Abstract

IPA adalah salah satu pelajaran yang relatif sulit bagi beberapa kalangan, tidak terkuali siswa sekolah dasar. Pembahasan yang kompleks dan istilah yang relatif banyak membuat pelajaran ini kerap membingungkan peserta didik. Salah satu contoh materi yang kerap menyulitkan peserta didik adalah perkembangbiakan vegetatif alami tumbuhan. Materi ini pada dasarnya bukan materi yang sulit. Hanya saja untuk mempelajari ini peserta didik dituntut untuk dapat melakukan terjun langsung guna meneliti tumbuhan yang ingin diteliti. Namun pada kenyataannya banyak peserta didik yang tidak diarahkan untuk terjun langsung untuk meneliti. Siswa kelas VI MI PUI Cigadung adalah contohnya. Siswa di kelas tersebut tidak mendapat pelajaran sesuai porsi akibat model pembelajaran yang salah. Akibat dari hal tersebut hasil berlajar siswa-siswa disana berada di bawah kriteria ketuntasan minimum (KKM). Guna mengatasi permasalahan tersebut model pembelajaran observasi adalah pilihan yang dinilai efektif. Sebelum diterapkannya model pembelajaran ini pada siswa kelas VI MI PUI rata-rata hasil belajar siswa berada di angka 61. Setelah itu rata-rata tersebut naik menjadi 75 pasca penerapan model pembelajaran observasi pada siklus I, dan kembali naik menjadi 89 di siklus II. Tidak hanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata. Ketuntasan belajar siswa di kelas tersebut juga terus menanjak. Pada pra siklus siswa dengan nilai di atas 71 (KKM) berada hanya berkisar di angka 5 siswa, kemudian naik menjadi 10 siswa di siklus I dan kembali meninggi menjadi 16 siswa di siklus II. Hal ini kemudian menegaskan bahwa model pembelajaran observasi sangat efektif diterapkan untuk materi perkembangbiakan vegetatif alami tumbuhan pada mata pelajaran IPA di kelas VI MI PUI Cigadung tahun pelajaran 2015/2016.

Abstract

Chronic disease management in the elderly demands a holistic and collaborative approach to improve quality of life and reduce the risk of complications. Community Health Centers (Puskesmas) often act as the main service institutions for elderly people who require long-term care. This study aims to evaluate the impact of a collaborative approach to chronic disease management in the elderly in the Community Health Center environment. This research method uses a case study conducted at a community health centre involving elderly people with chronic diseases and the health care team. Data was collected through observation, interviews and analysis of medical records. The results of this study showed significant improvements in health monitoring, adherence to treatment, and understanding of disease conditions. Collaboration that occurs between healthcare teams in a coordinated manner helps optimize resource utilization and accelerate responses to changes in health conditions. The conclusions of this study emphasize the urgency of a collaborative approach to the management of chronic diseases in the elderly at Community Health Centers. Collaboration between seniors, families, and the health care team has a significant impact on improving quality of life and reducing the risk of complications. Further efforts need to be made to increase public understanding of the importance of collaborative roles in chronic disease management.

Abstract

As technology advances in the education sector, there are many updates in the use of learning media, one example is using the Quizizz application. The Quizizz application really helps teachers in the teaching and learning process. The Quizizz application has many interesting features, and makes learning more fun. The quizizz application is one of the learning media chosen by teachers to carry out the learning process for early childhood. The aim of this research is to find out how big the impact of quizizz learning media is in increasing early childhood interest and motivation in learning. This research uses a qualitative method where data is obtained through introducing the Quizizz application to young children and direct interviews with several parties such as teachers and parents of children. The research results show that the use of the Quizizz application in early childhood is carried out well starting from the planning, implementation and evaluation stages. From this research, it can be concluded that the Quizzizz application is very helpful in the children's learning process so that children understand the lessons taught by the teacher more quickly and the interesting features can also increase children's learning motivation. The limitation of this research is that the researcher only conducted research on the quizizz application for early childhood even though there are still many applications that can be used to provide learning motivation for early childhood. The researcher hopes that future researchers can conduct research related to early childhood learning motivation but by using other learning media. This research recommends that future researchers use the research as a reference in conducting research on the impact of the Quizizz application in increasing learning motivation in young children.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Standar praktik keperawatan profesional merupakan pedoman bagi perawat  di  Indonesia  dalam  melaksanakan  asuhan  keperawatan dengan menggunakan pendekatan proses  keperawatan. Keberagaman dalam penegakan diagnosis keperawatan yang digunakan di rumah sakit dan belum adanya standarisasi menjadi sebuah permasalahan yang klasik di pelayanan keperawatan dalam memberikan pelayanan asuhan keperawatan kepada klien  Metode: Quasi experiment dengan desain non equivalent pretest-postest without control group. Desain ini bertujuan untuk melihat kemungkinan adanya hubungan sebab akibat yang muncul setelah diberikan perlakuan pada suatu variable. Populasi yang ditetapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Juanda Kuningan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling.  Berdasarkan uji normalitas data terdistribusi secara normal, maka analisis yang digunakan uji t test berpasangan. Hasil: Hasil uji statistic dengan menggunakan uji t test diperoleh p value = 0,020 < p (0,05) artinya terdapat perbedaan rerata kualitas pengisisan dokumentasi keperawatan di Instalasi Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Juanda Kuningan sebelum dan sesudah penerapan Standard Nursing Language Berbasis Berbasis SDKI, SLKI dan SIKI di Instalasi Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Juanda Kuningan. Kesimpulan:  Hasil uji statistic dengan menggunakan uji t test diperoleh p value = 0,020 < p (0,05) artinya terdapat pengaruh terhadap kualitas pengisisan dokumentasi keperawatan di Instalasi Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Juanda Kuningan setelah dilakukan intervensi berupa penerapan Standard Nursing Language Berbasis Berbasis SDKI, SLKI dan SIKI. Saran: : Untuk terwujudnya pengisian dokumentasi asuhan keperawtaan berbasis SDKI, SLKI dan SIKI secara berkualitas maka diperlukan monitoring dan evaluasi secara berkala terhadap pengisian dokumentasi tersebut. Begitupula dibuat panduan atau pedoman standar asuhan keperawatan sehingga memberikan kemudahan bagi perawat dalam penulisan asuhan keperawatan sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditentukan oleh PPNI.

Abstract

Social media has become an important part of everyday life, especially for teenagers. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and TikTok are not only communication platforms but also places where social identities are built and maintained. Previous studies have shown that social media can impact in various ways, both positive and negative, on teens' social relationships. This research was conducted with the aim of measuring how social media has changed the number and types of social interactions compared to conventional face-to-face interactions. Apart from that, it is also to see how personality, level of social media use, and family social support can influence teenagers' social media. The method used by researchers in researching the Influence of Social Media on Adolescent Social Relationships: A Longitudinal Study is to use a quantitative method. The data obtained by researchers was obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires. The distribution of questionnaires carried out by researchers was carried out online using Google From software. The results of data acquisition will also be tested again using the SPSS application. From the research results, it can be seen that this research is expected to be a basis for further research on the relationship between technology and social development in the digital era. Additionally, the results can help parents, educators, and policymakers make better plans to help teens use social media in healthier and more beneficial ways. From this research, researchers can conclude that longitudinal studies show that the impact of social media on teenagers' social relationships is very diverse and complex, so it requires a more considered approach, both the benefits and risks of the influence of social media on teenagers' social relationships.

Abstract

Anxiety is a common mental health issue among adolescents, particularly in Indonesia, where socio-cultural factors contribute to the challenges they face. Mindfulness-based interventions (MBIs) have been shown to alleviate symptoms of anxiety across various populations. This study investigates the effectiveness of MBIs in reducing anxiety symptoms among adolescents in Indonesia. The primary aim is to assess how these programs can help adolescents manage anxiety and improve their overall well-being. A mixed-methods approach was used, involving both qualitative interviews and quantitative surveys with 150 adolescents who participated in a 6-week MBI program. Pre- and post-program anxiety levels were measured using standardized tools such as the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI). The results revealed a significant reduction in anxiety symptoms among participants, indicating the potential of MBIs in promoting mental health in adolescents. The findings suggest that incorporating mindfulness practices in educational settings could be an effective approach to addressing adolescent anxiety in Indonesia. The study concludes that MBIs are a viable and beneficial intervention for reducing anxiety symptoms in adolescents, with broader implications for school-based mental health programs.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Perawat memegang peran penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan demi kepuasan pasien tetapi perawat kurang dapat menjalankan perannya karena kurang memiliki pengetahuan dan sikap sebagai faktor yang sangat penting dalam menentukan kepuasan kerja perawat. Tujuan dari penilitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pengetahuan dan sikap perawat tentang visi dan misi rumah sakit dengan kepuasan kerja perawat di RSU KMC Kuningan Tahun 2022. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik korelasi dengan desain cross sectional dan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah teknik total sampling didapatkan jumlah 42 responden. Analisis statistik dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat dengan metode Rank Spearman. Hasil: Hasil penelitian sebagian besar responden yang memiliki pengetahuan baik sebanyak 18 responden (42,9%), yang memiliki sikap positif sebanyak 33 reponden (78,6%), yang memliki kepuasan kerja puas sebanyak 32 responden (76,2%). Kesimpulan: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan perawat tentang visi dan misi rumah sakit dengan kepuasan kerja perawat di RSU KMC Kuningan Tahun 2022 dengan p value = 0,002.dan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara sikap perawat tentang visi dan misi rumah sakit dengan kepuasan kerja perawat di RSU KMC Kuningan Tahun 2022 dengan p value = 0,000. Saran: Saran diharapkan pengetahuan dan sikap perawat tentang visi dan misi rumah sakit dapat meningkatkan kepuasan kerja perawat dalam pelayanan asuhan keperawatan.
