Abstract

Bangunan sekolah sepak bola adalah bangunan yang mengedepankan pembinaan dibidang pendidikan olahraga sepak bola. Seperti halnya sebuah bangunan pendidikan, bangunan sekolah sepak bola membutuhkan keberadaan wujud sebuah bangunan. Mengingat fasilitas-fasilitas untuk pemenuhan kegiatan olahraga sepak bola masih sangat minim di Kota Kendari. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan sebuah desain bangunan sekolah sepak bola yang bisa dijadikan tempat mengasah minat dan bakat siswa atau atlet. Perencanaan sekolah sepak bola menekankan akan penerapan konsep arsitektur hijau dalam pelaksanaannya. Dengan menerapkan konsep dan prinsip arsitektur hijau dalam pendekatan bangunan diharapkan tercipta suatu lingkungan binaan yang lebih sehat, dapat memberikan aspek keamanan dan kenyamanan bagi pengguna bangunan serta mampu memberikan nilai-nilai estetika dari bangunan itu sendiri maupun komponen pendukungnya.Kata Kunci : Sekolah Sepak Bola, Arsitektur Hijau

Abstract

ABSTRAKDesain perancangan fisik Gedung Balai Konser Musik dengan Pendekatan Arsitektur Analogi Dramaturgi di KotaKendari merupakan gedung yang fungsi utamanya sebagai pusat pertunjukan musik yang mampu memberikan hiburantersendiri bagi penikmat musik. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembahasan ini adalah menggunakan metode analisisdeskriptif dengan mengidentifikasi unsur-unsur yang menunjang seperti mengumpulkan data terkait, observasi lapangan,wawancara dan media informasi lainnya yang kemudian disimpulkan dan dijadikan titik tolak dalam penyusunan acuanperancangan secara rinci. Lokasi tapak terletak di kota Kendari tepatnya di kecamatan kadia, antara jalan Antero Hamradan jalan Brigjen M. Yunus By Pass dengan luas lahan ±2,4 Ha. Perencanaan Gedung Balai Konser Musik denganpendekatan Arsitektur Analogi Dramaturgi, yaitu dengan menerapkan karakter dari Arsitektur Dramaturgi, sertamemasukkan unsur-unsur musik kedalam bangunan yang dapat dilihat pada penentuan bentuk dasar dan Tampilanbangunan. Penataan ruang Gedung Balai Konser Musik dengan Pendekatan Arsitektur Dramaturgi di kota Kendariberdasarkan penataan tata akustik ruang yang mampu memberikan kenyamanan bagi penggunanya.Kata kunci: Konser musik, arsitektur analogi DramaturgiABSTRACTThe physical design design of the Music Concert Hall Building with the Dramaturgy Analogy Architectural Approachin Kendari City is a building whose main function is as a music performance center that is able to provide its ownentertainment for music lovers. The method used in this discussion is to use the descriptive analysis method by identifyingsupporting elements such as collecting related data, field observations, interviews and other information media which arethen concluded and used as a starting point in preparing detailed design references. The site is located in the city ofKendari, precisely in Kadia sub-district, between Jalan Antero Hamra and Jalan Brigjen M. Yunus By Pass with a landarea of ± 2.4 Ha. The Planning of the Music Concert Hall Building with the Dramaturgy Analogy Architecture approach,namely by applying the characters of the Dramaturgy Architecture, and incorporating musical elements into the buildingwhich can be seen in determining the basic form and appearance of the building. The spatial arrangement of the MusicConcert Hall Building with the Dramaturgy Architectural Approach in the city of Kendari is based on the arrangement ofthe room acoustics, which is able to provide comfort for its users.Keywords: Music concerts, architectural analogy Dramaturgy

Abstract

ABSTRAKKabupaten Kolaka Timur merupakan jalur penghubung antara Kota Kendari dan Kabupaten Kolaka. Dengan jaraktempuh yang cukup jauh, maka perencanaan Rest Area perlu sebagai tempat beristirahat.Tepatnya di Kecamatan Tirawuta,memiliki potensi sebagai area terbangun karena merupakan daerah pertengahan dari jalur penghubung Kota Kendari danKabupaten Kolaka. Tujuan perencanaan Rest Area, sebagai tempat beristirahat bagi para pengemudi maupun penumpangyang kelelahan dengan memperhatikan prinsip dari Arsitektur Ekologi. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metodedeskriptif, dengan cara melakukan pengamatan langsung dan juga menggunakan studi literatur, yang berkaitan denganpembahasan untuk mendapatkan teori proses perancangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa bangunan rest area yang mampumemenuhi segala kebutuhan pengemudi dan penumpang untuk menghilangkan kepenatan lelah di lokasi kecamatanTirawuta dan penerapan Arsitektur Ekologi dengan penyesuaian terhadap lingkungan alam setempat dan juga menghematpenggunaan energi pada bangunan serta menciptakan kawasan hijau diantara kawasan bangunan, sehingga dapat mewadahiaktivitas penghuninya dengan nyaman dan menyenangkan baik secara fisik maupun psikis.Kata kunci: Rest area, Kolaka Timur, arsitektur ekologiABSTRACTEast Kolaka Regency is the connecting route between Kendari City and Kolaka Regency. With the distance that is quitefar, the Rest Area planning needs to be a place to rest. In Tirawuta District, it has the potential as a built-up area becauseit is the middle area of the connecting route between Kendari City and Kolaka Regency. The purpose of planning a RestArea, as a place to rest for tired drivers and passengers by paying attention to the principles of Ecological Architecture. Inthis study using descriptive methods, by making direct observations and also using literature studies, which are related tothe discussion to get a theory of the design process. The results of this study are in the form of a rest area building that isable to meet all the needs of drivers and passengers to eliminate fatigue in the Tirawuta sub-district and the application ofEcological Architecture with adjustments to the local natural environment and also save energy use in buildings and creategreen areas between building areas, so that can accommodate the activities of its residents comfortably and pleasantlyboth physically and psychologically.Keywords: Rest area, East Kolaka, ecological architecture

Abstract

The Mandar ethnic group is the only maritime tribe in the Archipelago that geographically faces the sea directly. For the Mandar people, boats are crucial to their way of life, serving not only as a means of transportation but also as their livelihood source. The motorization of traditional sandeq boats among Mandar fishermen in Kotabaru Regency began in the 1990s. The development of motorized fishing boats in fishing villages in Kotabaru Regency is an intriguing subject of study. The research method employed in this study is historical research. In this method, the author applies systematic rules to gather data. Historical research involves four integral steps: heuristics, source criticism, interpretation, and historiography. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that the development of motorized sandeq boats among Mandar fishermen in Pula Kerasian Village from 1980 to 1989, in general, did not involve motorized boats. This was because the fishermen in Kotabaru Regency had not yet been influenced by motorization during that period. However, in the 1990s, there was an increase in the use of motorized boats among fishermen in Kotabaru Regency due to the influence of motorization. From 2000 to 2010, there was a significant surge in the use of motorized boats, which was a direct impact of motorization. Fishermen in Kotabaru Regency preferred motor engines for sea travel for various reasons, such as their effectiveness compared to sailboats, which depend on wind propulsion.

Abstract

Creative Industry MSMEs (Ikraf) have a very strategic role in the digital era economy. The digital literacy of Ikraf MSME actors is currently still low. Especially related to the ability to use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology which is increasingly playing a role in business, especially to strengthen their marketing strategies so that they are able to Go Digital and Go Export. This program aims to improve the competence of both knowledge, skills and attitude  in utilizing Artificial Intelligence in the marketing strategies of Ikraf MSME actors in Teladan Village, Toboali District, South Bangka Regency. This service is in collaboration with Teladan Village which has 15 Ikraf MSMEs that have the potential to move up a class. The implementation of this activity is still ongoing from March 15, 2024 to October 15, 2024. The implementation of community service activities is carried out by conducting surveys, providing materials related to digital literacy and the use of AI and export opportunities. Furthermore, mentoring and Training are also carried out.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan konsep literasi digital kepada siswa sekolah dasar sebagai bentuk respons terhadap tantangan pendidikan di era digital. Bertempat di SDN 180 Pappandangan, kegiatan dilakukan melalui sosialisasi luring yang membahas pentingnya literasi digital, cara membedakan informasi yang benar dan hoaks, serta etika penggunaan media digital. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa siswa antusias dan mampu memahami materi yang diberikan terlihat dari suasana interaktif dimana siswa aktif menjawab dan bertanya mengenai isu peggunaan internet seperti hoaks dan cyber bullying. Guru pun menyambut baik kegiatan ini karena dianggap relevan dengan kebutuhan pembelajaran saat ini. Literasi digital dipandang sebagai keterampilan esensial yang harus ditanamkan sejak dini agar siswa mampu menjadi pengguna teknologi yang cerdas dan bertanggung jawab. Kegiatan ini diharapkan menjadi awal dari penguatan di lingkungan sekolah dasar mengenai budaya literasi digital.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of village funds in supporting village development in the Bangka Belitung Archipelago Province. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research by comparing targets and realization from 2018-2022 and guidelines for the effectiveness category of using funds using the regulations of the Ministry of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. From the results of the Village Fund effectiveness test in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province, it shows that the average level of effectiveness is 99.91%, included in the quite effective category. With the highest level of effectiveness, which is almost 100%, it is found in Bangka Regency. This indicates that the management of Village Fund Allocations in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province is carried out optimally. Because the realization of the Village Fund Allocation obtained has reached the revenue target set in the Village Fund Allocation budget.

Abstract

Kafā’ah is one of the essential principles in Islamic marriage, functioning to maintain harmony and sustainability within the family. The hadith Tunkahu al-Mar’atu li Arba’, which explains four criteria for choosing a spouse-wealth, lineage, beauty, and religiosity-serves as a normative foundation for understanding this concept. This article aims to analyze the concept of kafā’ah from the perspective of the hadith Tunkahu al-Mar’atu li Arba’ and to examine the criteria for spouse selection in Islam based on scholarly interpretations. This study employs a qualitative method with a library research approach, utilizing data sources such as hadith collections, classical and contemporary Islamic scholarship, and relevant academic journal articles. Data analysis is conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the hadith Tunkahu al-Mar’atu li Arba’ is not intended to legitimize spouse selection based solely on material or outward aspects, but rather to describe human tendencies in choosing a partner. Scholars emphasize that religiosity is the most fundamental and decisive element of kafā’ah, while wealth, lineage, and beauty function as supporting factors. Therefore, the concept of kafā’ah in this hadith highlights the importance of balancing spiritual and social aspects in selecting a life partner to achieve a harmonious family grounded in Islamic values

Abstract

Program accreditation is a strategic process in higher education that requires transparency, efficiency, and cross-unit collaboration. Common challenges include the complexity of document management, coordination between parties, and the potential for administrative errors. This research developed a web-based accreditation information system that is modular and supports various roles, namely administrators, study programs, the Institute for Learning Development and Quality Assurance (LP3M), and auditors. This system enables structured management of LED (Self-Evaluation Reports) and LKPS (Program Study Performance Reports), equipped with LP3M validation features, auditor comments, revision history, and audit trails to ensure accountability at every stage. The results of implementation show an increase in the efficiency of the accreditation process, a reduction in administrative errors, and an increase in transparency and accountability between units. Additionally, this system strengthens coordination between study programs and quality assurance institutions, making the accreditation process more integrated and controlled. Research findings confirm that this system is not only relevant for the developing institution but can also be replicated in other universities facing similar challenges. Thus, this web-based accreditation information system has the potential to be an innovative solution in supporting sustainable higher education quality management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membandingkan sektor-sektor produktif yang ada di Kota Makassar dan Kota Parepare, dengan fokus pada analisis kontribusi sektor-sektor utama terhadap perekonomian masing-masing kota. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis sektor-sektor dominan di kedua kota dan mengeksplorasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas masing-masing sektor dalam konteks pembangunan ekonomi. Dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan statistik deskriptif, data yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa kedua kota memiliki sektor unggulan yang berbeda, namun keduanya didominasi oleh sektor-sektor yang terkait dengan jasa dan perdagangan. Di Kota Makassar, sektor perdagangan dan industri pengolahan mendominasi, sedangkan di Kota Parepare, sektor perdagangan, konstruksi, dan real estate memiliki kontribusi terbesar. Penurunan tingkat pengangguran di kedua kota tercatat berhubungan langsung dengan peningkatan produktivitas sektor-sektor dominan, yang pada gilirannya meningkatkan daya beli masyarakat dan mengurangi tingkat kemiskinan. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa sektor-sektor yang lebih terdiversifikasi dapat membantu meningkatkan ketahanan ekonomi terhadap fluktuasi pasar. Implikasi dari penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi kebijakan pembangunan kota, terutama dalam memprioritaskan sektor-sektor produktif yang memiliki potensi besar dalam meningkatkan perekonomian lokal dan menyerap tenaga kerja. Penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan pentingnya diversifikasi sektor-sektor ekonomi untuk menjaga keseimbangan dan ketahanan ekonomi daerah terhadap guncangan pasar serta mempercepat proses pembangunan yang lebih inklusif dan lebih innovatif untuk pembangunan jangka panjang di kedua Kota ini.
