This research aims to find out how big the role of job satisfaction and organizational supportin mediating the relationship between self-efficacy and employee performance at the AriyantiEducation Foundation. This research is a descriptive and verification research, the researchmethod used is explanatory survey, and data analysis using a structural equation modelStructural Equation Model, SEM) through the Partial Least Square (PLS) method processedwith the application of SmartPLS 3.3.7 statistics. The number of respondents was 63 obtainedthrough the distribution of questionnaires with the stratified proportional random samplingmethod. The results of the research explain that job satisfaction and organizational supportcan mediate well between self-efficacy and employee performance at the Ariyanti EducationFoundation by 62,70%. This study has limitations in terms of the conceptual framework used, namely only connecting variables that are estimated to have a relationship with thedependent variable so that there are still possibilities for other variables that have not beenincluded in the conceptual framework.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the influence of Technology Integration and Soft Skills Competence on the Development of Administrative Staff in Private Higher Education Institutions in Bandung. In the modern era marked by technological advancements and the complexity of job demands, this study is relevant for examining how the integration of technology and the development of soft skills competence can affect administrative staff in higher education institutions. The research methodology adopts a quantitative approach with a Total Population of 414 employees from 138 institutions, and a sample of 203 employees selected through Area Probability Sampling. Data collection is conducted using a questionnaire, and data analysis is performed utilizing Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that both Technology Integration and Soft Skills Competency have a positive and significant influence on the development of administrative staff, with the Mediating Effect of Development Model Effectiveness playing a pivotal role. Limitations of the study include potential constraints on generalization within the context of private higher education institutions in Bandung. The research contributes by providing strategic recommendations to enhance technology integration, develop soft skills competencies, and design effective development models for administrative human resources. These findings are expected to serve as a foundation for efforts to improve the performance and development of administrative staff in higher education institutions.

Abstract

In private higher education institutions (PHEIs) with various cultural, social, and gender diversity, community solidarity is a significant aspect of developing a harmonious and productive working atmosphere. The aim of this study is to explore how multicultural awareness, social practices, and gender equality influence community solidarity through humanistic values among administrative staff at PHEIs in Bandung. The study is quantitative in nature, using self-administered questionnaires as primary data. This research is descriptive quantitative with a purposive sampling method and a population of 500 administrative staff in PHEIs in Bandung City. A margin of error of 5% with the Slovin formula was used to determine the sample size, which was 223 respondents representing the population. Such data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) via the SmartPLS 3.0 statistical application. Findings indicate that multicultural awareness, social practices, and gender equality had a significant direct positive effect on community solidarity. Also, humanistic values act as a partial mediator of these relationships, reinforcing the effect of three independent variables on community solidarity. Building an inclusive, collaborative, and trusting community solidarity requires fostering humanistic values, such as respect for human dignity or social responsibility. This study concludes that policies that support multicultural awareness, active social practices, and gender equality can improve community solidarity in each PHEI in Bandung City. The results offer practical implications for PHEI administrators in developing a more harmonious workplace and add to the academic literature on the significance of humanistic values as a partial mediator of the relationships of variables.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of sustainable Human Resource (HR) practices and their impact on organizational capacity to address climate crises in private universities in Bandung City. The research background highlights the importance of integrating sustainability principles into HR policies to strengthen organizational resilience against global environmental challenges. This study aims to analyze the influence of sustainable HR practices on organizational culture, managerial support, and climate resilience within higher education institutions. A quantitative research method was employed, utilizing the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach to examine the relationships among key variables. The study involved a population of 882 individuals from 138 private universities in Bandung, with a representative sample of 270 participants determined using Slovin’s formula with a 5% margin of error and selected through stratified random sampling. The sample was proportionally distributed across university management (rectors, vice rectors, and department heads), lecturers, and administrative staff to ensure comprehensive representation of the population. The results indicate that sustainable HR practices significantly influence organizational culture and managerial support, which subsequently enhance organizational resilience to climate crises. The study concludes that integrating sustainable HR practices into the policies of private universities can improve institutional capacity to address climate change. Practical implications include the development of holistic sustainability policies and increased managerial engagement to effectively support sustainability implementation.

Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of digital transformation and artificial intelligence on credit risk management effectiveness, operational efficiency, and data quality in Indonesia's national private banks. Using a quantitative method, the data were analyzed with SmartPLS 3.0 through the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach. The sample consists of 100 employees from the credit risk and IT divisions of 20 national private banks that utilize artificial intelligence, selected using stratified random sampling. The findings reveal that digital transformation and artificial intelligence positively influence operational efficiency and data quality, significantly enhancing credit risk management effectiveness. Data quality mediates the relationship between artificial intelligence and credit risk management, while operational efficiency also serves as a strong mediator. This study highlights the importance of digital innovation as an effective strategy for national private banks to strengthen credit risk management through technology.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of work-life balance, stress management, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) integration on employee productivity in Bandung's hospitality sector, focusing on the mediating role of job satisfaction. The study examines 19 five-star and 94 four-star hotels, with a population of 226 general managers, managers, and supervisors. A sample of 183 respondents was determined using Slovin’s formula with 0.05 margin of error, and data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The findings confirm that job satisfaction significantly mediates the relationship between work-life balance, stress management, and productivity. ESG integration, encompassing social and environmental responsibility, further enhances productivity by strengthening these relationships. This study extends the Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) model, showing that ESG practices serve as additional job resources that reduce stress and improve job satisfaction, ultimately boosting productivity. This research highlights the need for supportive work-life balance policies, effective stress management, and ESG integration to enhance employee well-being and productivity. The study offers strategic insights for academia and industry, supporting sustainable HR practices in hospitality. A holistic approach integrating work-life balance, stress management, job satisfaction, and ESG policies is essential for improving productivity and ensuring sustainability.
