya, serta memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana teknologi ini dapat dimanfaatkan secara optimal untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka, yang melibatkan analisis berbagai sumber literatur terkait implementasi AI dalam pendidikan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa AI telah diterapkan dalam berbagai bentuk, seperti chatbot untuk interaksi siswa, Natural Language Processing (NLP) untuk analisis bahasa, Augmented Reality (AR) dan Virtual Reality (VR) untuk pengalaman belajar yang lebih imersif, serta Machine Learning untuk personalisasi pembelajaran. Selain itu, Learning Analytics dan Intelligent Tutoring System (ITS) telah membantu meningkatkan efektivitas evaluasi pembelajaran. Implikasi dari kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun AI menawarkan banyak manfaat bagi dunia pendidikan, implementasinya harus dilakukan secara bijak dengan mempertimbangkan faktor etika, keamanan data, dan keseimbangan peran guru dalam proses pembelajaran. Dengan pemanfaatan yang tepat, AI dapat menjadi alat yang mendukung transformasi pendidikan menuju sistem yang lebih inklusif, efektif, dan adaptif terhadap perubahan zaman.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting bagi setiap orang. Meskipun masyarakat Islam menjadi minoritas muslim di Thailand, masyarakat tidak pernah putus asa dan tetap berkeyakinan bahawa pendidikan sangatlah penting bagi masa dapan yang akan datang, karena hal tersebut peneliti menganbil judul Model Pendidikan Agama Islam Di Ma’had Islam Thailand.(StudiKasus: Ma’had Assaadah Jujor Provinsi Narathiwat Thailand Selatan). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis secara kritis tentang pendidikan agama Islam di Ma’had Assaadah Jujor Provinsi Narathiwat Thailan Selatan (Tujuan Model dan Metode pendidikan di thailand). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, dengan mengambil data di Ma’had Assaadah Jujor Provinsi Narathiwat Thailan Selatan. Pengumpulan data menggunakan beberapa metode yaitu observasi, intetview dan dokumentasi. Kemudian analisis data dengan memberikan makna terhadap data yang berhasil di kumpulkan. Subjek penelitian yang menjadi subjek dan sekaligus sumber informasi, adalah Kepala Ma’had Assaadah, ustaz ustazah dan peserta didik. Hasil Penelitianmenunjuk bahwa 1) Model pendidikan Agama Islam yang digunakan baik dari bidang keagamaan, bidang bahasa dan sosial. 2) pelaksanaan metode yang dilaksanakan oleh para guru dalam melaksanakan proses belajar mengajar, adalah metode ceramah, tanya jawab, hafalan, diskusi, pemberian tugas, kisah. Namun metode yang sering digunakan oleh para ustaz dan ustazah adalah metode ceramah dan metode tanya jawab. 3) evaluasi pembelajaran sebagai tolak ukur dari kemampuan siswa untuk memahami materi dalam kelas. evaluasi yang dilakukan untuk kehadiran, tugas dan keaktifan masing-masing bernilai 10% ,untuk hafalan atau makalah bernilai 20% sedangkan ujian akhir sebesar 50% dari total nilai 100% diantaranya evaluasi kelas, ujian akhir dan ujian nasional. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memastikan bagaimana penggunaan materi pembelajaran Lumio By Smart mempengaruhi minat siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Qurrota A'yun Ponorogo untuk belajar matematika. Data dikumpulkan dari populasi lengkap 80 anak kelas empat menggunakan kuesioner tertutup dan dokumentasi sebagai bagian dari prosedur penelitian survei kuantitatif. Normalitas, linearitas, uji-t, analisis regresi linier sederhana, dan uji R-Square dilakukan untuk menilai validitas dan keandalan instrumen penelitian. Dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 34,7%, temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media Lumio By Smart secara signifikan dan menguntungkan mempengaruhi minat belajar siswa. Artinya, penggunaan media ini menyumbang 34,7% dari variasi minat belajar siswa. Dampak yang signifikan dikonfirmasi oleh nilai F 41,369 dan nilai signifikansi (Sig.) 0,000, yang kurang dari 0,05. Mayoritas siswa menunjukkan antusiasme di atas rata-rata dalam belajar dan memberikan tanggapan yang baik kepada media, sebagian besar dari mereka termasuk dalam kategori baik dan sangat baik. Dengan demikian, Lumio By Smart dapat dianggap sebagai instrumen yang kreatif dan sukses untuk meningkatkan semangat dan minat siswa sekolah dasar dalam belajar matematika.

Abstract

This study aims to describe teachers' efforts in increasing student confidence through Active Learning learning at SDN Gundik. The background of this research is based on the importance of self-confidence as a supporting factor in the success of the student learning process in elementary school. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that teachers carried out various Active Learning strategies, such as group discussions, student presentations, and educational games to create a fun and participatory learning atmosphere. This strategy has been proven to be able to increase students self-confidence in expressing opinions, asking questions, and actively participating in learning. Supporting factors include the teacher's personal approach, a positive classroom environment, and parental involvement. The inhibiting factors faced include differences in student character and time constraints. In conclusion, Active Learning learning has a positive impact on increasing student self-confidence if applied consistently and adjusted to student needs.
