Abstract

Supply chain practices are crucial in determining the performance of firms. The current study investigates impact of supply chain practices for determining the market and supply chain performance in crude palm oil industry of Indonesia. The supply chain activities were taken from previous literature including supplier relationship, customer relationships and waste reduction. The objective of the study was to determine the impact of these crucial supply chain activities on market performance and supply chain performance in Indonesian crude palm oil producers. Data was collected from palm oil producers in Jakarta Indonesia, response rate was observed as 77%. The data was analyzed by using AMOS SEM technique. The relationship was examined between constructs and found mixed results, study revealed few practices has significantly associated with market performance and supply chain performance and did not find any significant influence between supplier relation and market performance; waste reduction and market performance was rejected statistically.

Abstract

Pencarian lokasi Merchant yang merupakan salah satu partner dari Bank dengan menggunakan Global Positioning System (GPS) yang berfungsi sebagai penunjuk lokasi (Location Based Services/LBS) berbasis mobile sangatlah diperlukan saat ini, terlebih oleh petugas lapangan yang bertugas mengunjungi merchant partner Bank, dalam rangka perbaikan dan perawatan mesin Electronic Draft Capture (EDC) Merchant Services dari Bank. Melalui visualisasi GoogleMaps, pencarian ini dapat digunakan dengan mudah, ditambah lagi penggunaan perangkat mobile, khususnya smartphone Android yang banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat. Pembuatan aplikasi untuk pencarian Merchant ini dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java Android dan database SQLite. Aplikasi ini dapat menunjukan lokasi Merchant yang telah pilih dan dapat menampilkan Rute dari Lokasi dimana user berada ke lokasi Merchant yang akan ditujunya

Abstract

Sekolah menengah sebagai tempat dilaksanakannya kegiatan belajar mengajar senantiasa dituntut untuk menjaga kualitas pendidikannya. Kompetensi merupakan salah satu tolak ukur capaian yang diraih oleh peserta didik. Teknologi informasi semakin berkembang dan menggeser cara acara tradisional termasuk di dunia Pendidikan. Penggunaan teknologi terkini dapat menunjang kegiatan akademik dan dapat berperan serta dalam meningkatkan mutu sekolah sebagai institusi pendidikan. Proses kegiatan administrasi untuk mendukung kegiatan di sekolah juga memerlukan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Dokumen sebagai salah satu komponen penting dalam bisnis proses yang terjadi seperti surat menyurat, materi bahan ajar dan dokumen penting lainnya perlu untuk dilakukan manajemen agar memudahkan dalam proses pencarian dan untuk memenuhi standar mutu sesuai Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP) di Indonesia. Penyimpanan dokumen berbasis kertas perlahan-lahan mulai ditinggalkan sebab kurang efektif sebab faktor usia, daya tahan dan lainnya. Selain itu media penyimpanan digital berbasis public cloud yang bersifat free seperti google drive dan dropbox juga memiliki keterbatasan, di antaranya adalah ketersediaan sumber daya dan adaptasi pengembangan. Oleh karena itu kami memberikan saran dan solusi berupa penyimpanan berbasis private cloud dengan memanfaatkan teknologi open-source yang bernama Nextcloud sebagai solusi penyimpanan dokumen berbasis cloud untuk diimplementasikan di SMKN 2 Cimahi.

Abstract

The extremely tight competition in the business world means that business people must consider the best strategies to face competition. The most appropriate and competitive strategy now is to use information technology. The Hanael Embroidery Shop wants to increase the sales of its products so that it can be taken into account by other business competitors. In its daily life, the Hanael Embroidery Shop employs administrative staff to manage product sales and find the most sold products. Determining the layout and combination of goods based on consumer purchasing tendencies is one of the shop's solutions in developing the right marketing strategy to increase sales. This shop needs an application that can display product sales reports, making it easier for shop selectors to determine the proper promotion for the product. This paper will test the use of data mining using the Apriori Algorithm method to find the frequency of itemsets in a data set. A priori algorithm method that can adjust input values according to the criteria for items that have predetermined support and confidence values. The Apriori algorithm is a data mining algorithm that can be used in association rules to determine frequent itemsets that function to help find patterns in data. By using the Apriori algorithm, we obtained a group of shop products that are frequently purchased by customers, namely "Salvia Sweater", "Hoya Sweater", and "Lupine Clutch Bag Embroidery". This association is obtained with a minimum support value of 10% and a confidence value of 20% from 357 transactions. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the designed application is successful. It can provide input and information on product combinations that shop customers often purchase.

Abstract

Healthcare data are invaluable assets in today’s digital age; however, they are also highly vulnerable to misuse, breaches, and unauthorized access. The global healthcare sector faces a significant dilemma: To leverage exceptionally enormous and heterogeneous datasets, the protection of patient privacy must be ensured while simultaneously improving medical services and public health understanding. In recent years, blockchain technology has emerged as a promising solution to manage healthcare data in a decentralized, transparent, tamperproof, as well as secure way. However, several natural limitations often obstruct many conventional blockchain systems. These limitations include scalability issues, high energy consumption, in addition to increased latency, and they can greatly impede practical adoption in resource-limited settings, particularly in developing countries such as Indonesia. These many limitations considerably spurred developers to create lightweight blockchain frameworks. These frameworks aim to retain all of the core benefits of blockchain, such as its immutability in addition to traceability, and optimize both performance and efficiency. In the event that an individual integrates the proposed system by means of federated learning, which allows training of machine learning models across distributed data sources without data privacy being compromised, the system subsequently offers a compelling solution for healthcare analytics that preserves privacy in its entirety. This paper explores integrated technologies in Indonesian healthcare and highlights their potential and limitations. This study discusses how data can improve services while protecting patient confidentiality despite increasing cyber threats. It also considers regional policies like the Personal Data Protection Law and the BPJS health insurance. Identified are certain open challenges, in addition to particular future research directions, for the purpose of addressing the practical, technical, and regulatory hurdles that must be overcome to realize secure and privacy-aware healthcare analytics in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to enhance the security and transparency of crowdfunding platforms by implementing Polygon blockchain technology. Traditional crowdfunding systems are often vulnerable to fund mismanagement and lack accountability. To address these issues, a blockchain-based crowdfunding website was developed using smart contracts deployed on the Polygon network. The project follows a software engineering approach using the prototyping development model. The system is built using Solidity for smart contracts and React.js for the frontend, integrated with the MetaMask crypto wallet for authentication and transaction execution. The implementation results show that the system successfully facilitates secure, transparent, and decentralized donation processes. All transactions and fund flows are permanently recorded and verifiable through PolygonScan. User validation is conducted without conventional login systems, relying instead on wallet-based authentication, which reduces the risk of credential theft. Functional testing confirms that all core features perform as expected, including donation program selection, transaction history recording, and MetaMask integration. In conclusion, the developed system successfully achieves the research objective of providing a more secure and trustworthy crowdfunding platform through the application of Polygon blockchain technology.   Keywords:  Blockchain, crowdfunding, Polygon, smart contract, MetaMask, data security.
