Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the socio-economic status of parents and peers on the consumption behaviour of USK FKIP Economics Education students. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive research type. The population in this study were active economics education student’s class of 2018. The sample in this study was 51 students. Data collection techniques in this research are literature study and questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis, and determination test. The results of the determination test prove that there is an influence of 31.8%, the remaining percentage is influenced by other variables not explained in this research. The research results show that the variable of parents' socio-economic status has a negative and insignificant effect on students' consumption behavior. The peer variable has a positive and significant effect on student consumption behavior. Simultaneously, the socio-economic status of parents and peers has a positive and significant effect on consumption behavior. The research results imply that high student consumption causes a person to become consumptive, meaning wasteful and excessive consumption behavior, where there is no priority scale or can also be interpreted as a luxurious lifestyle, so the results of this research can be a person's view on consumption.Keywords: Consumption Behavior, Peers, Socioeconomic StatusDOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/E3J/v6i2.191-197

Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing strategy used by Kupi Khop in Banda Aceh City. The approach used is qualitative with data collection methods using interviews, observation, and documentation. Informants in this study are business owners, employees, and consumers. The results of the study can be concluded that the products sold in the form of drinks made from coffee and non-coffee basic ingredients have gone well. The menu provided by Kupi Khop is also very diverse. The price of each drink is determined taking into account the cost of raw materials. The location of Kupi Khop is very strategic and is easily accessible to consumers because it is in an urban area. Maximum promotion on Instagram social media accounts is very good even though the social media used by Kupi Khop is only Instagram, but Kupi Khop often takes part in coffee festivals. In placing employees in accordance with their respective fields, there are employees in the service department, employees in the kitchen, employees specifically making coffee, so this shows that the organizational structure of Kupi Khop is going well. Kupi Khop prioritizes comfort and cleanliness. The process strategy includes ordering, serving, and paying in cash. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that Kupi Khop has used a good marketing strategy by implementing the 7p marketing mix.

Abstract

Belajar merdeka atau merdeka belajar merupakan istilah yang baru dikenal oleh orangtua dalam lingkup pendidikan anak usia dini di Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Selama ini yang menjadi harapan orangtua saat menitipkan anak di lembaga PAUD adalah anak mampu membaca, menulis dan berhitung. Sementara itu merdeka belajar bagi anak usia dini disebut juga dengan merdeka bermain yang mana stimulasi perkembangan anak adalah melalui bermain yang menyenangkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai pemahaman orangtua tentang belajar merdeka anak usia dini di Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dan menggunakan instrumen berupa skala modifikasi likert yang ditujukan kepada orangtua yang memiliki anak usia dini pada lembaga PAUD di Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pemahaman orangtua di kabupaten Aceh Barat tentang belajar merdeka anak usia dini berada pada kategori sedang meliputi pemahaman akan informasi kurikulum merdeka, konsep merdeka belajar di PAUD dan keterlibatan orangtua dalam pendidikan anak usia dini. Sementara pada aspek pemahaman orangtua terhadap pembelajaran anak usia dini masih dalam kategori rendah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas pelayanan jasa kurir Priority Cargo and Package (PCP) di Banda Aceh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menyebarkan angket kepada 44 pelanggan PCP. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan skala Likert untuk mengukur kualitas pelayanan berdasarkan dimensi keandalan, wujud fisik, ketanggapan, jaminan, dan empati. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan jasa kurir PCP di Banda Aceh secara keseluruhan dinilai sangat baik dengan rata-rata skor 87,98. Dari kelima dimensi kualitas pelayanan, dimensi keandalan memperoleh rata-rata skor tertinggi, yaitu 90,25, sementara dimensi wujud fisik memperoleh rata-rata skor terendah, yaitu 86,6, meskipun masih dalam kategori sangat baik. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi agar PCP terus mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanannya, terutama pada aspek wujud fisik, untuk memenuhi kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan di Banda Aceh.Keywords: Kualitas Pelayanan, Jasa Kurir, PCP

Abstract

Hasil belajar siswa merupakan kemampuan yang diperoleh anak setelah melalui kegiatan pembelajaran. Hasil belajar dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, antara lain sarana pendidikan dan minat belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh sarana prasarana pendidikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa mata pelajaran IPS di SMPN 3 Lhoknga; (2) Pengaruh minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa mata pelajaran IPS di SMPN 3 Lhoknga; (3) Pengaruh sarana prasarana pendidikan dan minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa mata pelajaran IPS di SMPN 3 Lhoknga. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sensus sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 58 orang. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan cara menyebarkan angket kepada responden dan mendokumentasikan hasil belajar siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji normalitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis meliputi uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara sarana prasarana terhadap pendidikan hasil belajar siswa; (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara minat belajar dengan hasil belajar; (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara sarana dan prasarana pendidikan, minat belajar secara bersama-sama dengan hasil belajar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi dampak keterlibatan orang tua terhadap prestasi akademik siswa dalam mata pelajaran Ekonomi di MAN 1 Aceh Tengah. Menggunakan pendekatan sampling lengkap dengan 74 siswa dari Kelas XII IPS1, IPS2, dan IPS3, penelitian ini menerapkan teknik kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, instrumen penelitian, dan dokumentasi kepustakaan, serta dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan koefisien regresi 0,570, yang berarti setiap kenaikan 1% dalam keterlibatan orang tua berhubungan dengan peningkatan 0,570 dalam hasil belajar siswa. Uji t menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p 0,05) dan t hitung 3,753 (melebihi t tabel 1,668), mengindikasikan dampak positif substansial dari keterlibatan orang tua terhadap prestasi akademik siswa. Hipotesis alternatif didukung, sementara hipotesis nol ditolak. Penelitian ini menegaskan adanya korelasi positif antara peningkatan keterlibatan orang tua dan peningkatan prestasi akademik siswa.
