Abstract

The power of sale that is made by the parties jointly is basically only in the form of formalitiesbecause, collateral for loans guaranteed to the Bank has been tied to mortgage rights by conducting anauction as a form of repayment of debt. The purpose of this thesis is: First, To find out the inclusion of thepower of selling clause in the credit agreement at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk PekanbaruSudirman Unit is in accordance with applicable rules. Second, to find out what factors cause the power tosell credit collateral received by PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Unit Sudirman Pekanbaru in thepractice of granting credit.This type of research is sociological juridical research which means reviewing the state of the problemin the field associated with applicable legal aspects and regulating the problem, while the nature of theresearch is descriptive, where descriptive research describes clearly and in detail the implementation ofcredit collateral at PT. . Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Sudirman Unit Pekanbaru.From the results of the study concluded, Inclusion of the power of selling clause on credit agreementsat PT. The Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Pekanbaru Sudirman Unit is that it has been carried outaccording to the provisions but still causes losses to the debtor even though the power selling clause is madeto provide benefits to the parties but this has not been felt by the debtor because the Bank has unilaterallydetermined the selling price from collateral goods in the process of selling collateral goods due to baddebtor customers' credit Even though in the power of attorney there is also the power to set prices by theauthorized recipient (creditor), but the power of attorney is not entitled to set a price so low that the powerof attorney, and Factor factors that cause the power to sell the credit collateral received by PT. Bank RakyatIndonesia (Persero) Unit Sudirman Pekanbaru in the practice of granting credit is minimizing auctions dueto bad credit, Avoiding auction taxes at 10% of the value of transactions, carrying out sales of assets againstbad credit that the income from the sale is immediately put into bank finances because the People's BankIndonesia and the power to sell it are very effective, easier, the cost is cheap and not complicated if theobject of collateral will be sold when the debtor defaults / defaults.Keywords : Power Implementation - Selling Collateral – Credit

Abstract

Community life in Indonesia is still very much attached to patriarchal culture, where women are positioned as subordinates under the authority of men and stereotypes that negatively label women. Until finally causing social irregularities in the form of cases of sexual harassment against women at work. Utilizing digital media, Never Okay tries to empower women by calling for justice towards assault and harassment of women. With the discourse developed in an article on the story of the disease, this research focuses on how women are depicted in each article posted on the site neverokayproject.org. Utilizing qualitative studies using Norman Fairclough's critical discourse analysis method in unpacking the ideology behind the writing, researchers can conclude that by structuring the discourse in such a way that the article is deliberately made to influence the reader's opinion, especially supporters of the feminine movement.Keywords: patriarchy, sexual harassment, never okay, feminism.

Abstract

Company planning is an activity that can provide guidance in running a company, as well as identifying opportunities and analyzing and evaluating things that affect the company's targets. The company's design focuses on planning technical aspects, carrying out production trials to ensure product efficiency and quality by using a combination of experimental design methods and the BORDA method, as well as describing production flow mapping with operation process maps (PPO). Marketing aspects include market analysis and segmenting, targeting and positioning. Aspects of business organization and human resource needs are also taken into account. Apart from that, legal aspects and environmental aspects are also evaluated based on government regulations. Meanwhile, a feasibility study is an assessment process carried out to determine whether a project, business or activity has the capability and is feasible to implement. The feasibility study reviews financial analysis that shows profitable potential in the business, with positive feasibility indicators in cash flow calculations, a payback period of 7 months 16 days, a positive Net Present Value (NPV), and an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 9.06%, exceeding MARR value is 5.75%. So the design of the presto tilapia fish business is feasible.

Abstract

Masalah perdamaian dan toleransi antaragama merupakan isu krusial dalam masyarakat multikultural seperti Indonesia, yang rentan terhadap konflik dan disintegrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana tayangan program 'Login' di kanal YouTube Deddy Corbuzier membingkai nilai-nilai perdamaian dan toleransi antaragama melalui metode analisis framing. Program ini dipandu oleh Habib Ja’far dan Onadio Leonardo, menghadirkan para pemuka agama untuk mendiskusikan pentingnya hidup dalam harmoni dan menghargai perbedaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, serta analisis framing menurut model Zhongdang Pan dan Gerald Kosicki. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi tayangan program 'Login', serta analisis isi dan komentar dari audiens di kanal YouTube tersebut. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tayangan 'Login' membingkai nilai-nilai perdamaian dengan cara yang inklusif dan toleran. Para narasumber mengartikan, menjelaskan, menceritakan, dan menegaskan pentingnya toleransi dan penghargaan terhadap kemanusiaan, persatuan, dan persaudaraan dalam konteks kebangsaan Indonesia. Program ini berhasil memanfaatkan platform YouTube untuk menjangkau audiens luas, mengedukasi, dan mengajak masyarakat untuk menjaga kerukunan dan kedamaian. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa tayangan program 'Login' tidak hanya menyampaikan pesan-pesan damai secara efektif tetapi juga menunjukkan potensi media baru sebagai sarana untuk mempromosikan nilai-nilai positif dalam masyarakat. Upaya ini penting untuk terus dirawat dan dikembangkan guna melestarikan kebinekaan dan kedamaian di Indonesia.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the tendency of low critical thinking skills of elementary school students. The habit of memorizing and remembering material in books is one of the factors that influence it. This study aims to determine the critical thinking skills of elementary school students at each stage of the inductive thinking learning model. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The research participants involved 7 grade VI students in one of the public elementary schools in Cipongkor District, West Bandung Regency on animal breeding material. The instruments used in data collection were observation sheets and test questions. The research data were analyzed qualitatively through scoring and percentages based on the emergence of aspects of critical thinking indicators. The results showed that the average percentage of students' critical thinking skills indicators in the high category based on the results of the observation of the syntax of the inductive thinking learning model was 65,6%, and 67% based on the results of the description test. Thus, the researcher can conclude that the implementation of the inductive thinking learning model is effectively used to improve the critical thinking skills of elementary school students.

Abstract

This study analyzes the symbolic meaning of Pope Francis' apostolic journey to Indonesia in September 2024, using George Herbert Mead's Symbolic Interaction Theory. The research focuses on how the symbolic actions, words, and objects during the visit were interpreted by Indonesian society, particularly in the context of interfaith relations. The study employs a qualitative approach, utilizing literature study techniques to analyze primary sources such as official documents, speeches, and media reports, as well as secondary sources like academic journals and books. The findings reveal that Pope Francis' visit carried profound symbolic meanings, particularly through his gestures (e.g., kissing the hand of the Grand Imam of Istiqlal Mosque), speeches, and the signing of the Istiqlal Declaration on Religious Harmony. These actions were widely perceived as promoting interfaith dialogue and solidarity, although some skepticism existed among certain groups. This research contributes to the understanding of how symbolic interactions can foster interfaith harmony in a multicultural society like Indonesia, offering insights for future studies on religious diplomacy and public reception of symbolic actions.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, many problems were faced by the community. One of the problems faced is regarding the sluggish economy in the pandemic era and online learning which is currently being driven by the government. The main problem in the economy is the lack of creativity in the community to improve their economy in the current pandemic era. Meanwhile, the main problems in online learning start from teachers who only give assignments without a clear explanation to their students, students who do not have technological devices such as smartphones, there is no internet network and students' learning motivation is lacking in dealing with this online learning. We show this Maya Community Service to increase community ideas and creativity in increasing ideas to utilize local commodities in improving the economy, then trying to increase teacher capacity in processing learning materials and increasing student collaboration in dealing with online learning. The methodology used is the Integration methodology for KKN participants, where the implementation method uses a combination method, but online activities dominate due to situations that make it impossible to carry out offline related to health protocols. The results achieved are by increasing the ideas and creativity of the community in processing local commodities they can improve the economy in Karyamukti village and by increasing the ability of teachers to process online learning materials and students can access and understand material in carrying out online learning processes.

Abstract

Film pendek Rukuh merupakan bagian dari festival moderasi beragama yang digagas oleh BLA Jakarta pada tahun 2023 yang diperankan oleh kalangan siswi SMK Amal Bakti Lampung Selatan. Penelitian ini menjelaskan mengenai nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam film pendek Rukuh yang digambarkan adanya sikap dan bentuk saling menghargai dari seorang siswi yang berbeda keyakinan agama dengan teman sekelasnya namun masih memberikan respon yang baik terhadapnya. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis kepustakaan atau library research yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah film pendek Rukuh tedapat nilai-nilai moderasi beragama dan bagaimana relevansinya dengan nilai dalam pendidikan agama Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis isi dengan teknik syimbol coding sebagai penggambaran terhadap film pendek Rukuh dan dinarasikan berupa teks secara sitematis yang kemudian di interpretasikan. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa film pendek Rukuh memuat nilai-nilai moderasi beragama berupa nilai tawassuth, tasamuh dan qudwah dan memiliki relevansi dengan nilai dalam pendidikan agama Islam yakni nilai aqidah, akhlak dan ibadah, sehingga film pendek Rukuh dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan ajar dengan metode pembelajaran berupa film mengenai pentingnya moderasi beragama di sekolah.

Abstract

Completeness of medical records is important because it influences the service process provided by health workers and has an impact on the quality of service in a hospital. A medical record containing a medical resume is said to be complete if it is filled 100%. This research is an observational study and uses a cross sectional design. The sample to determine the completeness of the outpatient medical record resume was 53 documents and to determine the factors that influence the completeness of the outpatient medical resume, namely all doctors at Sumber Waras Hospital were 53 people. The results of this research were that outpatient medical resumes were 24 documents complete and 29 documents were incomplete. For the completeness knowledge variable, a p value of 0.025 was obtained. (0.025 < 0.05), then knowledge influences the completeness of the medical resume, on the attitude variable with a completeness p value of 0.027. (0.027 < 0.05), then attitude influences the completeness of the medical resume, and for the behavior and completeness variables, a p value of 0.025 is obtained. (0.025 < 0.05) then behavior influences the completeness of a medical resume.

Abstract

The inpatient room at a tertiary referral eye hospital includes eye surgery services and infection treatment for adult and pediatric patients. Nurse workload greatly influences the quality of service in the inpatient unit. However, data regarding the workload of nurses in inpatient units at tertiary referral eye hospitals is still limited. Objective: To determine the workload of nurses in the inpatient ward of a tertiary referral eye hospital. Method: This research is a quantitative descriptive study, which provides an overview of the workload of nurses in the inpatient ward of a tertiary referral eye hospital. The research was carried out from March to May 2023. The total sampling of research respondents was 25 nurses in inpatient treatment rooms for class 2 and 3 patients. Data collection used a workload questionnaire. Data analysis uses cross tabulation. The validity test was declared valid using the Pearson product moment correlation with results for the physical aspect of 0.396, the psychological aspect of 0.396 and the time aspect of 0.396 (0.396 > 0.312). Reliability test usingCronbach's alphawith a coefficient of more than 0.6, it is declared reliable, where the physical aspect is 0.945, the psychological aspect is 0.903 and the time aspect is 0.906. This research has received ethical approval number: LB.02.01/2.3/5440/2023. Results: research shows that the workload of nurses on the physical aspect is high, namely 76%, and the workload of nurses on the psychological aspect is high, namely 96%. Discussion: Several factors causing the high workload of nurses include the large number of patients entering the inpatient room, the bed management system which is not yet optimal, and the limited treatment space but continuous use of beds. Conclusion: The high workload of nurses has an impact on the quality of nursing services.
