Abstract

AbstractWriting is a postive activity that needs to be developed since childhood. Currently there are many writing competitions among children or school students. Many writing contest on the blog, which is a combination of writing and utilization of information technology. However, there are still many Indonesian children who still do not have a habit of writing, because of this reason, PKM team UPN "Veteran" Jakarta do community service by conducting writing training through blogs, writing on their own blog is a combination of writing habits and utilization of information technology (IT ). Program Result of Community Activities in MTs. Al Amanah Sawangan- Depok succeeded in fostering the creativity of students in writing, especially writing on blogs. The method used during the training to create a blog is a lesson study, which has three stages of activity and there is a process evaluation of the stages that have been implemented, and has the nature of repetitive (cycle). Based on PKM activities that have been done, it is still necessary community service workers who can participate to help improve the creativity of children, especially writing habits, and explore it technology by exposing the article through the blog. Writing on blogs not only develops writing skills, it is possible to follow many of the competitions that are associated with blogs, with many interesting prizes, and can also promise as a bloggers profession. Keywords: blog, information technology, writing AbstrakMenulis adalah suatu kegiatan posistif yang perlu dikembangkan sejak kecil. Saat ini sudah banyak kompetisi menulis di kalangan anak-anak atau siswa sekolah. Dan juga maraknya lomba penulisan didalam blog, yang merupakan perpaduan kegiatan menulis dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Akan tetapi masih banyak anak-anak Indonesia yang masih belum memiliki kebiasaan menulis, karena hal tersebut tim PKM UPN “Veteran” Jakarta melakukan pengabdian masyarakat dengan mengadakan pelatihan penulisan melalui blog, menulis pada blog sendiri merupakan perpaduan antara kebiasaan menulis dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi (IT). Hasil Program Kegiatan Masyarakat di MTs. Al Amanah Sawangan-Depok berhasil menumbuhkan kreativitas siswa dalam menulis, khususnya menulis pada blog. Metode yang digunakan selama pelatihan membuat blog adalah lesson study, yang memiliki tiga tahap kegiatan dan terjadi proses evaluasi terhadap tahapan yang sudah dilaksanakan, dan memiliki sifat berulang (siklus).Berdasar kegiatan PKM yang telah dilakukan, maka masih diperlukan tenaga-tenaga pengabdian masyarakat yang dapat ikut serta membantu meningkatkan kreatifitas anak-anak khususnya kebiasaan menulis, serta memanfaatkan teknologi dengan mengekspos tulisan tersebut melalui blog. Menulis di blog tidak hanya mengembangkan kemampuan menulis, akan tetapi memungkinkan mengikuti banyak kompetisi yang dilakukan yang berhubungan dengan blog, dengan berbagai hadiah yang menarik, serta dapat menjanjikan juga sebagai profesi penulis blog (blogger). Kata kunci: blog, menulis, teknologi informasi

Abstract

This research discusses the social media Twitter, which can arouse awareness, and context sharing, which can make a tweet become viral and hotly discussed by many people, especially Twitter netizens. This research is motivated by the many uses of social media that tend to lead to actions that are inappropriate and negative. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to provide an explanation that the social media Twitter can inspire young people to provide information that is not only important but also provides profound and useful meaning. This study employs the qualitative research method and is based on phenomenology. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that the social media Twitter can get more positive feedback from the public, not only by helping others but also through other good things that can be followed by other Twitter users, especially the younger generation.

Abstract

The development of information through social media gave birth to the phenomenon of decrease quality information with easy spread of hoaxes. This research analyzes the formation collaboration of the fact check team from several elements of the media community such as the Indonesian online Media Association (AMSI), the Alliance of Independent Journalists (AJI), the Indonesian Anti-Defamation Society (Mafindo), and 24 mainstream online medias in Indonesia during the 2019 Presidential Election news. This reserch argues that the collaboration is a diffusion of innovation over the changing digital culture system of Indonesian society. Seeing this phenomenon, this article argues the importance of collaborative innovation among elements of mass media in strengthening mass media institutions as a gatekeeper for reliable information sources and media literacy amid the rapid development of digital news and newsrooms. This qualitative research aims to remind the importance of media activists to continue collaborating in innovation digital space such as the fact check team activities to increase media literacy in the disruption era. The conclusion of this research states that process diffusion of innovation of collaborating fact checking by the media community has changed journalist work to do high quality logic of journalism. Media innovation that promotes data journalism is a main foundation for combating hoax in the digital media in order to establish democratic public sphare.

Abstract

AbstrakDi Indonesia sepanjang tahun 2015, sejumlah media cetak memutuskan tutup dan beralih ke digital. Di tengah meningkatnya pertumbuhan pengguna Internet tersebut, bagaimana masa depan jurnalisme radio yang juga terbilang sebagai media tradisional seperti media cetak. Dalam artikel ini, penulis fokus bagaimana radio sebagai media tradisional bertransformasi menjadi media baru di era digital. Garis besar penulisan ini membahas transformasi radio sebagai media baru dari sisi model aksesnya yang menggunakan Internet dan perubahan regulasi siaran radio mempengaruhi proses demokrasi di Indonesia. Artikel ini berpendapat dengan adanya perubahan tersebut, radio bukan saja beradaptasi dengan tuntutan teknologi baru namun juga bertransformasi dalam menghadapi tantangan perubahan teknologi dan akses penggunanya. Pasca reformasi telah memberikan tanda zaman dalam perubahan jurnalisme radio. Kesadaran peran informasi radio diikuti pada pertumbuhan jumlah informasi radio yang dinilai sebagai perubahan ekspresi masyarakat Indonesia yang lebih demokratis. Di sisi lain, perkembangan akses radio itu juga memunculkan  gejala adanya spiral of silence tentang relasi wacana mayoritas yang harus menjadi perhatian radio sebagai media alternatif di era digital. Perimbangan suara yang terisolir dalam argumen teori spiral of silence menjadi tantangan radio di era digital ini. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang mengkaji opini publik pada radio sebagai media digital interaktif dengan menggunakan teori spiral of silence.  During the periode of 2015, in Indonesia, a number of print newspapers decided to stop publich their printing media and switch to digital. This is also challenging for radio since it could be considered as traditional media such as the printing media. In this article, the authors explain how radio as a traditional mass-media is transformed into a new medium in the digital era. The outline of this paper discusses radio transformation as a new medium in terms of access model that uses the Internet and radio broadcast regulatory changes affect the democratic process in Indonesia. This article argues that throughout those changes, radio has not only adapted to the new technological demands while at the same time transform the media by facing the new technological challenger and access to their audience. However, despite the adaptability of radio towards the digital era, this new media era has brought up the seemingly silencing process of minority voice by the majority. This could be concurred through concept of spiral of slince. This article is a qualitative research that put attention to several processes of adaptation and transformation that radio has gone through since the era of Reformasi in Indonesia.

Abstract

Kawasan Tanpa Rokok (KTR) merupakan kebijakan yang dikeluarkan oleh Kementerian Kesehatan dalam rangka mengendalikan peningkatan jumlah perokok di Indonesia. KTR juga dibuat untuk melindungi masyarakat Indonesia dari dampak kesehatan yang ditimbulkan, baik untuk perokok aktif maupun perokok pasif. Beberapa provinsi telah mengadopsi kebijakan KTR ke dalam peraturan daerah masing-masing provinsi. Salah satunya Jakarta, yang mengadopsi kebijakan KTR melalui regulasi Kawasan bebas asap rokok. Akan tetapi, masih banyak masyarakat yang belum mengetahui tentang kebijakan KTR dan pengadopsian KTR di pemprov DKI. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat Jakarta (khususnya para remaja) tentang kebijakan KTR di tingkat nasional dan local. Temuan dari kegiatan sosialisasi KTR dan peran serta remaja dalam mendukung implementasi KTR adalah dengan turut berperan aktif dalam menerapkan kebijakan tersebut di lingkungan Yayasan Bina Anak Pertiwi.

Abstract

Currently, Tinder is in great demand because it is proven by the presence of several couples who have made it to the stage of marriage. Factors of tension, anxiety, anxiety, shyness to an unattractive appearance make a person reluctant to do self-disclosure when having a face-to-face relationship. This research aims to find out how the motives, experiences, and meaning of self disclosure of mate seekers in finding a life partner through the Tinder application. This research uses a qualitative method with phenomenological approach. The theory in this research was the self-disclosure theory. Data collection techniques in this research were observation, and interviews. This research succeeded in revealing the motives of the informants to open themselves with their Tinder partners, namely to know more deeply and adapt to their Tinder partners. The experience of self-disclosure with a Tinder partner resulted in a positive and enjoyable experience because they could get to know their Tinder partner better. Interpreting self-disclosure as life as it is without lying to each other and a bridge between two different heads

Abstract

Graphic design or video editing that can be operationalized using mobile devices (smart phones) using applications found in the store on smartphone devices such as the Play Store (Android) or Ios (Apple) that uses a computing system and is equipped with cloud computing access that functions as well as machine learning, it makes it very easy for everyone to create works and produce content through their respective mobile devices without having to use high-spec computer devices. Therefore, graphic design training with Canva and video editing with Kinemaster aims to foster students/I RGI Al Azhar, Depok to be able to produce graphic works both visual graphics in the form of still images and also manage multimedia content with mobile devices such as editing images, adding and image design, and video editing can be done easily, practically and anywhere as part of the student's debriefing when working later.
