Abstract

AbstrakMasih terbatasnya fungsionalitas Sistem Informasi Kemajuan Akademik (SIsKA), terutama dalam aspek fungsionalitas khususnya fitur notifikasi, baik notifikasi jadwal ujian maupun notifikasi tentang masa studi masing-masing mahasiwa yang berguna sebagai pengingat batas waktu studi akhir mahasiswa,  berkonsekuensi langsung pada kualitas pelayanan dan monitoring perkembangan mahasiswa di Program Studi Ilmu Komputer Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha. Penelitian ini berfokus pada evaluasi dan pengembangan lanjutan SIsKA-NG mobile dengan menggunakan heuristic evaluation sebagai tahap pengembangan pertama, dari hasil evaluasi oleh para evaluator ditemukan 20 permasalahan pada Aplikasi SIsKA mobile, 8 permasalahan dengan severity rating paling tinggi (Catastrophic), 6 permasalahn dengan prioritas tinggi (Mayor) dan permasalahan yang perlu di perbaiki namun pada prioritas rendah (Minor) serta permasalahan yang tidak perlu di perbaiki kecuali ada waktu tambahan masing-masing terdapat 3 permasalahan. Bedasarkan pengembangan tahap pertama dilakukan pengukuran kepuasan pengguna menggunakan kuesioner system usability scale, dimana didapatkan skor akhir sebesar 82.25, lebih tinggi dari skor standar system usability scale yaitu 68.00. sehingga skor tersebut mendapatkan grade ‘sangat baik’ ,yang berarti pengguna sangat puas dalam menggunakan aplikasi, namun untuk lebih memaksimalkan performa Aplikasi SIsKA-NG mobile, dilakukan usability tesing untuk menggali data kualitatif dari responden yang sama dengan kuesioner system usability scale  menggunakan metode concurrent think aloud, dimana hasil rangkuman kritik atau saran dari responden sebanyak 21 kritik atau saran dijadikan acuan pengembangan tahap kedua pada Aplikasi SIsKA-NG mobile.

Abstract

Server Side merupakan teknologi webpage yang menerapkan jenis pemograman web yang di proses di server. STMIK STIKOM Indonesia telah menerapkan Sistem Penjaminan Mutu Internal (SPMI) dengan melakukan Audit Mutu Internal (AMI). Namun sistem audit yang sedang berjalan masih manual. Maka dari itu dibangun Sistem Informasi Manajemen Audit Mutu Internal untuk STMIK STIKOM Indonesia. Adapun tahapan pembuatan sistem informasi dimulai dari tahap analisis masalah, perancangan sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian sistem. Hasil penelitian ini telah dibangun sistem informasi manajemen audit mutu internal yang mengimplementasikan metode server side dengan framework Laravel. Pengujian dilakukan dengan pengujian Blackbox dimana sistem telah berhasil melakukan semua perintah yang telah dirancang sebelumnya

Abstract

Information systems can facilitate business actors to control and evaluate business reporting effectively and efficiently. Anugrah Sri Jaya is a business engaged in manufacturing. This company still uses a manual recording system which causes several problems, namely frequent errors in calculations and mismatch of inventory stock records with actual conditions. Therefore, the researcher proposes to implement an information system in the accounting process at Anugrah Sri Jaya. From the results of the study, researchers have succeeded in building a web-based accounting information system at Anugrah Srijaya. Information system testing uses the System Usability Scale (SUS) method where the test uses a questionnaire as an assessor and the number of responses is 5 respondents where the respondents from this study are business owners and several employees who will later use this system. From the results of the tests carried out, it can be seen that the average score obtained from the calculation of the System Usability Scale (SUS) is 74.5. Based on the results of the average score, this system can be said to be in the category of acceptance (Acceptable) and on the adjective rating scale, the information system built is rated as excellent.

Abstract

Determining the best alternative from many criteria is one of the core problems in decision making, both routine and non-routine problems. One of them is in the problem of determining egg suppliers. Eggs are one of the basic needs of the community so that the demand for eggs is always increasing, this makes the emergence of many egg agents in distributing and fulfilling needs. Selective and careful selection is needed in order to get a supplier that meets the desired expectations. Problems then arise in the selection of egg suppliers that are not in accordance with the expectations of the manager. In determining egg suppliers that have been carried out by UD Taluh Subur, only by means of a simple comparison between several factors such as price, production quantity, and quality without considering other factors. In addition to this, business managers have limited knowledge in statistical and business decision making. To optimize the supplier selection process, a Decision Support System can be used to help provide recommendations for selecting prospective suppliers of fixed eggs. Based on the situation of decision makers who have limited knowledge in statistical decision making, the MAGIQ method is suitable for weighting. To provide a more accurate ranking, additional methods such as the MABAC, MARCOS, and MOORA methods are used. The purpose of this research is to focus on which method is most recommended for the case study faced in the research based on the analysis results of the sensitivity test. The results of the sensitivity test show that the MAGIQ-MABAC method has the highest value of 4.42737%, then the MAGIQ-MOORA method with a value of 2.34415% and the MAGIQ-MARCOS method with a value of 0.45729%.

Abstract

The preservation of Balinese script writing has been pursued by the local government with the issuance of the Bali Province Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2018 concerning Balinese Language, Script, and Literature. However, the use of Balinese script in daily life is declining, especially among generation Z, most of whom find Balinese language difficult to use and have never been taught it. Technological advances, particularly smartphone technology, can play an important role in shaping generation Z's habits, values, and social interaction patterns. This research uses the Finite State Automata (FSA) method to convert Latin letters to the Balinese script Unicode standard, following the Balinese script writing rules. FSA governs transliteration behavior by using the working principles of State, Event, and Action. Besides transliterating sentences typed by users, the application produced by this research also displays Balinese script words related to the words typed by users using the Levenshtein Distance method. The ‘related words’ feature allows users to know more about Balinese script than just the typed word. From the test results conducted through two different test cases, the first test case tested the application's ability to transliterate words/sentences typed by users without selecting words from the application's suggestions. The results showed that of the 50 words tested, 39 were correctly transliterated. The second test case tested the app's ability when the user selects a word from the suggestions given by the app. The result shows that out of 50 words tested, 43 transliteration data are correct, with the total accuracy of both test cases being 82%.

Abstract

Strawberry plant diseases can be detected by the condition of the strawberry leaves, flowers, and fruit, but farmers still need knowledge to identify the type of strawberry disease. This study aims to develop a detection model using YOLOv8. The detection model was trained using a dataset containing 3,243 images of strawberry plant leaves, fruit, and flowers, divided into seven disease classes and one healthy plant class. This study aims to develop a more effective strawberry plant disease detection technology. The proposed method is based on YOLOv8 by applying K-Fold Cross Validation to the detection model training and applied data albumentations to produce a robust model. Based on the experimental results, it shows that the YOLOv8s model obtained the highest precision, recall, F1-score, and mean average precision values of 1.00, 0.94, 0.84, and 0.885 respectively.

Abstract

BUMDes Guna Artha menghadapi sejumlah permasalahan utama yang memerlukan penanganan yang baik. Salah satu tantangan utamanya adalah ketidakpastian ketersediaan barang di toko. Sistem pencatatan stok yang hanya mengandalkan lembar MS Excel seringkali tidak dapat mencerminkan situasi aktual di toko fisik. Dampak dari situasi ini melibatkan ketidakpuasan pelanggan dan potensi merugikan citra toko BUMDes Guna Artha. Informasi adalah sekumpulan data atau fakta yang diorganisasi atau diolah dengan cara tertentu sehingga mempunyai arti bagi penerima. Ketersediaan informasi yang baik dapat membantu pihak manajemen toko BUMDes dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk terus meningkatkan kinerja toko. Solusi dari permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah dengan melakukan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) berupa pembuatan dan pelatihan penggunaan sistem informasi. Fitur-fitur dari sistem informasi yang dibangun mencakup sistem transaksi penjualan, kemampuan untuk melihat status pesanan dan pembayaran secara real-time, serta penyediaan laporan penjualan dan grafik penjualan per barang. Dengan semua fitur ini, melalui sistem informasi penjualan yang dibangun dapat memfasilitasi transaksi, pelacakan pesanan, pembayaran, stock opname, dan penyediaan laporan penjualan secara lebih efektif. Kegiatan PKM dibagi menjadi pembuatan sistem informasi dan pelatihan penggunaan sistem informasi. Pada sistem informasi yang dibuat dapat digunakan untuk mencatat transaksi penjualan yang telah dilakukan, dan juga dapat memberikan informasi penjualan dan informasi stok barang di toko BumDes.

Abstract

One of the companies actively involved in the field of information technology systems, especially in the Internet sector is PT Jaringanku Sarana Nusantara. The company has paid services using E-invoice with payment gateway method but on this payment system has not been integrated with microtic devices to perform the disconnection of the Internet for customers who have not paid. This process is carried out through microtic configuration performed by the officers. If the customer's connection termination is missed within the specified limits, the company risks losing the bandwidth cost by continuing to provide internet services without receiving payment on time. In addition to payment services, the company also has a complaint service that uses the WhatsApp app as a medium of interaction with customers, found several problems that need to be addressed. One of the problems was when the admin sent customer data and gave the task division to the team of officers through the WhatsApp group. This research uses the waterfall methodology of a systematic model to develop this system so that it is structured starting from the phases of design, analysis, design, implementation, operation, to the maintenance of the system. The results of this research showed that it was possible to build a service information system at PT. Jaringanku Sarana Nusantara by performing blackbox testing, then it is known that the system is running correctly and in accordance with the expected plan.

Abstract

Timely completion of a study program is crucial for evaluating the quality of universities. To achieve timely completion, student’s progress needs to be monitored early in order to ensure that they can complete the given task on time. This process is particularly important because universities often enroll thousands of students, thereby making individual supervision impractical. An effective solution to this problem is leveraging machine learning to develop a system that predicts whether student will complete the study without delay. Therefore, this study used Support Vector Machine (SVM) method for classification, with RBF kernel. Optimization of SVM classification was achieved by ensuring the values for Soft Margin C parameter and kernel parameter were correct. In addition, Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) method was used to determine the optimal SVM parameter values. Consequently, the resulting model was evaluated using Cross Fold Validation. The optimized SVM parameter identified through PSO were gamma of 0.0085 and C of 0.4196. The average training accuracy recorded is 82.58%, with 81.22% validation, these results can be categorized into Good Classification. Finally, the application of PSO in optimization resulted in SVM models that avoided overfitting, as shown by the closeness of training and validation values.

Abstract

Agung Wastra is a company that opertes in the field of facilities and infrastructure for Hindu religious ceremony activities. The company uses Microsoft Excel in processing sales data. The weakness of the data or information produced is that it is still in table form and does not display more interactive information in graphic form, making it difficult for companies in a short time. Therefore, this research aims to build a sales data visualization system using looker studio. This visualization helps companies process table data into information in the form of graphs so that it doesn't take a long time to see the company's sales development. The research method used in this research is Kimball's nine steps method. This research goes through the stages of company data analysis, data warehouse design, extract transform load process, implementation of data visualization, and system testing. This system was tested using the user acceptance test method and obtained results with a percentage of 92.5% or strongly agree, which means that the sales data visualization is in accordance with the needs of the agung wastra company. The results of this research are seven pages displaying company information in the form of graphics to assist in decision making.
