Abstract

In Lambangan Village, Wonoayu District, Sidoarjo Regency, there are severalMSMEs that produce instant red ginger, one of which is Hensam Sari Instant Red Ginger,El Nuha Red Ginger, Instant Red Ginger Mawaddah, which has been running since 2016and produces instant red ginger powder. and Temulawak. The drink's beautiful color andnot too spicy taste make red ginger syrup Aroma Hensam Sari Jahe Merah Instant, lovedby children to adults. This study has the objectives to 1). To find out the internal factorsand external factors which are the strengths and weaknesses as well as the opportunitiesand threats to MSMEs in Lambangan Village in marketing instant red ginger. 2) To findout the marketing strategy alternatives for instant red ginger that are implemented byMSMEs in Lambangan Village. 3). Want to know the marketing of instant red ginger thatis good for MSMEs in Lambangan Village. The research used the survey method, the datacollection method was carried out by interviews, observations and documentation studiesto the respondents, namely visitors and MSME managers in Lambangan Village directly.Methods of data analysis using quantitative description analysis. Analysis through QSPM.Strategic Decision Making Based on the SWOT analysis diagram, it is known that thealternative instant red ginger marketing strategy in Lambangan Village strongly supportsthe SO strategy, which consists of increasing production quantity, improving service toagents and customers.

Abstract

In this research we will look at socio-economic conditions and ultimately analyze what strategies are appropriate and effective for women farming groups in Kedurus, Surabaya city. The aim of the research is to first explain the socio-economic conditions that exist among members of the women farmer group in Kedurus. Second, analyze and describe how empowerment strategies are appropriate to the needs, characteristics and abilities of women farmer group members in Kedurus. This research began in July and ended in August 2023. The objects of this research were 28 female farmer members in the Kedurus. This research uses a census method where all members are the object of research. This research uses SWOT analysis to describe how empowerment strategies suit the needs, characteristics and abilities of women farmer group members in Kedurus.

Abstract

Program pemberdayaan masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan lahan sempadan jalan di Desa Cagakagung, Gresik, sebagai area budidaya tanaman obat keluarga (TOGA) untuk meningkatkan pendapatan warga RT 01 RW 02. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah lahan sempadan jalan yang tidak dimanfaatkan dengan baik, kurangnya keterampilan warga dalam budidaya tanaman dan pengelolaan sampah, serta pendapatan lingkungan yang masih terbatas. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan warga dalam budidaya TOGA, pembuatan pupuk organik, dan pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga, serta mengembangkan usaha bersama untuk meningkatkan pendapatan lingkungan. Solusi yang diusulkan mencakup pelatihan budidaya tanaman, pengolahan pasca panen, pembuatan pupuk cair dan padat, serta pengelolaan sampah. Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan intensif. Hasil yang diharapkan meliputi peningkatan keterampilan warga dalam pengelolaan lahan dan usaha, peningkatan pendapatan RT sebesar 30%, dan terbentuknya kesadaran serta partisipasi aktif warga dalam program. Dampak kegiatan ini mampu meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat serta mendukung kelestarian lingkungan

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is very important to a company's services, because satisfied customers will come back, buy more, spread the experience to another friend, and is willing to pay more to do business with a trusted provider. Efforts to maintain customer satisfaction one of which is to monitor what they want from the services that are presented. This study aimed to measure the level of customer satisfaction in the business of outdoor education and training, in which customer satisfaction is measured on the dimensions of perceived service and expected service. The population in this study is service users of the outdoor education and training at the Centre for Education and Training Managerial Behavior University of Wijaya Putra that training in January and June 2014, samples were taken by purposive random sampling technique amounts to 143 people. The variables of this study customer loyalty, service quality, perceived quality, perceived value, and customer expectation and customer complaints. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing with the F test and t test. The expected outcome of this research is the acquisition of the factors that affect customer satisfaction on service providers of outdoor education and training, in terms of quality of service indicators (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy). The results show that there is good agreement between the performance perceived by the user's expectations of the outdoor education and training services. These conditions can be considered satisfactory by management for the success of providing the best service to users of the service. Cartesian diagram determine the right strategy for the management to improve service quality are a top priority especially.

Abstract

This study aims to identify internal and external factors that impact the unheroic turmeric agribusiness development strategy, formulate druthers in the Turmeric Agribusiness Development Strategy in Kesamben Wetan village, Driyorejo district, gersik regency. The system used is the qualitative system. the exploration position intentionally is Kesamben Wetan village. The logical system used is turmeric farmer analysis to identify internal and external factors that impact the unheroic turmeric development strategy swot analysis in the form of a swot matrix which describes internal conditions, videlicet strengths and sins, as well as external conditions, videlicet openings and pitfalls faced by turmeric growers in Kesamben Wetan village, from the results of internal factor assessmentit has been shown that turmeric agribusiness in Kesanben Wetan village, Driyorejo district, Gresik regency has a strength (strengths) of 0.69 compared to sins (sins). the results of the assessment of external factors have shown that the unheroic turmeric agribusiness in Kesamben Wetan village, Driyorejo district, gresik regency has an advantage (openings) of 0.42 points compared to the pitfalls (pitfalls) faced. The results attained in this study indicate that the unheroic turmeric agribusiness in kesamben wetan village, driyorejo district, gresik regency is in quadrant i ( so), videlicet progressive, so that the unheroic turmeric agribusiness in gresik regency can apply a growth exposure strategy by expanding turmeric marketing to new areas and piercing request.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sampel jus jeruk di UPT PATPH Sidoarjo, mulai dari produk pertama yaitu dari pemasok hingga konsumen akhir. Proses yang digunakan bersifat ilustratif dan bervariasi dengan menggunakan model materi. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa penjual jeruk (agregator), UPT PATPH, pemasok dan konsumen (pengecer dan mitra) menjadi anggota kelompok pada urutan pertama, sedangkan pemasok barang seperti gula pasir, obat-obatan, dan bahan pengemas berada pada urutan kedua. anggota dari anggota. anggota. Dalam rantai pasok terdapat aliran yang terdiri dari sumber daya, aliran produk, dan aliran informasi. Dengan menggunakan rantai pasok, UPT PATPH dapat membuat anggota rantai pasok seperti supplier, UPT PATPH, pengecer dan distributor dapat menghemat biaya pembelian bahan baku sebesar Rp 1.392.500 antara bulan Januari hingga Juni 2020. mengurangi biaya pendaftaran. Hingga Rp 2.501.150/tahun. Terdapat kendala dalam pengelolaan rantai pasok yaitu biaya pembelian bahan baku dalam hal ini biaya transportasi, ketidakpastian bahan baku jeruk, jumlah yang dibutuhkan dalam dokumen, waktu pengiriman, harga produk yang didistribusikan. Ini adalah salah satu produk yang paling sedikit terlibat dalam rantai pasokan.

Abstract

Kambing merupakan hewan ruminansia yang berukuran lebih kecil dibandingkan domba. Peternakan kambing merupakan salah satu jenis peternakan yang menghasilkan daging, susu, kulit, kulit dan pupuk kandang yang dapat digunakan sebagai pupuk. Peternakan kambing juga dikenal luas dan berperan penting dalam perekonomian masyarakat pedesaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui profitabilitas usaha peternakan di Desa Jombangdelik Gresik dan untuk mengetahui kelayakan usaha peternakan kambing di Desa Jombangdelik Gresik. Populasi penelitian ini adalah para penggembala kambing di Desa Jombangdelik Kecamatan Balongpanggang Kabupaten Gresik. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari survey dan survey sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari data primer pada organisasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis pendapatan dan analisis kelayakan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei 2022 di Desa Jombangdelik Kecamatan Balongpanggang Kabupaten Gresik. Tempat ini dipilih secara khusus karena Desa Jombangdelik termasuk salah satu daerah yang masih bisa beternak kambing liar: lahannya luas dan rumputnya bisa ditanam sendiri, kambingnya cepat tumbuh dan jauh dari kandang. . Anda bisa menjual kotoran kambing kepada peternak di masyarakat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa usaha kambing di desa Jombangdelik menguntungkan dan lebih memenuhi persyaratan koneksi bisnis kambing para peternak kambing di desa Jombangdelik.
