Administration stewardship needs to be organized and managed properly. The availability of administrative data is very helpful for pastors in planning and designing pastoral care services, so as to support the realization of effective pastoral care services. This research aimed to examine the role of administrative stewardship for the effectiveness of the ministry of pastors. This research used a correlational method. The results showed that there was a positive and significant role of administrative stewardship for the ministry of the pastor effectiveness. Good stewardship administration with the availability of data that can be accessed easily and quickly, making pastoral care effective

The pastor of the church plays an important role in advancing the church and pastoral congregation. The orientation of the implementation of the task is not just to carry out the routine tasks of grazing, but to bring the church to realize God's purpose. In this assignment, a good pastor's performance is needed. The shepherd's self-concept related to God's calling in him influences his behavior in carrying out the ministry. This study aims to examine the effect of self-concept regarding God's calling on the performance of pastors. This research method is a correlational survey with research respondents from pastors in one of the Synods in Jakarta. The results showed that there was no influence of self-concept regarding God's calling on the performance of the pastor. Efforts made to improve positive self-concepts do not have an impact on improving the performance of pastors. The performance of pastors tends to be influenced by their abilities related to their ministry and the ministry team that supports them.

Teacher plays an important role in improving student’s interest in learning. Teacher's competence is the key to his success in moving students towards increasing their interest in learning. Thorough the professional competencies possessed, teacher can deliver subject matter in the way that is easily understood by student and the ability to present interesting material through the use of instructional media can arouse students' interest in learning Christian Religious Education. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of teacher professional competence on students' interest in learning Christian Religious Education. The quantitative research approach with the correlational method, with a total sample of 100 students. The results of the analysis indicate that the teacher's professional competence significantly influences students' interest in learning Christian Religious Education. Increasing interest in learning Christian Religious Education can be done by increasing the professional competence of teacher. Professional Christian Religious Education teacher has a set of competencies that support the realization of effective learning. Teacher’s professional competence contributes in realizing Christian Religious Education learning that can arouse student’s interest in learning.

Teaching given in a worship as a part of Christian Religious Education duty which plays an important role in adolescent and youth character building. In COVID-19 pandemic, worship is being an affected aspect, so that it is held online. Christian Religious Education teaching delivered through online will affect adolescent and youth worship intensity. When online service considered as less attractive, it will affect their solemnity in involvement of the worship and the character formation. This research aimed to study the influence Christian Religious Education teaching through online service to adolescent and youth character building. Method used was survey. The result showed that is a significant influence of the Christian Religious Education teaching to the adolescent and youth character building. The teaching given attractively and suitable to the adolescent and youth needs in online service will make Christian Religious Education teaching effective, so that they can implement it in daily life indicated by character changes to be like Christ.

Sunday school teachers have an important role in the children's spiritual formation. Through the right ministry strategy, children could be guided to grow in their spiritual life. This study aimed to examine the effective Sunday school teacher service strategies in increasing the children's spiritual growth. The method used in this research was correlational. The research was conducted at the Indonesian Gospel Kemah Church, Kombeng District and Telen District, East Kutai District. The results showed that the Sunday school teacher service strategy had a significant effect on children's spiritual growth. Through child-centered learning and teaching creatively the Word of God have an impact on children's spiritual growth and improvement

This research aim to test the influence of pastoral visiting ministry to the spiritual growth of the church. Research executed in Gereja Kemah Injil Indonesia of Tenggarong, Kutai Kartanegara District, Kalimantan East. The results showed that there was an influence of pastoral visiting ministry on the spiritual growth of the congregation as indicated by the correlation coefficient of 0.340 which was significant at α = 0.05. Pastoral visiting ministry will bring the pastor closer to the congregation that he serves, making the pastoral ministry effective, thereby impacting the spiritual growth of the congregation. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pelayanan kunjungan pastoral terhadap pertumbuhan rohani jemaat.Penelitian dilaksanakan di Gereja Kemah Injil Indonesia Tenggarong, Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara, Kalimantan Timur. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa terdapat pengaruh pelayanan kunjungan pastoral terhadap pertumbuhan rohani jemaat yang ditunjukkan melalui koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,340 yang signifikan pada α = 0,05. Pelayanan kunjungan pastoral akan mendekatkan gembala dengan jemaat yang dilayaninya, membuat pelayanan penggembalaan menjadi efektif, sehingga berdampak pada pertumbuhan rohani jemaat.

This research aims to find the appropriate strategy in overcoming syncretism in the lives of the Dayak Punan Lisum tribe so that their faith grows in the proper knowledge according to the Gospel. This research was conducted on the community in Muara Belinau Village, Tabang Districts, Kutai Kartanegata District, East Kalimantan. This study uses a qualitative approach with ethnographic methods. Data collection was carried out using interviews. The results showed that the Dayak Punan Lisum Christians in Muara Belianu Village still believed in particular objects considered to have power from God. Even though they have become Christians for decades, they still hold on to their old beliefs. This research shows syncretism in the Dayak Punan Lisum community. However, teaching, preaching, pastoral counseling, discipleship, and involvement in prayer groups positively changed faith beliefs from old beliefs to Christian beliefs. In addition, faith-building in society reduced syncretism in the life of confidence in the Dayak Punan Lisum tribe. ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian untuk menemukan strategi yang tepat dalam upaya penanggulangan sinkretisme dalam kehidupan Suku Dayak Punan Lisum agar iman percayanya bertumbuh dalam pengetahuan yang benar sesuai dengan Injil. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada masyarakat di Desa Muara Belinau, Kecamatan Tabang, Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegata, Kalimantan Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode etnografi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan wawancara, pengamatan dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orang Kristen Suku Dayak Punan Lisum di Desa Muara Belianu masih memercayai pada benda-benda tertentu yang dianggap memiliki kuasa dari pada Tuhan. Meskipun telah menjadi Kristen sudah usia puluhan tahun, namun masih berpegang pada kepercayaan lama mereka. Penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya sinkretisme dalam masyarakat Suku Dayak Punan Lisum. Melalui pengajaran, kotbah, konseling pastoral dan pemuridan serta kelompok doa memberikan kontribusi yang positif dalam perubahan kepercayaan iman dari kepercayaan lama kepada kepercayaan iman Kristen. Pembinaan iman di tengah-tengah masyarakat mampu mengurangi sinkretisme dalam kehidupan iman percaya Suku Dayak Punan Lisum.

This study aimed to test and prove through data collection that the formation of the character of Christ in adolescents is influenced by the implementation of Christian religious education in the family and parenting patterns. The research method used in this research was the survey method - correlational. Based on the data analysis, the results showed that: 1) Christian religious education in the family had a significant effect on the formation of the character of Christ in adolescents; 2) Parenting patterns have a significant effect on the formation of Christ's character in adolescents; 3) Christian religious education in the family and parenting patterns together have a significant effect on the formation of the character of Christ. Thus, efforts to form the character of Christ in adolescents can be done by increasing the intensity of the implementation of Christian religious education in the family and increasing the right parenting pattern.

Abstract: Online learning is a solution that considered appropriate in COVID-19 pandemic situation, yet it doesn’t guarantee the student success in learning. Physical distancing practice in face-to-face interactions is a hindrance for student and teacher in learning activities. This research was aimed to measure online learning effectivity in Christian Religious Education subject in COVID-19 pandemic period. The study used quantitative approach with classroom action method. The result shows that through online learning and improvement in every cycle by the teacher in learning design impact on student improvement of Christian Religious Education better. Online learning needs to be applied in interesting and innovative way. Delivering the material with pictures and videos to the student is able to increase student’s participation actively by questions and answers which have an impact to better Christian Religious Education learning result.Abstrak: Pembelajaran daring menjadi salah satu solusi yang dianggap tepat di masa pandemi Covid-19, meskipun tidak menjadi jaminan keberhasilan siswa dalam pembelajaran. Penerapan physical distanding dalam interaksi secara tatap muka (face-to-face) menjadi hambatan bagi siswa dan guru dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengukur efektivitas pembelajaran daring pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen di masa pandemik Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode tindakan kelas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui pembelajaran daring dan setiap siklus dilakukan perbaikan oleh guru dalam mendisain pembelajar berdampak pada peningkatan hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Kristen siswa menjadi lebih baik. Penerapan pembelajaran daring perlu dilaksanakan secara menarik dan inovatif. Melalui pemberian materi yang disertai dengan gambar dan video kepada siswa mampu meningkatkan partisipasi siswa secara aktif melalui pertanyaan dan jawaban dari siswa yang berdampak pada pencapaian hasil belajar PAK menjadi lebih baik.
