Abstract

This community service program aimed to assist traders at Sukaramai Market in addressing declining sales due to digital competition and the presence of street vendors (PKL). The program focused on providing counseling and assistance in digital marketing strategies to complement traditional offline selling methods. The methods used included preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. During the preparation stage, observations and interviews were conducted to identify the main challenges faced by the traders. The implementation stage involved interactive counseling by six lecturers and ten students for 35 traders, followed by a practical simulation on creating social media accounts and managing digital promotions. Evaluation was carried out using questionnaires to measure traders' understanding, responses, and readiness to implement the strategies. The results showed that 80% of traders understood the materials presented, with the majority expressing interest in adopting online marketing. Direct assistance enabled most traders to practice the steps of digital marketing independently. However, some challenges were encountered, such as limited internet access and unfamiliarity with technology among a portion of the traders. In conclusion, this program successfully improved traders' understanding and interest in digital marketing as a means to increase their sales. Further training and technological infrastructure support are necessary to expand the program's impact and sustainability. This initiative is expected to provide practical solutions and open opportunities for more adaptive business development in the digital era.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment, work discipline and training on the performance of Nurcahaya School teachers. Technique sampling using a saturated sample technique, with the sample size is 21 teachers. Data collection using questionnaires, then processed and analyzed using descriptive and quantitative analysis. The results of this research show that: 1) Work Environment, Discipline Work and training together have a significant effect on the performance of Nurcahaya School teachers. 2) Work Environment, Work Discipline and Training partial positive and significant effect on Nurcahaya School Teacher Performance.

Abstract

This outreach program aims to boost the local economy in Pantai Labu Village by developing the potential of its residents as traders. It focuses on enhancing their trading skills, marketing, and business management through participatory approaches that involve the local community in the outreach process, including providing guidance in managing their trading ventures. Research results have shown a significant improvement in the economic well-being of Pantai Labu Village residents who participated in the outreach program. Traders who received training and guidance managed to increase their income. Furthermore, the formation of business groups also facilitated collaboration among traders and joint marketing efforts, enhancing their competitiveness in the local market. Through a participatory approach and appropriate training, the community can improve their trading skills and knowledge, thereby optimizing the local economic potential. This also encourages collaboration and joint marketing, which has a positive impact on trader income and the overall village economy.

Abstract

In a research work has a purpose, where the research was conducted to determine the influence of leadership style and giving bonuses to employee loyalty at PT. Astra Sedaya Finance Medan Branch. This research was conducted at PT. Astra Sedaya Finance Medan Branch, with a population and sample of 85 employees, including contract employees. The research instrument is a questionnaire/questionnaire with a Likert scale model. The requirements test is carried out by testing the validity and reliability tests as well as the classical assumption test. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression technique at a significance level of = 0.05. In testing the first hypothesis, it has partially proven that there is an influence between Leadership Style on Employee Loyalty with a significant value level of 0.000 <0.05, thus Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Then partially testing the second hypothesis has proven that the effect of Bonus Giving on Employee Loyalty has a significant effect of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted, H0 is rejected. Furthermore, the F test proves that two independent variables have a simultaneous influence on the dependent variable with a significant value of F count 0.000 <0.05 which is declared to have a positive and significant effect. From the results of the coefficient of determination of the value of R Square, all independent variables have an influence with a percentage of 41.1% and the excess is influenced by other factors, which are 58.9% which is not yet known.

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) yang telah dilaksanakan bekerjasama dengan masyarakat Kelurahan Albion Prancis yang terletak di Kecamatan Pinangsori, Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah, Sumatera Utara. yang terdiri dari Ibu-ibu PKK dan remaja putri sangat membutuhkan penyuluhan dan pelatihan keterampilan dalam bidang kuliner untuk meningkatkan minat mereka sebagai upaya mengembangkan sektor UMKM dari rumahtangga. untuk menggurangi pengganguran wanita di Kelurahan Albion Prancis. Solusi yang akan diberikan untuk mengatasi permasalahan mitra dengan memberikan pelatihan mengolah tahu menjadi nugget tahu kepada Ibu-ibu PKK dan remaja putri di Desa Albion sesuai dengan kondisi Kelurahan Albion Prancis sebagai salah satu penghasil tahu di Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah. Tahu yang dihasilkan oleh pabrik tahu biasanya hanya dijual kepada pengecer yang merupakan masyarakat sekitar yang akan menjualnya kembali ke pasar di Sibolga dan Tapanuli Tengah. Berdasarkan informasi yang diperoleh dari pemilik pabrik, mereka tidak lagi mengirim tahu ke kota atau kabupaten lain, sehingga pendapatannya menurun. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan peluang bisnis baru. Metode dan materi yang akan diberikan saat pelatihan sebagai solusi permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra sebagai berikut: a) Pelatihan mengolah tahu menjadi nugget tahu, b) Pelatihan mengemas atau packaging, c) Pelatihan pemasaran dan pengelolaan keuangan. Pelaksanaan pengabdian bagi masyarakat digunakan metode yang bervariasi yaitu: 1) Metode ceramah dan tanya jawab, 2) Metode demonstrasi dan praktek, 3) Bimbingan. Masyarakat Kelurahan Albion Kecamatan Pinangsori Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah memiliki keterampilan dalam berinovasi dalam mengolah tahu sebagai bahan utamanya. Masyarakat sangat berminat terhadap pelatihan ini karena optimis dapat membantu perekonomian keluarga.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh customer relationship dan minat beli barang secara online terhadap kepercayaan pembelian. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Studio Olshop Binjai yang beralamat di Jalan Medan-Binjai Km 15 Diski Gg. Jambu/Gg. Family 2. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para pelanggan yang berbelanja di Studio Olshop Binjai, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 96 responden. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dengan model skala Likert. Metode analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji analisis data, regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, serta uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa customer relationship dan minat beli berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepercayaan pembelian pada Studio Olshop Binjai. Selain itu, customer relationship dan minat beli juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kepercayaan pembelian pada Studio Olshop Binjai
