Abstract

Guidance and counseling have a big role in helping students in schools achieve the goals of holding education. At MTs Ath-Thohiriyah, the counseling teacher recorded the condition of the students manually, using paper media as recording and storing data. With these data, the teacher still has difficulty in determining the condition of each student because there is no definite assessment that the student needs guidance or not. Based on this problem, this study aims to create a decision support system that is expected to be able to help provide information and references to determine priorities for determining problematic students. The method used to determine the ranking of problematic students is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). The results of this study, the SAW method can be used to determine problematic students at MTs Ath-Thohiriyah with four criteria including knowledge, skills, social and spiritual. The application made in this study is able to help BK teachers in registering students at school and determining students who need guidance

Abstract

The warehouse is one of the most important parts of a company. Ineffective warehousing processes can disrupt warehouse operations. Recording warehouse transactions that are done manually will require checking one by one on the hardcopy form that has been stored. Therefore, this internship program aims to improve the performance of warehousing operations at PT XYZ. The method used in the analysis is data collection and application system design using the prototype method. The data is taken based on the results of interviews and observations in the warehouse. This activity creates a web-based warehouse management system application to help control incoming and outgoing inventory. The system built makes it easy for administrators to see the number of items made for each event. The results of black box testing show that the application has 100% functionality. The test results illustrate that the application functions properly according to user needs and has been accepted by PT XYZ

Abstract

Penulisan tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan mesin pembuat abon ikan secara otomatis yang dapat memudahkan dalam proses produksi. Yang sebelumnya secara manual dan menguras tenaga pada satu kali produksi, sehingga alat ini diciptakan dari penggabungan tiga fungsi alat menjadi suatu mesin pembuat abon ikan. Mesin pemisah daging dan tulang ikan, tungku pemasakan dan mesin pengering abon/spinner, yang dapat di kontrol secara elektrik tanpa mengeluarkan banyak tenaga dalam proses produksi yang lebih higienis dan efisien waktu yang lebih baik dalam satu kali proses produksi. Mesin ini bekerja memanfaatkan energi dari motor listrik ¾ Hp sebagai sumber penggerak mesin pemisah daging dengan putaran 2840 rpm dan motor ½ Hp dengan putaran 2840 rpm dan mempunyai kapasitas produksi 10 kg/20 menit, pully dan vanbelt sebagai penerus daya ke masing – masing komponen, kompor yang di kontrol secara elektrik, dan pengering abon yang di kontrol sistem elektrik.

Abstract

Kampung Semanggi has an English Smart House that accommodates school-age students. This smart house provides English learning facilities. Based on the results of observations and interviews with the manager, they want a system to be made for online exam activities. This system is not only a necessity during a pandemic, but becomes a breakthrough learning method in the future. Based on this background, we held a service program for designing an online exam system for the English Smart House in Semanggi Village. System development is carried out with the waterfall stage. We use CodeIgniter framework, PHP language and MySQL database in system development. The results of using the online exam system, the exam process becomes easier, faster and more practical. This system helps teachers and students for the efficiency of the exam process

Abstract

Peningkatan produksi pada UMKM roti kembang goyang perlu dioptimalkan, terutama pada sistem penggorengannya. Hal tersebut mendasarai peneliti untuk mencari opsi yang tepat untuk mengoptimalkan proses penggorengan. Mesin kue kembang goyang yang dibuat ini terbagi menjadi 3 bagian utama diantaranya pengaduk, cetakan dan penggorengan. Pembuat kue kembang goyang ini dirancang untuk mengoptimalkan sistem penggorengan dengan dimensi Ø572xØ407x100x1.5 mm. Pengaturan temperatur awal penggorengan 1000C. Kegiatan Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan terhadap UMKM roti kembang goyang di daerah Kecamatan Porong Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Hasil analisa menunjukkan perbandingan proses penggorengan kue kembang goyang menggunakan sistem konvensional dan menggunakan mesin, analisa tersebut menunjukkan perbedaan yang siknifikan yaitu 2 kg pada temperatur 1150C dan 5 kg pada temperatur 1540C.

Abstract

Kendung Village is known as "Kampung Semanggi" because the majority work as clover traders. The drying process of clover leaves is dried in the sun for 5 – 6 hours depending on weather conditions. During the rainy season, the drying process becomes slightly hampered due to rain or clouds. The aim of this program is to increase the efficiency of drying clover leaves by creating a drying machine powered by solar panels. This research uses the implementation method of purchasing tools and materials, making a clover leaf dryer, outreach with the local community, installing solar panels and installing batteries, testing drying time using a clover leaf drying machine. The use of a clover leaf drying machine based on solar panel electrical energy helps make the cloverleaf drying process easier, especially during the rainy season

Abstract

In the increasingly developing digital era, there are several computer skills that high school students must have. One of them is understanding the basics of programming and software development. This service program aims to introduce basic programming concepts and systematic logical thinking to Wachid Hasyim 5 High School students and motivate students to learn computers as a basic skill that must be possessed in the current era by creating game programs with Scratch. The implementation of this training was carried out using a participatory approach where the implementing team provided direct learning and assistance to participants. Mentoring is provided until students can master the material for making games with Scratch. The results of this service program are an increase in students' understanding of the basics of computer programming and an increase in students' skills in creating games with Scratch. This is proven by the post-test results which increased after the training was implemented.

Abstract

Bisnis makanan tradisional di Indonesia telah menunjukkan perkembangan yang signifikan. Hal ini diperlihatkan dari menjamurnya produk makanan tradisional. Salah satunya adalah kue basah. Kecenderungan usaha kue basah ini berbasis job order dimana produk ini akan tersedia jika ada pemesanan dari konsumen. Salah satu usaha kue basah adalah kue basah milik Ibu Ika yang memiliki kualitas cukup baik. Namun, hal ini belum didukung oleh minimalnya label yang terlihat pada kemasan kue basah. Selain itu, dengan adanya kualitas tentunya didukung oleh harga jual, sayangnya harga jual yang ditetapkan masih berdasarkan intuisi tanpa ada perhitungan yang jelas oleh pemilik UKM. Oleh karena itu, pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat kali ini melakukan pendekatan metode pelatihan dan pendampingan secara terstruktur untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku usaha mengenai penetapan harga pokok produksi pesanan sehingga harga jual yang dihasilkan mampu bersaing dan dapat menghasilkan segmen pemasaran yang lebih luas. Solusi dan target dari pelatihan dan pendampingan pelabelan kemasan adalah Pelaksana membuat desain label kemasan bersama Mitra dan mencetak label kemasan sebanyak 100 pcs dan dipasang pada kemasan yang dimiliki oleh Mitra, sedangkan solusi untuk penetapan harga pokok produksi adalah Mitra sudah memiliki harga jual terbaru untuk produksinya sehingga sudah tidak mengikuti intuisi dari Mitra. Abstract

Detecting the nutritional status of toddlers is important in monitoring and caring for toddlers' health. In this study, we propose the use of the K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) method to detect the nutritional status of toddlers based on relevant attributes such as weight, height, age, gender and nutritional intake. This research involves developing a computer-based application that uses the KNN algorithm to classify the nutritional status of toddlers. Toddler data that has been collected from legitimate sources is used to train the KNN model. After training, this model can predict the nutritional status of new toddlers based on the entered attributes. In our experiments, we test and evaluate the performance of KNN models using evaluation metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. In practical applications, the KNN model can be used as an aid in determining the nutritional status of toddlers and providing recommendations for appropriate action, such as increasing nutritional intake or necessary medical care. This research makes a contribution to the field of monitoring and caring for toddler nutrition by combining the KNN method as a tool for detecting nutritional status. The application developed can help medical personnel and parents monitor and take appropriate action related to toddler nutrition. The application, which has been built in the form of a website, can help detect the nutritional status of toddlers. When applying the KNN method to toddler nutritional status data, the application was successful in detecting toddler nutritional status with an accuracy of 74.73%.

Abstract

Pendeteksian kantuk merupakan hal penting dalam menjaga keselamatan, terutama dalam konteks transportasi dan lingkungan kerja. Dalam upaya untuk mengembangkan aplikasi pendeteksi kantuk yang efektif, metode-metode berbasis visi komputer, seperti YOLO (You Only Look Once) dan Viola-Jones, telah menjadi fokus penelitian yang signifikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan performa kedua metode tersebut dalam aplikasi pendeteksi kantuk berbasis website. Pendekatan pemecahan masalah yang terstruktur digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi kelebihan dan kekurangan dari masing-masing metode. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan kriteria seperti akurasi deteksi, kecepatan pemrosesan, efisiensi sumber daya, dan robustness terhadap variasi kondisi lingkungan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi dataset video dan gambar yang mencakup berbagai kondisi pencahayaan dan posisi wajah. Kedua  metode YOLO dan Viola-Jones menggunakan dataset, algoritma untuk klasifikasi menggunakan CNN (Convolutional Neural Network) dan jumlah epoch  yang sama. training metode Viola-Jones lebih cepat, 13 menit 37 detik. Dibandingkan dengan metode Yolo membutuhkan waktu 400 menit. Perbandingan keakurasian kedua metode, nilai metrik Viola-Jones 0,9 lebih besar dibandingkan metode Yolo 0,75, berarti metode Viola-Jones memiliki ketepatan yang tinggi dalam mengklasifikasi kondisi “kantuk”. Nilai metrik Recall Viola-Jones 0,88 lebih besar dibandingkan metode Yolo 0,75. Nilai metrik F1-score Viola-Jones 0,88 lebih besar dibandingkan metode Yolo 0,70, hal ini menunjukkan performa model metode Viola-Jones cukup baik dalam mendeteksi kondisi "kantuk”. Kata Kunci: Deteksi Kantuk, Metode YOLO, Metode Viola-Jones, Visi Komputer, Performa Algoritma. ABSTRACT Drowsiness detection is a crucial aspect of ensuring safety, particularly in the contexts of transportation and work environments. In the effort to develop an effective drowsiness detection application, computer vision-based methods such as YOLO (You Only Look Once) and Viola-Jones have become significant research focuses. This study aims to compare the performance of these two methods in a web-based drowsiness detection application. A structured problem-solving approach is employed to identify the strengths and weaknesses of each method. The evaluation is conducted using criteria such as detection accuracy, processing speed, resource efficiency, and robustness to environmental condition variations. The data used in this study include video and image datasets covering various lighting conditions and facial positions. Both the YOLO and Viola-Jones methods utilize the same dataset, classification algorithm (Convolutional Neural Network or CNN), and number of epochs. The training time for the Viola-Jones method is faster, taking 13 minutes and 37 seconds, compared to YOLO, which requires 400 minutes. In terms of accuracy, Viola-Jones achieves a metric value of 0.9, which is higher than YOLO's 0.75, indicating that the Viola-Jones method is more precise in classifying “drowsiness” conditions. The Recall metric for Viola-Jones is 0.88, surpassing YOLO's 0.75. Similarly, the F1-score for Viola-Jones is 0.88, greater than YOLO's 0.70. These results demonstrate that the Viola-Jones method performs well in detecting “drowsiness” conditions.Keywords: Drowsiness Detection, YOLO Method, Viola-Jones Method, Computer Vision, Algorithm Performance.
