So that it can help solve existing problems and shortcomings regarding integrative holistic strategies in early childhood education, and can form an outstanding and quality generation. From this research it can be concluded that integrative holistic learning strategies in early childhood education are very important and necessary to help the role of a teacher and parents to improve the quality and achievement of children. The limitation in this study is that researchers only conducted research on integrative holistic learning strategies in early childhood education. Therefore, the researcher hopes that future researchers can conduct further research related to integrative holistic learning strategies in early childhood education to be further developed. Researchers also recommend that future researchers use the results of this study as a reference in conducting research on interactive holistic learning strategies in early childhood education.

Abstract

In this era, education is needed to support children in continuing the next generation of the nation. In education today, an update in education is needed, in order to change education in Indonesia to be more advanced. This independent curriculum allows students to choose the lessons they like or are most interested in. The purpose of this study is to evaluate early childhood learning on the use of the independent curriculum. This research method uses quantitative methods, this data is obtained from interviews to kindergartens. The results showed that the independent curriculum is very good in supporting students' learning in improving skills, character, by using flexible learning. From this research it can be concluded that the use of an independent curriculum for early childhood is very effective and efficient. The independent curriculum leads to the development of skills and character, focuses on essential material, and uses flexible learning. The limitation of this research is that researchers only conducted research in one kindergarten in 50 cities in West Sumatra Province, researchers hope that future researchers can conduct research with a wider range so that they can continue this research. This study also recommends to future researchers as a reference in conducting research on the use of Merdeka Curriculum in Early Childhood.

Abstract

Education plays a very important role in forming an equal and just society, especially in promoting gender equality. In a modern society that is increasingly developing and plural, the issue of gender equality becomes very relevant, considering the persistence of gender inequality that still affects various sectors of life, such as economics, politics, and social. Therefore, education, both formal and non-formal, has great potential to address gender inequality and create a more inclusive society. Education not only functions as a means to gain knowledge, but also as an agent of social transformation that can shape individual views and behaviors towards gender issues. This article uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach to review the existing literature on the role of education in promoting gender equality. This study highlights various findings on how educational curricula, educational policies, and the role of educators can contribute to achieving gender equality. The results of this study indicate that although education has played an important role in promoting gender equality, there are still major challenges to be overcome, such as the influence of gender stereotypes in the curriculum, unequal access to education, and the lack of policies that support gender inclusivity in many countries.

Abstract

Social media has become an important part of everyday life, especially for teenagers. Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and TikTok are not only communication platforms but also places where social identities are built and maintained. Previous studies have shown that social media can impact in various ways, both positive and negative, on teens' social relationships. This research was conducted with the aim of measuring how social media has changed the number and types of social interactions compared to conventional face-to-face interactions. Apart from that, it is also to see how personality, level of social media use, and family social support can influence teenagers' social media. The method used by researchers in researching the Influence of Social Media on Adolescent Social Relationships: A Longitudinal Study is to use a quantitative method. The data obtained by researchers was obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires. The distribution of questionnaires carried out by researchers was carried out online using Google From software. The results of data acquisition will also be tested again using the SPSS application. From the research results, it can be seen that this research is expected to be a basis for further research on the relationship between technology and social development in the digital era. Additionally, the results can help parents, educators, and policymakers make better plans to help teens use social media in healthier and more beneficial ways. From this research, researchers can conclude that longitudinal studies show that the impact of social media on teenagers' social relationships is very diverse and complex, so it requires a more considered approach, both the benefits and risks of the influence of social media on teenagers' social relationships.

Abstract

Abstract

Teacher performance plays a crucial role in determining the quality of education, particularly in geographically challenging areas such as Ambon City and the Lease Islands. This study aims to examine the influence of principal leadership, school climate, work discipline, and work motivation on teacher performance in public elementary schools within this region. A quantitative approach with a correlational research design was employed, using cross-sectional data collected through structured questionnaires. The study involved 210 teachers selected through a saturated sampling technique. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with the Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method. The results show that principal leadership, school climate, work discipline, and work motivation each have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Additionally, principal leadership significantly influences school climate, work discipline, and motivation, while school climate also enhances teacher discipline and motivation. Work discipline further contributes positively to teacher motivation. These findings highlight the central role of leadership and organizational conditions in shaping teacher behavior. The study implies the need for continuous leadership development, strengthened school culture, and systematic motivation strategies to improve teacher performance. Future research should expand the study area and include additional variables such as job satisfaction, workload, and teacher well-being to deepen the understanding of factors affecting teacher performance.
