Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of digital technology adoption and digital literacy on improving the sales performance of MSMEs in Indonesia, with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was used with the path analysis method on 200 MSME actors from four different provinces. Data were collected through closed questionnaires and analyzed using SmartPLS. The results of the study show that both digital technology adoption and digital literacy have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction was also proven to play a significant mediating role in improving sales performance. The R-square value of 0.607 indicates that the model has a sufficiently high explanatory power for the dependent variable. These findings confirm that the success of MSME digitalization does not only depend on the use of technological tools, but also on the understanding of business actors in managing customer service digitally. The government and stakeholders need to provide strategic interventions through digital literacy training, infrastructure provision, and inclusive sector-based policies. This research provides an empirical contribution to the digital entrepreneurship literature, as well as practical implications for the development of MSMEs in the era of digital economic transformation. Further research is recommended to add variables such as customer loyalty and operational efficiency to the model, and to apply a longitudinal approach to observe the long-term impact of digital technology adoption.

Abstract

On the persentation of information which was presented by SMK SATRIA Jambi was still using the conventional method, This information was obtained from particular medias or straight to the scholl. With the result that infomation conveyed effective and efisition. Based on that case a web base information system program was designed. It is expected through this system, the ineffectiveness and the shortcoming in term of information system which exists can be minimized can be easly accessed by people who want to know the information which in SMK SATRIA Jambi as well as the new candidate of new students who will enroll at SMK SATRIA Jambi will make them easier by only filling the given form. The method used in the development of the system is the Waterfall method. While the system modeling tools used by the author is the Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams and Class Diagrams. The programming language used in the design of the SMK Satria Jambi Website is using php and MySQL DBMS. With the programming language that can facilitate the development of the website at SMK Satria Jambi. Being able to facilitate the school in informing profile, achievements, and various other important activities of the school and overcome the old system.

Abstract

This study investigates the effects of organizational capabilities, green absorptive capacity, and strategic environmental orientation on sustainable competitive advantage through green innovation in SMEs in Jambi, Indonesia. A quantitative approach was utilized, employing a structured survey distributed to 300 SME managers in Jambi and Sungai Penuh. The data collected was analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with WarpPLS software to assess the relationships between variables and test the proposed hypotheses. The findings show that organizational capabilities, green absorptive capacity, and strategic environmental orientation significantly influence green innovation in SMEs. Moreover, green innovation was found to mediate the relationship between these organizational factors and sustainable competitive advantage. These results emphasize the importance of integrating internal capabilities and green practices for improving long-term business performance and competitiveness in SMEs. This study contributes to the literature by providing a comprehensive model that links organizational capabilities, green absorptive capacity, and strategic environmental orientation to green innovation, ultimately enhancing sustainable competitive advantage. The unique combination of these factors in the context of SMEs in Indonesia addresses a gap in existing research on eco-innovation and sustainable performance. The study offers practical implications for SME managers and policymakers by highlighting the need for fostering green capabilities and supporting eco-innovation initiatives. Future research could explore the role of external environmental pressures in influencing these relationships.
