Abstract

Pendahuluan: Motivasi belajar mahasiswa masih menjadi persoalan yang penting untuk ditingkatkan. Pada masa pandemi bahkan sampai post-pandemi saat ini, pembelajaran jarak jauh sudah menjadi kebiasaan baru bagi mahasiswa keperawatan demi tetap mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Beberapa metode yang dapat digunakan diantaranya adalah model pembelajaran Cooperative Learning Team Game Tournament dan e-Gallery Walk. Masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu rendahnya motivasi belajar jarak jauh yang mempengaruhi keaktifan mahasiswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan: penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas metode pembelajaran Online Team Game Tournament dan e-Gallery Walk dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar jarak jauh mahasiswa keperawatan. Metode: merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan rancangan pre-eksperimen (posttest only with control group design) Variabel penelitian ini adalah motivasi belajar mahasiswa setelah mengikuti model pembelajaran Online Team Game Tournament dan e-Gallery Walk. Sampel berjumlah 22 yang didapatkan dengan teknik purposive sampling yang terbagi menjadi dua kelompok. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Hasil: dengan analisis independent T-Test menunjukkan nilai p value 0.112 atau p value < 0.05 yang menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan motivasi belajar pada model pembelajaran E-Gallery walk dengan model pembelajaran Online Team Game Tournament. Nilai signifikansi Levene’s test 0.770 yang berarti varians data kedua kelompok sama.  Motivasi belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah sistem informasi keperawatan dengan  materi telenursing sebagian besar pada kategori baik setelah melalui proses pembelajaran dengan model e-Gallery walk maupun Online Team Game Tournament. Kesimpulan: kedua metode ini efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Model e-Gallery walk dan Online Team Game Tournament ini dapat menjadi pilihan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran jarak jauh.

Abstract

The advancement of technology has transformed the way nursing care is delivered. This study aimed to assess self-efficacy and readiness among nursing students in providing nursing care through telenursing at STIKES Amanah Makassar. Research design was a mixed-methods with a sequential explanatory consisting of two phases. The first phase used a retrospective quantitative approach with a standardized questionnaire. The second phase employed a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews. The results indicated that all students had high self-efficacy (100%), but their readiness to implement telenursing varied, where students’ high readiness (88.2%) and moderate (11.8%). Qualitative analysis revealed that although students were confident in their basic nursing skills, they still faced challenges with the technical aspects and adaptation to telenursing technology. Self-efficacy and readiness played a significant role in students' ability to provide nursing care through telenursing. All students have high self-efficacy were better prepared to face mental and technical challenges, including technology adaptation. While most students showed good readiness, there was still a need for strengthening technical skills and understanding of telenursing. Although each student showed a high level of self-efficacy, there were differences in their preparedness to use telenursing.

Abstract

Background: Epilepsy is a neurological disorder that affects the brain, leading to recurrent seizures in one or more parts of the body. Awareness about epilepsy and its proper management is limited among the general public. Objective: This study aimed to assess the impact of educational interventions on teachers' knowledge of first aid management for children with epilepsy. Methods: This quantitative study utilized a Quasi-Experimental design, specifically a one-group pre-test and post-test design. The study sample consisted of 10 teachers, selected through total sampling. Results: The findings indicated that the educational intervention on first aid management for children with epilepsy resulted in a statistically significant increase in teachers' knowledge levels at MIM Tanabangka, as evidenced by a p-value of 0.000. Conclusion: Prior to the educational intervention, teachers' knowledge regarding first aid management of children with epilepsy was moderate. Following the intervention, a significant improvement in knowledge was observed.

Abstract

Background: Minor open wounds are a common type of injury in daily life. Open wounds that do not receive proper treatment may develop into more severe conditions. A solid understanding of emergency management from an early stage is crucial to preventing the patient's condition from worsening. Objective: This study aimed to describe students' level of knowledge regarding first aid for minor open wounds. Methods: This study employed a descriptive quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, involving 39 respondents. Results: The findings indicated that students' level of knowledge about first aid for minor open wounds was in moderate category. Most students understood the basics of first aid; however, there were still gaps in knowledge regarding bleeding control and maintaining wound cleanliness to prevent infection. Conclusion: The student's level of knowledge of first aid in managing minor open wounds in this study falls within the moderate category. Further efforts are necessary to improve students' understanding of first aid, especially in managing open wounds.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi di berbagai bidang, termasuk pelayanan kesehatan, pendidikan, dan penelitian, merupakan hal yang tidak dapat dihindari dalam era transformasi digital. Mahasiswa keperawatan perlu memiliki kemampuan adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi, terutama dalam bidang informatika keperawatan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara persepsi dan kompetensi informatika keperawatan pada mahasiswa keperawatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif cross-sectional dengan 152 responden dari 215 mahasiswa keperawatan. Sampel diambil secara stratified random berdasarkan tahun akademik. Instrumen diadaptasi dari penelitian terdahulu dan telah teruji validitas serta reliabilitasnya. Analisis data menggunakan uji Chi-Square, Kruskal-Wallis dengan post-hoc Dwass-Steel-Critchlow-Fligner, dan One-Way ANOVA. Hasil: Sebanyak 52.6% mahasiswa memiliki kompetensi baik dan 47.4% memiliki kompetensi cukup. Selain itu, 61.8% mahasiswa menunjukkan persepsi positif terhadap informatika keperawatan, sedangkan 38.2% memiliki persepsi negatif. Uji Chi-Square menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara persepsi dan kompetensi informatika keperawatan (p = 0.012). Hasil uji Kruskal-Wallis memperlihatkan bahwa mahasiswa tahun kedua dan ketiga tidak memiliki perbedaan persepsi (p = 0.332), sedangkan mahasiswa tahun kedua dan keempat menunjukkan perbedaan bermakna (p < 0.0001). Uji One-Way ANOVA menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan kompetensi antar jenjang tahun akademik (p = 0.020). Terdapat hubungan antara persepsi dan kompetensi informatika keperawatan pada mahasiswa. Perbedaan persepsi dan kompetensi antar jenjang tahun akademik menegaskan perlunya penguatan kurikulum serta penerapan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi di institusi pendidikan keperawatan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan digital mahasiswa
