Abstract

Bali is dominated by Hindus and temples as places of worship. Revitalization is carried out periodically in order to preserve the temple. Many factors are taken into consideration in revitalization decisions so that they can be approved by a group or government. Through the decision-making model of temple revitalization in Bali, the entire complexity of decision-making factors can be integrated so as to produce an objective priority ranking of improvements as supporting data for a revitalization decision. The combination of fuzzy sets and the SMARTER (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique Exploiting Rank) method can help solve unstructured problems in determining temple revitalization decisions. The calculation between the Alternative sacred building and the complexity factor criteria with a final value of more than 0.5 is included as a revitalization priority suggestion.

Abstract

Determining the best alternative from many criteria is one of the core problems in decision making, both routine and non-routine problems. One of them is in the problem of determining egg suppliers. Eggs are one of the basic needs of the community so that the demand for eggs is always increasing, this makes the emergence of many egg agents in distributing and fulfilling needs. Selective and careful selection is needed in order to get a supplier that meets the desired expectations. Problems then arise in the selection of egg suppliers that are not in accordance with the expectations of the manager. In determining egg suppliers that have been carried out by UD Taluh Subur, only by means of a simple comparison between several factors such as price, production quantity, and quality without considering other factors. In addition to this, business managers have limited knowledge in statistical and business decision making. To optimize the supplier selection process, a Decision Support System can be used to help provide recommendations for selecting prospective suppliers of fixed eggs. Based on the situation of decision makers who have limited knowledge in statistical decision making, the MAGIQ method is suitable for weighting. To provide a more accurate ranking, additional methods such as the MABAC, MARCOS, and MOORA methods are used. The purpose of this research is to focus on which method is most recommended for the case study faced in the research based on the analysis results of the sensitivity test. The results of the sensitivity test show that the MAGIQ-MABAC method has the highest value of 4.42737%, then the MAGIQ-MOORA method with a value of 2.34415% and the MAGIQ-MARCOS method with a value of 0.45729%.

Abstract

Strawberry plant diseases can be detected by the condition of the strawberry leaves, flowers, and fruit, but farmers still need knowledge to identify the type of strawberry disease. This study aims to develop a detection model using YOLOv8. The detection model was trained using a dataset containing 3,243 images of strawberry plant leaves, fruit, and flowers, divided into seven disease classes and one healthy plant class. This study aims to develop a more effective strawberry plant disease detection technology. The proposed method is based on YOLOv8 by applying K-Fold Cross Validation to the detection model training and applied data albumentations to produce a robust model. Based on the experimental results, it shows that the YOLOv8s model obtained the highest precision, recall, F1-score, and mean average precision values of 1.00, 0.94, 0.84, and 0.885 respectively.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology has an impact on the economy of society, one of which is investing in stocks. Stocks are evidence of ownership of an individual's assets in a company. However, stock prices have very high levels of fluctuation, requiring accurate methods to assist in predicting stock prices. LSTM and GRU were chosen for their intrinsic ability to handle long-term and short-term problems in time series data. LSTM has a complex memory structure that allows decision-making based on long and short-term information. Meanwhile, GRU has a simpler structure with a focus on gate mechanisms to control information flow, resulting in lighter and faster models. Therefore, this study will compare two RNN methods, Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) and Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU), in predicting stock prices using MAPE and RMSE evaluation metrics. The combination of parameters used to evaluate the MAPE and RMSE values in this study includes learning rate, timestamps, batch size, and epoch. The results of this study show that the GRU method is more accurate compared to the LSTM method. This is evidenced by the evaluation results of the LSTM method with the lowest MAPE value of 2.42% and the lowest RMSE value of 0.01807, while the evaluation results of the GRU method with the lowest MAPE value of 2.14% and the lowest RMSE value of 0.01775. The combination of parameters used in this study also has an influence on the final MAPE and RMSE results, especially in the use of learning rates of 0.001 and 0.0001. Therefore, it can be concluded in this study that the GRU method is more accurate and effective compared to the LSTM method in predicting stock prices.

Abstract

The development of information technology is always growing rapidly, especially in the field of android smartphones. Android smartphones can now be obtained at a fairly affordable price. With rapid development, there are so many innovations that can be developed by the smartphone itself, even the tourism sector such as The Sila's Agroutourism can get the impact of several innovations that exist along with the times such as Augmented Reality. In this research, the author uses two augmented reality methods, namely Marker Based Tracker and also Markerless. Where Marker based tracker is a method that uses image illustrations in the form of QR codes or special logos to identify an object in the Augmented Reality application. While Markerless is a method that does not require a marker or image to display the object. So that this research produces an augmanted reality game using the marker-based tracker method and also markerless which takes the GPS tracker method as its markerless method. This test uses 3 tests, namely Blackbox testing, Response Time testing and also User Experience Questioner (UEQ). Where the UEQ results filled in by 35 respondents get results above average (Excelent). So that it shows that this game is good and as expected.

Abstract

The policy of subsidizing electric vehicles has become a widely discussed issue on social media platform X. The provision of electric vehicle subsidies by the Indonesian government aims to stimulate higher adoption of electric vehicles, with the overarching goal of mitigating air pollution. However, the presence of electric vehicle subsidies continues to elicit both support and opposition among the public. On social media platform X, there is a wealth of data suitable for text mining, particularly concerning the current hot topic of electric vehicle subsidies. This research aims to compare the performance of Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Naïve Bayes methods in conducting sentiment analysis on discussions related to the electric vehicle subsidy policy on social media platform X. The testing technique involves using 20% of the total dataset, comprising 5553 data points, and employing 10-fold cross-validation. The results from the 20% test data indicate that the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method's confusion matrix performance is superior, with the highest values achieved using the RBF kernel: accuracy 83.02%, precision 84.61%, and recall 83.02%. In the performance evaluation testing with 10-fold cross-validation, the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method outperforms, especially with the RBF kernel, yielding an average accuracy of 82.88% over 10 iterations.

Abstract

In this modern era, security activities such as siskamling are rarely seen. Something new is needed to replace this old security activity. Technology such as CCTV is one tool that can be used. CCTV can be used, but has some drawbacks. The deficiencies in question include the inability to detect suspicious activity in real time, as well as a 24-hour recording output in the form of video which can lead to wasted storage. Based on these problems, researchers took the initiative to develop a system for detecting the presence of strangers using face recognition and motion detection. The developed system will detect the presence of strangers by detecting the person's movements and matching them with the registered face database. If the face is not registered, the system will start recording and send notifocation to telegram.

Abstract

Bali is known for its tourism sector, so it has always been one of the alternative tourist destinations for local and foreign tourists. Almost every district in Bali has interesting tourist attractions to visit for tourists. When traveling, tourists usually decide to visit interesting tourist destinations. The number of tourist destinations available, often makes tourists confused about choosing a destination according to their preferences. Therefore, this research is intended for tourists to be able to determine alternative priority tourist sites in Karangasem Regency. In this study, data were collected from 75 respondents to find out alternative tourist sites in Karangasem, and to determine the criteria to be considered for traveling. These criteria are rides provided at tourist sites (C1), price of admission to tourist sites (C2), distance from tourist sites to city center (C3) and facilities provided at tourist sites (C4). 4 alternative tourism data used in the calculation by producing alternative tourist sites at Taman Ujung as the best alternative. The method used is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to produce the weighted criteria, scoring the ticket price and distance values using Linear Interpolation and calculating the final value using the Cost and Benefit normalization process. The results of this study can provide alternative tourist locations for domestic tourists who want to vacation in Karangasem Regency.

Abstract

The criteria affect a priority decision to find out the most important criteria in the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) seen from the priority weights generated by the calculation. However, the analysis of the importance of priorities is to find out how important changes in the weight of the criteria can change the order results of alternative rankings and how critical the alternative values on the criteria are in influencing the ranking results. This study uses an example of providing credit with six criteria, namely Collateral (C1), Business Status (C2), Total Dependents (C3), Loan Amount (C4), Ability to Pay (C5) and Loan Term (C6). The test results from the three processes of sensitivity analysis with changes in the weight of the criteria show criteria C2 with a sensitivity value of 1.13284, Criterion C1 with a sensitivity value of 0.34874 and Criterion C5 with a sensitivity value of 1.078735. The highest percentage of alternative changes shows criteria C2, C4 and C5 with a percentage of 16.67%
