Abstract

Fulfill all needs or desires in the employee, it will create a feeling of satisfaction, and employees with high levels of satisfaction will experience an increase in performance. Based on this matter, this study aims, (1) To determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance, (2) To determine the effect of work motivation on job satisfaction, (3) To determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, (4) To determine the effect work motivation on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The data collection technique of this study was a questionnaire and documentation. The population of this study was employees of PT. PT. Federal International Finance (FIF), eastern Lampung region with a total of 96 people. While the data analysis uses regression analysis and phat path. The results of this study are, (1) Motivating Work Influence on Employee Performance, (2) Motivating Influential Work Against Job Satisfaction, (3) Influential Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance, (4) Job Satisfaction Role as Intervening Variables Between Work Motivation and Performance Employees (5) Work motivation influences employee performance directly, but work motivation will have greater influence on employee performance if first through or added to job satisfaction. These Research Results Can Become Input For PT. Federal International Finance (FIF), as material for consideration to improve employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak sosial ekonomi masyarakat pasca pengembangan wisata hutan mangrove di Labuhan Maringgai Lampung Timur. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan bentuk penelitian Deskriptif Kualitatif. Peneliti menggunakan Teknik analisis data Metode Milles dan Hubberman, dengan kesimpulan sebagai berikut : 1. Masyarakat berpartisipasi dalam kelompok yang tergabung dalam karang taruna, Lembaga Sosial Masyarakat, Badan Usaha Milik Desa untuk mengembangkan wisata hutan mangroove, 2. Perubahan tata krama dan sopan santun di lokasi tempat wisata, 3. Perubahan bahasa dan pergaulan di tempat wisata, 4 Dengan adanya wisata hutan mangroove terjadi Perubahan pendapatan masayarakat antara 12% sampai 17% pendapatan masyarakat mengalami kenaikan, 5. Dengan adanya wisata hutan mangroove Ibu rumah tangga memiliki penghasilan sehari-hari sehingga dapat membantu memperbaiki kondisi ekonomi keluarga, 6. Banyak warung-warung kecil disekitar lokasi wisata dan perubahan bahasa menjadi campuran (bahasa jawa dan bahasa Indonesia), tetapi masih kurang tersedianya pembangunan mushola dan toilet yang masih sedikit. Melihat hasil tersebut maka perlu adanya kerjasama yang baik antara pihak pengelola, penduduk sekitar dan masyarakat yang berjualan makanan dan minuman dilokasi wisata agar dapat saling membantu satu sama lain dalam rangka meningkatkan wisatawan yang datang.Kata kunci: Dampak Sosial Ekonomi Masyarakat, Pengembangan, Wisata Hutan Mangroove, Kabupaten Lampung Timur

Abstract

This article discusses the role of Islamic education (PAI) in the form of strong values. PAI learning program in environmental public education institutions aims to embody the IMTAK embodied in religious program operates on the implementation of Islamic religious education either intrakurikuler or extracurricular activities that are improving the aspect of cognitive, affective and psychomotor practice guidance in the form of worship, study and lectures integrated, social service, religious and race others. As for some effort in overcoming the obstacles of the program is the use of the methods of delivery, coaching for students with minimal knowledge of religion, good cooperation between all parties and involve students directly in any religious activities.

Abstract

This study discusses a review of the philosophical concept of Islamic education by analyzing the Islamic concept of educational factors as an effort to educate the Islamic education. Islam is very concerned with education because with the right education and quality, civilized individuals will be formed that eventually led to the social moral life in this age of accelerating globalization dynamics. This is where the educational challenges including Islamic education that is expected to show itself in educating and produce learners who are highly competitive (qualified). Education is an integral factor that must be considered for the success of an education. For it should in the education process of these factors need to be a discussion as well as the special attention which later educational goals that have been designed that can be implemented perfectly good personal realization that belandaskan on the fundamentals of religion, al quran and hadith the prophet. Factors Islamic Education, among others: the Islamic concept of education, children (students), environmental and educational tool according to the teachings of Islam.

Abstract

The purpose of marriage is to form households that sakinah, mawaddah, and nurses. One of the consequences of divorce, Division of property is shared. Shared treasures will be disputes when the parties are unable to resolve them peacefully. Hence the need for a third party, in this case is the Court religion. Religious courts is an institution as the implementing authority of Justice for Muslims in Indonesia who have authority in the field of marriage, inheritance, wills, and grants are made on the basis of Islamic law. While the judges are the officials who carry out the powers of the judiciary. In delivering the verdict, there are factors that affect the decision of a Judge of which internal factors and external factors. Internal factors the judge's personal self is concerned about the judge's knowledge, emotions and other external factors are concerned, while speaking in court i.e. sitting things (contains proofs and proof tools) as well as Considerations about the law. Objective verdict based on law and consideration of the matter sitting as well as the Tribunal Judge has knowledge of the matter. The conception of the Division of property jointly applied to the Religious Courts not only refer to existing rules in the compilation of the Islamic law, i.e. half of the parts to each party. But there are also other alternatives in the conception of the Division of property jointly with the Division of the Tribunal judges. Tujuan dari perkawinan adalah membentuk rumah tangga yang sakinah, mawaddah, dan rahmah. Salah satu akibat dari perceraian, adalah pembagian harta bersama. Harta bersama akan menjadi sengketa manakala kedua belah pihak tidak dapat menyelesaikannya secara damai. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya pihak ketiga, dalam hal ini adalah Pengadilan Agama. Peradilan Agama adalah suatu lembaga sebagai pelaksana kekuasaan kehakiman bagi umat islam di Indonesia yang mempunyai wewenang dibidang perkawinan, kewarisan, wasiat, dan hibah yang dilakukan berdasarkan hukum islam. Sedangkan hakim adalah pejabat yang melaksanakan tugas kekuasaan kehakiman. Didalam memberikan Putusan, ada faktor yang mempengaruhi Putusan Hakim diantaranya faktor intern dan faktor ekstern. Faktor intern menyangkut diri pribadi Hakim yaitu mengenai pengetahuan Hakim, emosi dan lain-lain, sedangkan faktor ekstern menyangkut berbicara di Pengadilan yaitu duduk perkara (memuat pembuktian dan alat-alat bukti) serta Pertimbangan tentang hukumnya. Putusan yang obyektif berdasarkan pada duduk perkara dan pertimbangan hukumnya serta Majelis Hakim mempunyai pengetahuan tentang perkara tersebut. Konsepsi pembagian harta bersama yang diterapkan di Pengadilan Agama tidak hanya mengacu kepada aturan yang telah ada di dalam Kompilasi Hukum Islam, yaitu separo bagian untuk masing-masing pihak. Akan tetapi juga ada alternatif lain dalam konsepsi pembagian harta bersama tersebut dengan pembagian dari Majelis Hakim.

Abstract

Purchase decisions are strongly influenced by several factors. The purposes of this study focus on examining two crucial factors in purchasing decisions, which are promotion and location on Smartphone purchase. Respondents in this study are consumers from East Lampung Regency. Using statistics analysis study by multiple linear regression, this study proved that promotion and location have a significant effect on smartphone purchase decisions of the consumers. Strategically accessible locations and good promotions in fact will be increasing the purchase of Smartphone products at East Lampung Regency. This study also revealed that consumers have the same views and perceptions of products in the area.

Abstract

Perkawinan adalah ikatan lahir batin antara seorang pria dan seorang wanita sebagai suami isteri dengan tujuan membentuk keluarga atau rumah tangga yang bahagia dan sejahtera. Untuk mengarungi kehidupan rumah tangga, diperlukan kematangan, baik secara fisik, mental maupun pengetahuan yang cukup, sehingga diperlukan adanya bimbingan khusus, yaitu bimbingan yang diberikan kepada calon mempelai, sebagai bekal memasuki kehidupan baru tersebut. Program kursus pra nikah bagi calon pengantin (Kurus Catin) yang dibuat oleh Direktur Jendral Bimbingan Masyarakat Islam (Dirjen Bimas Islam) ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan keluarga sakinah dengan cara memberikan bekal pengetahuan, pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam hidup berumah tangga. Kursus Catin dilaksanakan gabungan 3 kecamatan dan diikuti oleh calon pengantin yang sudah mendaftarkan pernikahan di KUA Way Jepara, KUA Braja Selebah dan KUA Labuhan Ratu, yang berasal dari beberapa desa dengan jumlah 25 pasangan calon pengantin. Hasil dari Kursus catin ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan keluarga sakinah dengan cara memberikan bekal pengetahuan, pemahaman dan diharapkan para calon pengantin memiliki keterampilan dalam hidup berumah tangga. Unsur yang terlibat dalam kegiatan Kursus Calon Pengantin ini terdiri dari 1). UPTD Puskesmas Way Jepara (memberikan materi dan pelatihan tentang Kesehatan keluarga), 2). Unsur Akademisi (memberikan materi dan pelatihan peningkatan ekonomi keluarga, 3). Pihak Kementrian Agama Kabupaten Lampung Timur dan KUA Way Jepara (memberikan wawasan dan pelatihan kesiapan mental spiritual/keagamaan).
