Abstract

Dependence on technology is complicated to avoid and very difficult to separate in the digital era. It impacts the education system, especially in Indonesian higher education. Higher education institutions in Indonesia have begun to implement information and communication technology-based systems within the campus environment. Encouraged from all academic communities in higher education who expect comfort so that the importance of the role of technology. Smart Campus comes as a result of a system that uses technology and the internet as an intermediary. Smart Campus is expected to be a campus that can educate students with IT-managed methods. The smart campus is a campus that combines, combines, combines, and implements teaching and learning processes using information technology. So that all systems that support the teaching and learning process also use technology. The smart campus system can be implemented starting from the new student admission system, campus academic system, online examination system, library information system, and tuition payment system. With the smart campus, the system will reduce errors in doing work. Of course, it will also reduce the costs to be incurred by the campus.

Abstract

CV. Pangestu Jaya yang bergerak di bidang pengadaan barang dan jasa serta software house, dalam pengiriman data penting perusahaan, antara kantor pusat dengan kantor cabang di kota lain secara online menggunakan jaringan VPN. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan skenario uji kelayakan berdasarkan kebutuhan user. Pengujian-pengujian yang dilakukan adalah Pengujian Konektivitas, Pengujian Transfer Data, Attacking VPN dengan DoS (Denial Of Services), Hacking VPN dengan ARP Poisoning di Linux Backtrack. Hasil eksperimen pengujian attacking dengan Denial of Service (DoS) menggunakan tool pingflood ternyata berhasil mematikan service/layanan pada VPN server. Selain itu pengujian hacking / ARP Poisoning untuk mendapatkan username dan password dengan menggunakan tools yang ada pada Linux backtrack juga berhasil menembus akses login client ke server. Abstract

Purpose : This study aims to design a multiplatform-based digital market to help rural MSMEs (Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises) market and sell their products in order to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs.Design/methodology/approach : The design of the digital platform of Ngedolke.com used a design thinking strategy. This study used the black box method to test the functional suitability of the developed application.Findings/result : This study produces an analysis and system design that is used to develop the digital platform of Ngedolke.com. Thus, it can be used to develop the system further.Originality/value/state of the art : The difference between this study and previous studies lies in the use of system design of a design thinking strategy. Besides, the technology used is multiplatform-based.

Abstract

Information Technology Division is one of the divisions in Pangestu Jaya Ltd. which engaged in IT Department, where in this division there are several sub-divisions that are interrelated and have the duty and responsibility of each individual to improve services in The company. Turnover is one of the major obstacles in order to still be able to keep the knowledge technology in the company, because there are still many employees with outsourced status who often do turnover in IT division, so difficult to keep the knowledge. therefor need a knowledge management technology which is capable of storing, distributing knowledge in order to renew even while maintaining corporate knowledge. The system design of this research used SECI and WIL (Work Integrated Learning).

Abstract

Dukuh Kiringan, Desa Canden, Kecamatan Jetis, Bantul ditetapkan oleh Bupati Bantul sebagai sentra industri jamu gendong pada tahun 2018. Adapun jenis-jenis jamu yang ditawarkan yaitu jamu peras, sirup jamu, jamu instan dan jamu celup. Desa Wisata Jamu Kiringan saat ini telah memiliki website dan juga media sosial sebagai sarana pemasaran digital. Namun pemasaran online masih belum dilakukan secara optimal karena keterbatasan kemampuan dalam mengoperasikan marketplace dan media sosial lainnya. Selain itu, para pelaku usaha tidak memisahkan antara uang pribadi dengan uang usaha. Para pelaku usaha tidak memiliki pencatatan keuangan yang akuntabel, bahkan pencatatan keuangan secara sederhana (pengeluaran dan pemasukan). Pelaku usaha berasumsi bahwa dalam mengelola keuangan sudah untung apabila dapat membeli bahan baku jamu dan kebutuhan sehari-hari terpenuhi, namun ketika sudah tidak memiliki uang untuk membeli bahan baku berarti mereka menganggap sedang rugi. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan oleh tim Dosen dan Mahasiswa Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Yogyakarta yang bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi mengenai literasi keuangan usaha, serta pelatihan penggunaan marketplace sebagai media promosi online. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelakasanaan adalah dengan (1) memberikan sosialisasi literasi keuangan terutama dalam pencatatan dan pengeluaran keuangan serta investasi keuangan di masa depan kepada para pelaku usaha jamu, (2) memberikan pendampingan strategi pemasaran melalui media digital dan website untuk memperluas pasar. Adapun mitra yang dibina adalah anggota inti yang masuk dalam kepengurusan Kelompok Jamu Seruni Putih di Desa Wisata Jamu, yaitu sekitar 10 orang. Hasil dari kegiatan ini memberikan dampak kepada pengelola UMKM dalam peningkatan pengelolaan keuangan usaha dan literasi keuangan. Pengelolaan keuangan berfokus pada penyusunan laporan keuangan. Kemudian, sosialisasi mengenai pentingnya pemisahan uang pribadi dengan uang usaha dalam kegiatan usaha yang dijalankannya. Pelatihan penggunaan media digital sebagai media pemasaran online juga telah berjalan sesuai dengan rencana.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren (Ponpes) Lintang Songo is a business-based boarding school with 27 business units. Those business units include agriculture, plantations, fisheries, and animal husbandry. Alas, the most common problems in business management are irregular fish feeding, unchecked water quality leading to many fish growing slowly or dying, and the high use of PLN electricity for business unit operations. The aim of the Community Service Program (PKM) was to design automatic tools supported by New Renewable Energy (EBT) technology based on the Internet of Things (IoT) in the form of a Solar Home System. Automatic feeding devices and pond water quality sensors were targeted to overcome the aforementioned issues. The method used in the Community Partnership Program (PKM) was research and development (RD) through the design of the Solar Home System, automatic feeding devices, and pond water quality sensors. After testing the fish feed tools, the condition of the fish improved, and no fish died. Monitoring the pH of pond water shows a pH value of 6.5 – 7 so that it can be categorized as normal with a stable water circulation system. Testing of the solar home system showed the effectiveness of using solar panels at position 120 WP in sunny conditions, which indicates that the utilization of supporting equipment for smart farming at the Lintang Songo Islamic Boarding School had been successful.

Abstract

Sampah kota yang didominansi oleh sampah pasar dan rumahtangga (selanjutnya hanya akan disebut dengan “sampah” saja) merupakan problematika pelik yang harus disolusikan secara terintegrasi dari hulu sampai hilir. Berbagai metode penanganan sampah yang ada belum mampu menangani permasalahan sampah hingga benar-benar tuntas karena karakteristik sampah yang tercampur sejak dari hulu sehingga membuat proses penyortiran untuk mendukung konsep reduce-reuse-recycle menjadi pekerjaan yang berat dan tidak efisien. Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama (UNU) Yogyakarta pada akhir tahun 2019 telah membangun purwarupa awal berupa rangkaian mesin pemusnah sampah tanpa pilah- pilih untuk mengatasi sampah residu luaran bank sampah yang dianggap sudah tidak lagi memiliki nilai ekonomis. Mesin ini terdiri dari unit mesin pencacah-koyak (shredder), unit mesin pengering mekanik (press dryer manual) dan unit mesin pembakar-arang (gasifier). Dengan adanya penelitian lanjutan rancang bangun mekanisme pemusnahan sampah tanpa pilah-pilih ini maka diharapkan permasalahan sampah yang dihadapi oleh berbagai bank sampah di Kelurahan Sorosutan dapat diselesaikan sepenuhnya tanpa menghasilkan residu lanjutan yang harus dibuang ke TPA Piyungan.

Abstract

Water quality in fish farming environments has been a topic of research investigation for numerous years. While most studies have concentrated on managing water quality in fish ponds, there is a lack of research on implementing these practices on a commercial scale. Maintaining good water quality helps prevent disease, stress, and death in fish, resulting in higher yields and profits in fish farming operations. In our study, we gathered weekly data from two fish ponds in the Lintangsongo smart farming area over six months. To deal with the limited dataset, we utilized methods for reducing dimensionality, like the pairwise comparison of correlation matrices to eliminate the highest correlated predictors. We used techniques of feature selection, including XGBoost classification, and apart from that, we used Recursive Feature Elimination (RFE) to determine the importance of features. This analysis identified ammonium and calcium as the top two predictors. These nutrients played a vital role in maintaining the paired cultivation system and promoting the robust development of Nile tilapia fish and water spinach. This process of detecting and distributing nutrients persists until the desired quantities of ammonium and calcium are reached. During each cycle, 0.7 g of ammonium sulfate and calcium nitrate are distributed, and the nutrient levels are assessed. Vernier sensors were employed for assessing nutrient values, and a system of actuators was integrated to supply the necessary nutrients to the smart farming environment using the closed-loop concept. This research investigates water quality management practices in fish farming, assesses their impact on fish health and profitability, identifies key water quality predictors, and implements a closed-loop system for nutrient delivery.

Abstract

Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Yogyakarta menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan aset yang masih padat karya dan rentan terhadap kesalahan manusia, sehingga diperlukan sistem yang efisien dan akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Aset Berbasis Web menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) untuk mempercepat proses pengembangan melalui pendekatan prototipe dan iterasi. Hasil Uji beta berdasarkan penilaian kuesioner dari responden menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan 84%. Sistem ini berhasil meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan aset, mengurangi kesalahan manual, dan menyediakan penjadwalan aset.
