Abstract

The port has an important role, for example in trade. Merchant ships that load or deliver goods will stop at the port, this certainly requires adequate human resources and support these activities. In the port, the most visible activity besides transporting passengers is the activity of unloading or loading goods, which means that business entities in the field of sea transportation are needed, in order to be able to encourage the running of loading and unloading activities properly and not cause losses. Loading and unloading activities are the activities of transferring transportation goods both from the transport vessel to the port / dock or vice versa (regulated in Minister of Transportation Regulation Number 152 of 2016 concerning the Implementation and Operation of Loading and Unloading from and to Ships). Article 1 of Ministerial Regulation Number 152 of 2016 concerning the Implementation and Business of Loading and Unloading from and to Ships, states that at the Port which has an influence on the smooth transportation process is the loading and unloading of goods. The services to carry out this activity are carried out by a company as a legal entity called a Loading and Unloading Company or PBM, and cannot be carried out by individual services, one of which is TKBM KMB Nunulai which is engaged in the provision of loading and unloading labor services at the port of Morosi where in the initial survey the implementation is still far from the provisions of what is regulated in transportation and labor law.

Abstract

This community service is based on the prevalence of bullying behaviour among teenagers, especially in the school environment, which can come from peers, seniors and even other parties in the school environment, such as teachers. Lack of understanding regarding what constitutes bullying, lack of understanding regarding the effects and legal consequences of bullying. Relevant parties make policies regarding bullying in the school environment. The aim of this community service activity is to increase understanding of the law through legal counseling regarding bullying as a form of preventive effort against bullying behaviour in teenagers. . This activity was carried out at SMAN 1 Kendari as one of the favorite schools in Kendari City, Southeast Sulawesi Province. Legal counseling is carried out by means of question-and-answer discussions. The results achieved in this community service activity are that participants in community service activities are able to understand and know about what is categorized as bullying behaviour, how to prevent and report this behaviour. This can be seen from the enthusiasm of the students or activity participants which is characterized by positive responses and actively asking questions and answers to the presenters regarding bullying and prevention efforts as well as parties who can be involved in the problem solving process.

Abstract

Perlindungan Hukum Hak Kekayaan Intelektual Bagi UMKM Kabupaten Buton, Hambatan-Hambatan Perlindungan Hukum Hak Kekayaan Intelektual Bagi UMKM Kabupaten Kabupaten Buton.Upaya-Upaya Bagi UMKM Kabupaten Buton dalam Memperoleh Perlindungan Hak Kekayaan Intelektual.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan perundangan-undangan (statute approach) yaitu dengan menelaah peraturan perundang-undangan yang bersangkut paut dengan isu hukum yang sedang ditulis yaitu Undang-Undang Nomor 24 Tahun 2019 tentang Ekonomi Kreatif dan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 24 Tahun 2022 tentang Pelaksana Undang-Undang Nomor 24 Tahun 2019 Tentang Ekonomi Kreatif dan disertai dengan bantuan data empiris yang diperoleh dari pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Buton. Hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan metode analisis deskriptif.Dengan diberikannya dan penerapan kekayaan intelektual terhadap ekonomi kreatif tersebut terwujud maka dapat dipastikan akan dapat mewujudkan suasana yang lebih baik dan sehat untuk tumbuh dan berkembangnya gairah mencipta dalam bidang ilmu pengetahuan, seni dan sastra (dapat mencegah persaingan usaha yan tidak sehat/unfire compettion) Perlindungan Hak Cipta atas Karya-karya Kreatif Pencipta dalam Ilmu Pengetahuan maupun Karya-karya Seni seperti Motif Tenun Khas Kabupaten Buton (Hak Cipta Komunal), Lagu dan musik, film. Hambatan Internal merupakan hambatan yang muncul pada dari pelaku ekonomi kreatif di Kabupaten Buton itu sendiri. Hambatan internal dalam implementasi pendaftaran HKI bagi pelaku ekonomi kreatif dilatarbelakangi oleh beberapa faktor.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman hukum masyarakat mengenai pentingnya legalitas kepemilikan hak atas tanah dan prosedur pendaftaran hak milik atas tanah di Desa Tapulaga Kecamatan Soropia Kabupaten Konawe sehingga dapat memberikan kepastian hukum dan perlindungan hukum kepemilikan tanah bagi masyarakat. Tahapan kegiatan yang akan dilakukan sebagai berikut: pertama, tahap persiapan yang meliputi Survei lokasi, Penetapan lokasi dan sasaran. Kedua, Tahap Pelaksanaan yang dilaksanakan dengan tes awal (pre-test) penyampian materi dan terakhir melakukan post-test pada akhir penyajian materi untuk menilai tingkat wawasan masyarakat terhadap materi yang telah disampaikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk ceramah dan diskusi yang dilakukan dengan cara bertatap muka secara langsung dengan masyarakat. Hasil yang dicapai dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui penyuluhan hukum di Desa Tapulaga Kecamatan Soropia Kabupaten Konawe menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman hukum masyarakat terkait pentingnya legalitas kepemilikan hak atas tanah dan prosedur pendaftaran hak milik atas tanah yang terlihat dari 30 orang responden, pemahaman hukum masyarakat sebelum dilaksanakan kegiatan penyuluhan hukum sangat rendah sebesar 80% dan setelah kegiatan penyuluhan dilakukan mengalami peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat sebesar 70% untuk tingkat pemahaman tinggi, 20% tingkat pemahaman cukup, 10% tingkat pemahaman sedang dan dan tidak ada yang memiliki pemahaman rendah.Exploration of Legal Knowledge of the Tapulaga Village Community in Konawe Regency on Land OwnershipAbstract: The purpose of this service activity is to increase the community's legal understanding of the importance of the legality of land ownership and land title registration procedures in Tapulaga Village, Soropia District, Konawe Regency so as to provide legal certainty and legal protection of land ownership for the community. The stages of activities to be carried out are as follows: first, the preparation stage which includes site surveys, location determination and targets. Second, the Implementation Stage which is carried out with an initial test (pre-test) of material delivery and finally conducts a post-test at the end of material presentation to assess the level of public insight into the material that has been delivered. The method used in community service activities in the form of lectures and discussions carried out by face-to-face with the community. The results achieved in community service activities through legal counseling in Tapulaga Village, Soropia District, Konawe Regency show an increase in community legal understanding regarding the importance of the legality of ownership of land rights and procedures for registering land ownership rights which can be seen from 30 respondents, community legal understanding before legal counseling activities were carried out was very low at 80% and after counseling activities were carried out there was an increase in community understanding by 70% for a high level of understanding, 20% level of understanding is sufficient, 10% level of understanding is moderate and and no one has a low understanding.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji seberapa besar Peran Citra Destinasi, City Branding, E-Wom Dan Travel Constrainst Pada Keputusan Berkunjung Objek Wisata Carocok Painan Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Metode pengumpulan data melalui survei dan mengedarkan kuisioner, dengan sampel 100 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan berdasarkan Uji Parsial (Uji t) diperoleh pengaruh yang posistif dan signifikan antara Kualitas Produk terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Terdapat pengaruh yang posistif dan signifikan antara Harga terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Terdapat pengaruh yang posistif dan signifikan antara Lokasi terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Terdapat pengaruh yang posistif dan signifikan antara Promosi terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Terdapat pengaruh yang posistif dan signifikan antara Kualitas Produk, Harga, Lokasi dan Promosi terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Kontibusi persentase sumbangan variabel independen Kualitas Produk (X1), Harga (X2), Lokasi (X3) dan Promosi (X4) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel dependen Keputusan Pembelian (Y) adalah sebesar 0,811 atau 81,1%. Sedangkan sisanya adalah sebesar 0,189 atau 18,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini.
