Abstract

In Indonesia, disability is still a matter for individuals who have disabilities. Persons with disabilities are part of Indonesian citizens who have the same rights and obligations as citizens who do not suffer from physical or psychological disabilities. Society still thinks negatively about people with disabilities because of the shortcomings they experience, so that discrimination against people with disabilities arises. Persons with disabilities are seen as unproductive, uncreative and innovative and contribute less to the government in various aspects. The existence of this kind of view can provide limited space for disabled people to participate in various aspects of life, both in spiritual aspects, economic aspects, educational aspects, social aspects and so on. With such an assumption, it requires people with disabilities to be more productive and continue to develop, as well as changing society's thinking which considers them weak. Therefore, our group collaborates with people with disabilities by carrying out embroidery training so that we can show the wider community that people with disabilities can produce work. We believe that good cooperation and communication between our member groups and people with disabilities will produce work that produces useful benefits for the wider community. Abstract

This study examines publication, promotion, in public services in the perspective of the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad SAW with a thematic hadith approach, which highlights the values ??of honesty, transparency, simplicity of information, and prohibition of fraud. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with primary data sources from Kutubu Tis'ah and its commentary, as well as supporting literature in the form of interpretations and academic journals. The main findings indicate that relevant hadiths provide important guidelines in maintaining the integrity of information and interactions in transactions. The values ??of honesty, transparency and prohibition of fraud are not only limited to the dimensions of the buying and selling process but have direct relevance to modern public service practices. In addition, the principle of simplicity of information encourages publication and promotion of honest, accurate, and realistic services. The implementation of these principles has the potential to create a more just, transparent, and blessed public service system. This study contributes to the development of thematic hadith studies that are relevant to the dynamics of contemporary life, especially in the context of public services.

Abstract

This study aims to produce information in the form of a more in-depthexplanation of the influence of service quality and price on customersatisfaction. And obtain results from processed data about how muchinfluence service quality and price have on customer satisfaction.The method used in this study is descriptive and verificationwith a population and sample of 32 parent’s respondents, processingdata using the SPSS Version 25 application.Journal homepage: http://ijefbm.stiembi.ac.id/index.php/ijefbmIndonesia Journal Economic, Finance, Business and Management  102The results of the regression equation are Y = 9.572 + 0.299X1+ 0.472X2 + e, using the multiple regression analysis method. Theresults of the Hypothesis Testing, obtained that the service variable hasa value of sig < 0.05, which is 0.010, which means it is significant. Theresult of T-count = 2,738 > T-table = 1,697. Then the service variable ispositively and significantly related tocustomer satisfaction and theservice variable has a value of sig < 0.05, which is 0.000 which meanssignificant. The result of T-count = 4,525 > T-table = 1.697. Then the pricevariable is positively and significantly related tocustomer satisfaction.Simultaneously, the variables of service and price can have a positiveeffect on customer satisfaction with a calculated F-value of 30,854 > Ftable of 3.29 with a significant level of 0.00 < 0.05. So the results ofhypothesis testing are: H1, H2, H3 accepted and H0 rejected. Theresults of the correlation coefficient obtained that the r value of service=0,674 and the r value of the price = 0,773 this means that there is a strongand positive relationship which indicates that increasing serviceandthe price in general can improve customer satisfaction. The result of KD(R^2) = 0,658. This means that 65,8% of the independent variables,namely serviceand price, can be explained by the dependent variable,namelycustomer satisfaction. The remaining 34,2% is explained byother factors not examined by this study.

Abstract

Accurate is an accounting software used to assist the bookkeeping and financial reporting process in business. This Accurate software is specifically designed to assist small to medium businesses in managing finances, such as purchases, sales, inventory, and tax reports. This study aims to determine the effect of Information Quality, System Quality, and Service Quality on Accurate Software User Satisfaction in Semarang City. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were Accurate Software users in Semarang City. The sample used was 98 respondents, using purposive sampling with a questionnaire data collection method. The analysis method in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, t test, F test and determination coefficient test. Data processing uses SPSS 25 for Windows software. The results of this study indicate that Information Quality has no significant effect on User Satisfaction of Accounting Information Systems with a significance level of 0.103 > 0.05, while t count 1.646 < t table 1.66123. System Quality has a positive and insignificant effect on User Satisfaction of Accounting Information Systems with a significance level of 0.091 > 0.05, while t count 1.709 > t table 1.66123. Service Quality has a significant positive effect on User Satisfaction of Accounting Information Systems with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, while t count 3.798 > t table 1.66123. Information Quality, System Quality, and Service Quality simultaneously have a significant positive effect on User Satisfaction of Accounting Information Systems with a significance level of 0.00 < 0.05, while F count 69.966 > F table 2.70. Abstract

Development of sewing skills for persons with disabilities is carried out with the aim of improving their skills so that they can open jobs or business. This sewing training development activity is in the form of training in making product designs and making dress patterns. The results in this study are that person with disabilities who are considerate incapable of being productive, creative and innovative by being given sewing development training are able to help improve their business skills which can be useful for starting a business.Keywords : Development, disabilities, training, sewing skills

Abstract

Along with the development of automotive technology and computer technology, the car which is one form of transportation also receives the impact of these developments. In today's cars, additional features are available that apply a combination of the two technologies above. In connection with the above, consumers who in this case are those who will buy a car and use car facilities more or less will feel the impact of the existence of several types of cars, each of which has different specifications. Environmental factors can influence the choice of a car based on the size of the car and the capacity of passengers and luggage. The most visible impact due to the problems above is the emergence of confusion in making choices when buying a car. Based on these problems, a decision support system for buying a car was built which aims to make it easier and faster for prospective car buyers to determine which one to buy. The method applied in building a decision support system is the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method

Abstract

Background: The market for coal exports from Indonesia expands annually; therefore, the government must issue a regulation to designate local technical verifier surveyors to inspect coal exports in order to manage the production and sale of coal. PT XYZ as a foreign surveyor service company needs to have the proper alternative strategy to respond to these government regulations. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the external and internal factors that affect PT XYZ’s business, formulate strategy alternatives, and determine the proper business strategy for coal unit business of PT XYZ. Design/methodology/approach: The analytical tools used for the macro and industry external environments were PESTEL and Porter’s Five Forces analysis, while the internal environment analysis used VRIO. Strategy alternatives were formulated by SWOT-TOWS analysis, and determination of strategy priority used hybrid AHP-SWOT (A’WOT) analysis. Findings/Result: The results showed that the opportunity factor is at the top of the list. At the sub-factor level, the external factor as the biggest opportunity is that other countries’ dependence on Indonesian coal is very high, and the biggest threat is that the government is still closing operating permits for foreign surveyors, while the internal factor as the biggest strength is accuracy and timely survey reports and laboratory results, and the biggest weakness is the cooperation contract with customers and local surveyors. Conclusion: The study concluded that the main priority of the 13 structured alternative strategies that can be implemented by PT XYZ is the WO2 strategy to increase the volume of work, which is a long-term cooperation contract other than spot-order work with customers.Originality/value (State of the art): The selection of PT XYZ as a foreign independent surveyor service company that operating in Indonesia in this study is different and has not been found in previous studies.
