Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta menguji peran kepercayaan sebagai variabel moderasi pada Frontliner PT. WOM Finance Wilayah Jawa Tengah. Fenomena yang melatarbelakangi penelitian ini adalah menurunnya kinerja frontliner dan meningkatnya tingkat turnover dalam tiga tahun terakhir, yang mengindikasikan adanya permasalahan pada faktor internal seperti motivasi, kepuasan kerja, dan tingkat kepercayaan terhadap organisasi. Kondisi tersebut menuntut perusahaan untuk lebih memahami faktor psikologis dan sosial yang dapat memengaruhi kinerja individu maupun tim. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif untuk menguji hubungan antarvariabel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh frontliner PT. WOM Finance di wilayah Jawa Tengah dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 57 responden yang ditentukan melalui teknik sensus. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM–PLS) dengan bantuan program SmartPLS versi terbaru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Demikian pula, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja. Selain itu, kepercayaan terbukti memoderasi hubungan antara motivasi dan kinerja, serta antara kepuasan kerja dan kinerja secara positif. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat kepercayaan karyawan terhadap pimpinan dan organisasi, semakin kuat pula pengaruh motivasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap peningkatan kinerja.

Abstract

AbstractA natural, comfortable and safe campus environment is always expected by every student in academic activities. Preservation of the campus environment must have the cooperation of various components directly related to the campus, namely the academic community. Student existence is a condition called condition sine qua non (must and absolute) in a university. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of students in the cleanliness of the UKRIDA campus environment, especially students of the Management Study Program. The implementation of a healthy campus has always been the dream of the academic community. In this study, the author uses several respondents in their own environment who know and know firsthand the real conditions on the UKRIDA Campus. Respondents represent the academic community. For this reason, the researcher uses a qualitative approach to obtain the data desired by the researcher. The results showed that environmental conservation is very relevant for students in protecting their environment. Students realize that students themselves are the spearhead in preserving the campus environment.Keywords: Cleanliness, Neighborhood, Campus, UKRIDA, Students. AbstrakLingkungan yang alami, nyaman dan aman selalu diharapkan oleh setiap mahasiswa atau mahasiswi dalam aktivitas akademis. Pelestarian lingkungan harus adanya kerjasama dari berbagai komponen yang terkait langsung dengan kampus yaitu sivitas akademika. Eksistensi Mahasiswa adalah sebuah kondisi yang disebut sebagai conditio sine qua non (harus dan mutlak) di dalam sebuah Perguruan Tinggi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran mahasiswa terhadap kebersihan lingkungan kampus UKRIDA khususnya mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen. Penerapan kampus yang sehat selalu menjadi dambaan sivitas akademika. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan beberapa orang responden di dalam lingkungan sendiri yang mengenal dan mengetahui secara langsung kondisi riil di dalam Kampus UKRIDA. Responden mewakili civitas akadermica. Untuk itu peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mendapatkan data yang diinginkan oleh peneliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelestarian lingkungan adalah sangat relevan bagi mahasiswa dalam menjaga lingkungannya. Mahasiswa menyadari bahwa mahasiswa sendirilah yang menjadi ujung tombak dalam melestarikan lingkungan kampus.Kata Kunci: Mahasiswa, Kebersihan, Lingkungan, Kampus, UKRIDA.

Abstract

Human Resources (HR) are believed as valuable assets for a company in achieving business success and specialized services, especially at PT. Bank Negeri (real company name is hidden). The main purposes of this study are to determine the influence of job satisfaction and external work opportunities on turnover intention, mediated by organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Another aim of this study is to contribute insights into better HR management for the company. The primary data consisted of questionnaires responses collected from employees at the PT. Bank Negeri Headquarters and secondary data gathered from literature reviews. The research methodology employed includes outer model and inner model analysis, as well as hypothesis testing. Data processing in this study was conducted using Partial Least Square (PLS) with SMART PLS software. The findings of this study resulted that OCB mediates the correlation between job satisfaction and turnover intention but does not mediate the relationship between external work opportunities and turnover intention. These findings offer valuable insights for improved HR management.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the direct and indirect effects of Quality of Work Life (QWL) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance, with work motivation as a mediating variable within the manufacturing industry context. Methodology: A quantitative approach was used involving 150 permanent employees of PT Garuda Metalindo. Data were collected using a 1–5 Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique through SmartPLS 4. The measurement model, structural model, and mediation effects were evaluated to determine significance and explanatory power. Result: Findings show that QWL and OCB have positive and significant effects on employee performance. Both variables also significantly influence work motivation, which in turn positively affects performance. Work motivation partially mediates the influence of QWL and OCB on employee performance. The model explains 55.4% of employee performance variance and 71.9% of work motivation variance. Conclusion: Improving QWL and OCB directly enhances employee performance and indirectly strengthens performance through increased work motivation. These results confirm the importance of supportive work environments and voluntary employee behavior in improving organizational outcomes. Limitation: This study is limited to one manufacturing company and uses cross-sectional data, which may restrict generalizability and causal interpretation. Contribution: This research contributes by validating the mediating role of work motivation in the relationships between QWL, OCB, and performance, offering empirical insights for HR practitioners and manufacturing organizations to design strategies that improve employee motivation and performance.

Abstract

The growing demand for in vitro fertilization (IVF) services in Indonesia poses challenges for fertility clinics, including the experienced Teratai Clinic since 2006. Fluctuating success rates and high costs erode patient trust and purchase intention. This study examines trust's influence on purchase intention, using the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) as an intervening variable in IVF services at Teratai Clinic. A quantitative approach distributed questionnaires to IVF patients via purposive sampling. Data analysis employed Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS software. Results show trust positively affects purchase intention (-statistic = 2.686; = 0.007), TPB (-statistic = 2.698; = 0.007), and TPB influences purchase intention (-statistic = 3.290; = 0.001). TPB mediates trust's effect on purchase intention (-statistic = 3.709). Findings highlight trust-building via information transparency, medical credibility, and service quality to boost IVF interest. Practical implications urge Teratai Clinic to enhance digital communication, testimonials, and innovations for sustainable trust. Theoretically, the study advances consumer behavior research by positioning TPB as a psychological bridge between trust and purchase intention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penyelenggara dan promosi terhadap kepercayaan peserta pada turnamen esports di Jakarta dengan program turnamen sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada peserta turnamen esports. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 185 orang. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyelenggara dan promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan peserta turnamen esports. Namun demikian, program turnamen tidak terbukti memoderasi hubungan antara penyelenggara dan kepercayaan peserta, serta hubungan antara promosi dan kepercayaan peserta. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa kepercayaan peserta lebih dipengaruhi oleh kualitas penyelenggaraan dan efektivitas promosi secara langsung dibandingkan oleh karakteristik program turnamen itu sendiri. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi penyelenggara turnamen esports dalam merancang strategi penyelenggaraan dan promosi yang mampu meningkatkan kepercayaan peserta.
