Abstract

Sustainable economic growth requires structural transformation to enhance the competitiveness of leading sectors in a region. This research aims to analyze the structural transformation of Palu City's economy from 2019 to 2024 using Location Quotient (LQ) and Shift-Share Analysis (SSA) analytical tools. The research results show that sectors such as Construction, Wholesale and Retail Trade, and Information and Communication have LQ values greater than 1 and contribute significantly to Palu City's GRDP. Conversely, the Agriculture and Manufacturing sectors reflect challenges in maintaining competitiveness. Results from Shift-Share Analysis reveal that the Information and Communication, Trade and Construction sectors remain the main pillars in post-disaster economic recovery, despite decreases in some components. This research contributes to understanding Palu City's economic transformation and provides a foundation for more effective economic development policies.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of ZISWAF fundraising through QRIS media for the income of institutions in Wahdah, the inspiration for zakat, Makassar city. The research method used in this research uses a qualitative method using a phenomonological approach to see the phenomena that occur in institutions and society with the existence of QRIS media as a fundraising tool at Wahdah zakat inspiration. The results of the research show that collecting funds through QRIS is quite helpful in making transactions easier for people who want to pay zakat or want to donate to the Wahdah Inspiration Zakat city of Makassar. It's just that with the existence of QRIS media, there are still many people who don't trust collecting through QRIS media and don't even know how to do it. its operation. QRIS media has not had a big impact on fundraising because people who donate large amounts use mobile banking and there is a lack of funds generated through QRIS so it can be said to be ineffective.

Abstract

Development inequality is an important issue that affects the society and economic stability of a region. This study aims to analyze regional development inequality in the districts/cities of Central Sulawesi Province during the 2018-2022 period. The analysis used is quantitative descriptive analysis using secondary data and the Williamson Index analysis method as a measuring tool to assess the level of inequality between regions. The data analyzed included Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) in each district/city of Central Sulawesi Province. The results showed that the Williamson index calculation of the level of regional development inequality in Central Sulawesi Province was 0,97, which indicated a high level of inequality. However, in 2022 there was a decrease in the Williamson Index to 0,46. Nevertheless, the level of inequality between districts/municipalities in Central Sulawesi Province is still categorized as high. This decrease in the Williamson Index indicates an improvement in the distribution of development, but more intensive efforts are still needed to achieve a more effective development balance from the local and central government to reduce development inequality.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much Palm Sugar Craftsman earn per month in Makmur Village, the research method is the method used in this research is the qualitative descriptive analysis method. By using primary data sources and secondary data. Data analysis in this research uses the income and revenue analysis method. Based on the results of research in Makmur Village the conclusion is that the income or profit results were IDR 1.098.335. From the receipt of IDR 1.710.000 from sales of Palm Sugar for ninenty pieces of Palm Sugar for a month, valued at eighteen thousand rupiah, the total costs of IDR 611.665 was obtained from fixed costs plus variable costs. To get income or profit, use TR-TC or 1.710.000-611.665 so you will get a result of IDR 1.108.335. The results of the R/C Ratio analysis show that the Palm Sugar business in Makmur Village provides profits with an R/C value shows that the Palm Sugar business in Makmur Village, Palolo District is worth running.

Abstract

Penguatan kapasitas perangkat daerah menjadi prasyarat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas perencanaan pembangunan melalui dokumen Rencana Strategis (Renstra) dan Rencana Kerja (Renja). Di Kabupaten Sigi, penyusunan dokumen perencanaan masih menghadapi kendala berupa lemahnya koordinasi lintas OPD, ego sektoral, belum terintegrasinya SIPD dan SIKD, serta rendahnya pemahaman aparatur terhadap perencanaan berbasis kinerja. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan memperkuat kapasitas perangkat daerah dalam penyusunan Renstra Tahun 2025–2029 dan Renja Tahun 2025 melalui pendampingan teknis yang terintegrasi dan kolaboratif. Pendampingan dilaksanakan selama enam bulan pada tahun 2024 dengan pendekatan kolaboratif, partisipatif, dan aplikatif melalui tahapan identifikasi kebutuhan, penyusunan materi, pendampingan teknis daring dan luring, serta evaluasi dan penyelarasan dokumen. Kegiatan luring berlangsung di BAPPELITBANGDA Kabupaten Sigi menggunakan metode Diskusi Kelompok Terpumpun dan melibatkan OPD strategis, termasuk BPKAD, Badan Pendapatan Daerah, Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, serta OPD urusan perempuan dan kependudukan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman aparatur terhadap keterkaitan dokumen perencanaan, penguatan kemampuan merumuskan program dan indikator kinerja, serta meningkatnya koordinasi lintas OPD sehingga dokumen Renstra dan Renja lebih selaras, realistis, dan berorientasi hasil. Abstract

Pelatihan dan pendampingan digital marketing bagi Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan strategi penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas usaha dan daya saing di era digital. Program pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Loru, Kecamatan Sigi Biromaru, Kabupaten Sigi, yang sebagian besar warganya bergerak di sektor pertanian dan perdagangan kecil. Tujuan kegiatan adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman, keterampilan, serta implementasi strategi pemasaran digital bagi pelaku UMKM, sehingga mampu memperluas jangkauan pasar dan meningkatkan pendapatan usaha. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatif melalui survei awal, identifikasi masalah, pelatihan terstruktur, praktik langsung, serta pendampingan berkelanjutan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta terkait penggunaan media sosial, marketplace, dan e-commerce. Secara kuantitatif, beberapa pelaku usaha mengalami peningkatan pendapatan sebesar 50–100% setelah dua bulan pelatihan, sementara secara kualitatif terlihat adanya perubahan dalam pengelolaan akun media sosial, peningkatan penjualan online, serta kualitas promosi produk yang lebih profesional. Simpulan dari kegiatan ini adalah bahwa digital marketing terbukti efektif dalam mendorong transformasi UMKM Desa Loru menuju bisnis yang lebih kompetitif, meskipun masih terdapat tantangan berupa keterbatasan infrastruktur internet, literasi teknologi, dan modal. Oleh karena itu, keberlanjutan program ini membutuhkan dukungan pemerintah daerah, akademisi, dan sektor swasta untuk memperkuat ekosistem digital UMKM lokal.
