Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan konsumen pada usaha @Mjakitchens.id di Kecamatan Blangpidie. Metode penelitian melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen pada usaha @Mjakitchens.id. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebesar 80 orang diambil dengan teknik sampling insidental. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan konsumen ialah analisis regresi linear berganda, serta uji T dan uji F untuk membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi diperoleh hasil persamaan Y= 11,713 + 0,217X1 + 0,498X2+ e. Nilai koefisien determinasi menunjukkan pengaruh dari kualitas produk dan pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen sebesar 0,618 atau 61,8%. Selanjutnya uji T pada taraf signifikansi 5%, variabel kualitas produk memperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,001 < 0,05 dan nilai t_hitung > t_tabel yaitu 4.918 > 1,66488. Variabel kualitas pelayanan memperoleh nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai t_hitung > t_tabel yaitu 8,346 > 1,66488. Uji F diperoleh nilai  f_hitung > f_tabel yaitu 62,199 > 3,11. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Antara kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan, kualitas yang lebih dominan ialah kualitas pelayanan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the existence of the Dayah Jeumala Amal business unit by knowing the forms of economic empowerment carried out by the dayah business unit for the community and to determine the amount of benefits received by the surrounding community in Lueng Putu, Pidie Jaya Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach method. The subjects of this study were the director of the dayah business unit, financial manager, store and canteen manager, and the community who partnered with the Jeumala Amal Dayah business unit in meeting the needs of the santri. Data collection techniques using library research and interviews. While data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of research related to the existence of the Dayah Jeumala Amal business unit, namely economic empowerment carried out by Dayah Jeumala Amal through the Dayah Jeumala Amal business unit by providing space for the community to participate in meeting the needs of students are able to have a positive impact, this is in line with the benefits provided by the unit Dayah businesses such as helping to increase people's income so that they can help people meet their daily needs, create jobs and business opportunities for the surrounding community in the hope of reducing unemployment and reducing poverty. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the socio-economic status of parents and peers on the consumption behaviour of USK FKIP Economics Education students. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive research type. The population in this study were active economics education student’s class of 2018. The sample in this study was 51 students. Data collection techniques in this research are literature study and questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis, and determination test. The results of the determination test prove that there is an influence of 31.8%, the remaining percentage is influenced by other variables not explained in this research. The research results show that the variable of parents' socio-economic status has a negative and insignificant effect on students' consumption behavior. The peer variable has a positive and significant effect on student consumption behavior. Simultaneously, the socio-economic status of parents and peers has a positive and significant effect on consumption behavior. The research results imply that high student consumption causes a person to become consumptive, meaning wasteful and excessive consumption behavior, where there is no priority scale or can also be interpreted as a luxurious lifestyle, so the results of this research can be a person's view on consumption.Keywords: Consumption Behavior, Peers, Socioeconomic StatusDOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/E3J/v6i2.191-197

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the level of customer satisfaction at the Black Coffee Shop business in the city of Banda Aceh. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The sampling technique was simple random sampling, where each sample was taken randomly without looking at the strata. By using the Slovin formula, the number of samples in this study was 80 consumers. Analysis of research data using multiple linear regression analysis model which is used to see the effect between product quality and service variables (independent variables) on customer satisfaction (dependent variable). The results of the partial calculation of the variable product quality and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Between product quality and service quality, the more dominant quality is product quality. The results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination show that the variables of product quality and service quality can explain the change in customer satisfaction by 62.9%, while the remaining 37.1% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: a) prestasi belajar siswa di SMP Negeri 2 Arongan Lambalek, b) kendala guru IPS dalam proses pembelajaran di SMP Negeri 2 Arongan Lambalek, c) upaya guru mata pelajaran IPS dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa di SMP Negeri 2 Arongan Lambalek. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru mata pelajaran IPS di SMP Negeri 2 Arongan Lambalek yang berjumlah 2 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu melalui penelitian lapangan yang terdiri dari wawancara, dokumentasi, dan riset kepustakaan, kemudian data yang sudah terkumpul dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, 1) prestasi belajar siswa di SMP Negeri 2 Arongan Lambalek yaitu, prestasinya baik. 2) kendala yang dialami oleh guru mata pelajaran IPS dalam proses pembelajaran yaitu sebagai berikut: a) kendala dalam mengatasi perbedaan karakteristik siswa, b) kurangnya interaksi dalam pembelajaran, c) sulitnya menjaga konsentrasi dan motivasi siswa, d) kurangnya sumber daya yang memadai. 3) upaya guru mata pelajaran IPS dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa yaitu upaya melalui: a) metode dan variasi dalam pembelajaran, b) sering bertanya kepada siswa tentang materi pelajaran yang belum dimengerti, c) pemberian motivasi, d) melalui media atau alat peraga.Keywords: Prestasi Belajar Siswa, Kendala Guru, Upaya Guru IPS

Abstract

Minat merupakan faktor yang penting dalam menentukan pilihan karier seseorang, termasuk dalam profesi sebagai guru. Faktor efikasi diri dan lingkungan keluarga memiliki peran signifikan dalam membentuk minat seseorang untuk menjadi pendidik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat menjadi guru pada mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP Universitas Syiah Kuala. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini diperoleh sebanyak 76 mahasiswa dengan menggunakan rumus slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinasi dan uji t dan uji F. Berdasarkan hasil deskripsi efikasi diri diperoleh nilai 4,14 yang tergolong dalam kategori tinggi, deskripsi lingkungan keluarga diperoleh nilai 4,40 yang tergolong dalam kategori sangat tinggi, dan minat menjadi guru diperoleh nilai 4,33 yang tergolong dalam kategori sangat tinggi. Berdasarkan uji simultan menunjukan efikasi diri dan lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menjadi guru yang dibuktikan dengan nilai f hitung f tabel(50,413 3,12). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa efikasi diri dan lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menjadi guru pada mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP Universitas Syiah Kuala

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the factors that cause USK FKIP students to be less motivated to participate in PKM and (2) how to increase the motivation of USK FKIP students to participate in PKM. This article uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The sampling technique used was quota sampling and data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, documentation and data triangulation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings in this study could be presented as follows: The factors causing students to be less motivated to participate in PKM activities are (1) an intrinsic factors (intelligence 25%, attention 19%, interest 14%, motive 12%, maturity 13% and fatigue 17%), (2) the extrinsic factors (class schedules 20%, curriculum 24%, relations between students and students 28%, relations between students and lecturers 28%). Efforts made to increase students motivation to participate in PKM activities are: (1) efforts made by the Vice Dean for student affairs, which consist of intrinsic factors (attention 37.5% and motivation 62.5%) and 100% factors of extrinsic is student-teacher relationship factor (2) efforts made by the study program are intrinsic factors consisting of 22% attention, 37% motivation and 41% readiness and extrinsic factors consist of 27% curriculum and 73% relationship between lecturers and students. The effort expected by students consists of intrinsic factors (intelligence 34% and attention 66%), while extrinsic factors (curriculum 16%, relationships between students and students 40% and relationships between lecturers and students 44%).

Abstract

The paper is motivated by the realization of the absent of critical engagement research problematizing the mainstream accounting worldview within accounting textbooks in the context of Indonesia. By doing so, this study uses the Thompsons (1990) Schema of analyzing ideology to examine the content of popular introductory financial accounting (IFA) textbooks adopted by universities to reveal how, and the extent to which, the ideological status quo is reflected within these texts. This means the analysis tries to understand how ideological meaning is constructed within the textbooks. The analysis shows that the investigated textbooks portray accounting as an abstracted notion of a practical and calculative tool. Meanwhile, the ideological assumptions and socio-political and cultural background and conflict inherent in accounting are concealed and obscured. The textbooks have not scrutinized the concepts and measurement of accounting beyond employing a shareholder perspective. Consequently, the users attention is deflected from or glossed over the underlying ideological nature of the textbooks
