<![CDATA[Abstrak: Perilaku Kuasa Eksekutif dan Legislatif dalam Proses Penyusunan Anggaran Pemerintahan Daerah: Perspektif Interaksionisme Simbolik. Penelitian ini bertujuan memahami perilaku kuasa eksekutif dan legislatif dalam proses penyusunan anggaran Pemerintahan Daerah Kota Mayapada.Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode interaksionisme simbolik dalam paradigma interpretif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan informan bagian penyusunan perencanaan dan penganggaran, yang didukung dengan observasi dan dokumentasi.Musyawarah perencanaan pembangunan (musrenbang) era reformasi diklaim menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif, tetapi masyarakat hanya dijadikan objek partisipasi.Telah terjadipengaburan yang disebut peneliti dengan âkatarakâ, dengan membangun  interaksi pencitraan yang manis di depan publik dengan bahasa-bahasa hipokrit. Fakta sosial yang tergambarkan merupakan perilaku kuasa eksekutif dan legislatif dalam proses penyusunan anggaran.Abstract: Power of the Executive and Legislative Behavior in the Local Government Budgetary Process: Symbolic Interactionism Perspective. This study aims to understand the behaviour of the executive and legislative powers in the budgeting process in the Mayapada Urban Governance. Analyses were performed using the method of symbolic interactionism in the interpretive paradigm. The data was collected through interviews with informants on the preparation of planning and budgeting, which is supported by the observation and documentation. Development Planning Meeting (musrenbang) is claimed in the reformation era to have used participatory approach, but people were in fact still placed as participation object. There has been a blurring of reality which is named as âcataractâ, by building a sweet imagery interaction in public with hypocritical languages . Social facts illustrated are the behaviour of the executive and legislative powers in the budgeting process.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was aimed to test the financial ratio capability of Liquidity, Solvability, and Profitability in predicting the probability of appearing the financial distress condition in manufacturing companies that go public in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research was based on the quantitative approach using the prediction technique of group membership, which tested statistically to hypothesis research using logistic regression backward stepwise method. The result showed that the financial ratio can be used to predicting financial distress condition in manufacturing companies that go public in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This was based on accuracy level shown in overall classification rate about 97.1%. But, this result was also indicating that not the entire financial ratio used, capable of predicting financial distress condition in companies. The ratio that dominated explaining the financial distress condition were Liquidity that proxy by QR and Solvability that proxy by DTAR. <![CDATA[Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Penelitian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang bertujuan untuk membuat sistem informasi objek wisata Kota Bunga, sebagai media untuk memperkenalkan UMKM dan kelompok tani desa Sukaresmi Kabupaten Cianjur. Hal ini dilakukan karena masih minimnya informasi UMKM dan kelompok tani desa Sukaresmi Kabupaten Cianjur, sehingga potensi desa Sukaresmi kabupaten Cianjur kurang dikenal oleh masyarakat diluar kabupaten cianjur. Sukaresmi adalah sebuah kecamatan di Kabupaten Cianjur, Provinsi Jawa Barat, Indonesia. Sukaresmi merupakan pemekaran dari Kecamatan Pacet. Kecamatan ini berdiri sekitar awal tahun 1990-an (Wikipedia). Sukaresmi memiliki beberapa potensi yang bisa dipublikasi kepada masyarakat luar kabupaten Cianjur, yaitu memiliki kelompok tani bunga dan UMKM. Namun dalam upaya memperkenalkan usaha UMKM dan kelompok tani bunga pada desa Sukaresmi masih sangat minim, sehingga pemasarannya belum bisa meluas ke seluruh wilayah Indonesia. Maka dari itu akan adalah sistem informasi berbasis website agar para pelaku UMKM dan kelompok tani bunga desa Sukaresmi dapat memasarkan dan memperkenalkan produknya kepada masayarakat umum. Perancangan sistem informasi yang dibuat merupakan perancangan untuk pengembangan teknologi yang bermanfaat bagi mitra peneliti yaitu memudahkan dalam memasarkan dan memperkenalkan produknya secara online.]]>

The effectiveness of educational management plays a role in optimizing the use of human resources, directing goals, and overcoming challenges that arise in the world of education. This research aims to improve the quality of learning, as well as the challenges and obstacles in implementing effective strategies. This research uses library research methods. The results of this research show that an effective strategy in education management is to improve the quality of learning by developing integrated learning plans, evaluating the learning process, developing the quality of educators, and developing an inclusive learning environment. Challenges and obstacles in implementing effective strategies result from a lack of adequate resources and infrastructure.]]>

Researchers want to get a more real and definite picture of who is behind the power in the process of preparing the Regional Government budget. how their life and behavior; how they think and make decisions; as well as other people around them. All of these aspects may very well influence the behavior of the executive and legislature in the practice of decision-making in the process of drafting the Regional Government budget that has been running so far. Based on the problems above, the goal to be achieved is "understanding the behavior of the executive and legislature in the process of preparing the Government budget" and the importance of understanding symbols when someone uses Symbolic Interaction theory. Symbols are social objects in an interaction. It is used as representation and communication which is determined by the people who use it. These people give meaning, create and change the object in the interaction. These social symbols can be in the form of physical objects (objects that are visible to the eye), words (which are used to represent physical objects, feelings, ideas, etc.), and actions (whatever people do). often gives meaning to communicate with others).]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the influence of the socio-economic status of parents and peers on the consumption behaviour of USK FKIP Economics Education students. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive research type. The population in this study were active economics education student’s class of 2018. The sample in this study was 51 students. Data collection techniques in this research are literature study and questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis, and determination test. The results of the determination test prove that there is an influence of 31.8%, the remaining percentage is influenced by other variables not explained in this research. The research results show that the variable of parents' socio-economic status has a negative and insignificant effect on students' consumption behavior. The peer variable has a positive and significant effect on student consumption behavior. Simultaneously, the socio-economic status of parents and peers has a positive and significant effect on consumption behavior. The research results imply that high student consumption causes a person to become consumptive, meaning wasteful and excessive consumption behavior, where there is no priority scale or can also be interpreted as a luxurious lifestyle, so the results of this research can be a person's view on consumption.Keywords: Consumption Behavior, Peers, Socioeconomic StatusDOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/E3J/v6i2.191-197 ]]>

<![CDATA[Service quality assessment is very important for a company that focuses on the service sector, where banking is one of the sectors where service quality evaluation is the main driver of business growth. In the research conducted by the author aims to obtain an analysis of the quality of service provided by employees influences customer satisfaction at Bank BTN Bojongsoang Sub-Branch. In this journal, data was collected from primary and also secondary. The research author takes data from observations in the form of primary data and also secondary data, field observations were carried out directly on one hundred people customers who visited Bank BTN Bojongsoang. The ANOVA results show findings using a linear regression model the result a strong bond. R Square value of 49.9% shows that almost half of the variation in Customer satisfaction can be explained by the quality of service. Penilaian kualitas pada sebuah layanan yang diberikan merupakan hal yang menjadi faktor penting bagi sebuah perusahaan yang berfokus di bidang jasa, dimana perbankan menjadi salah satu sektor dimana evaluasi kualitas layanan menjadi pendorong utama pertumbuhan bisnis. Penelitian yang dilakukan memiliki bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana pelayanan yang berkualitas yang diberikan karyawan mempengaruhi kepuasan nasabah Bank BTN Cabang Pembantu Bojongsoang. Di dalam jurnal penulis mengambil data dari hasil observasi berupa data primer dan juga data sekunder, observasi lapangan tersebut dilakukan langsung kepada seratus orang nasabah acak yang berkunjung ke Bank BTN Bojojongsoang. Hasil ANOVA menunjukan temuan dengan menggunakan model regresi linear bahwa terdapat hubungan yang kuat antara variabel. Nilai R Square sebesar 49.9 % menujukan bahwa hampir setengah variasi kepuasan nasabah dapat dijelaskan oleh sebuah pelayanan yang berkualitas yang diberikan oleh karyawan.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the marketing strategy used by Kupi Khop in Banda Aceh City. The approach used is qualitative with data collection methods using interviews, observation, and documentation. Informants in this study are business owners, employees, and consumers. The results of the study can be concluded that the products sold in the form of drinks made from coffee and non-coffee basic ingredients have gone well. The menu provided by Kupi Khop is also very diverse. The price of each drink is determined taking into account the cost of raw materials. The location of Kupi Khop is very strategic and is easily accessible to consumers because it is in an urban area. Maximum promotion on Instagram social media accounts is very good even though the social media used by Kupi Khop is only Instagram, but Kupi Khop often takes part in coffee festivals. In placing employees in accordance with their respective fields, there are employees in the service department, employees in the kitchen, employees specifically making coffee, so this shows that the organizational structure of Kupi Khop is going well. Kupi Khop prioritizes comfort and cleanliness. The process strategy includes ordering, serving, and paying in cash. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that Kupi Khop has used a good marketing strategy by implementing the 7p marketing mix.]]>

<![CDATA[This research analyses the perspectives of football fans toward interaction pattern and conflict management in Shin Tae-Yong's leadership of the Indonesian National Football Team (Timnas). During his career journey, there are some dynamics of interaction and conflicts which occur between Shin Tae-Yong and the players, the staff and the federation. This research aims to describe the perspectives of football fans toward the interaction pattern and conflict management of Shin Tae-Yong as the head coach of Timnas. The research method which used is descriptive qualitative. The qualitative data gained through the questionnaire which spreaded to 150 football fans of the homeland at the age 20-45 years old and the deep interview to the 10 of 150 respondents who have filled in the questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses Miles and Hubberman method in order to interpret the qualitative data. The results of this research show Shin Tae-Yong has formal interaction pattern by prioritizing the discipline and upholding his authority as the head coach to the players, staff and federation. On the conflict management, Shin Tae-Yong uses 4 of 5 styles of management conflict toward the players, staff and federation.]]>
