Abstract

This research was conducted to measure the efficiency of sharia banks in Indonesia. The study utilized two stages, with the first stage employing the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method, and the second stage conducting an analysis using the Tobit Method to determine the influence of market competition, market share, NSFR, CAR, ROA, and BOPO variables on its independent variable, which is efficiency. This research utilized panel data from sharia banks in Indonesia. The findings of this study provide a deeper understanding of the factors influencing the efficiency of sharia banks, and the results can serve as a basis for formulating policies that support the growth of a more efficient sharia banking industry. Several variables that affect sharia banks in Indonesia are market share, NSFR, CAR, ROA, and BOPO. However, variables such as the Lerner Index and ROA do not have a significant impact on the level of efficiency.

Abstract

The article explores the potential relationship between motivation and spiritual values in Islam in an organizational setting. Spirituality is a factor in shaping the personality and behavior, so it is not an exaggeration that spirituality as a subject in the study of business management and organizational behavior. Study of motivation based on Islamic spiritual perspective is necessary to find a balance and development of existing theories of motivation. The level of motivation in the perspective of Islam, which started in the Middle Ages are a completely different understanding of thoughts that have been used in the context of human psychology and organizational management. Motivation in spirituality of Islam composed of four levels conditions: (1) Sawala; drive by a physiological and material motivational impulse, (2) Amara; drive by physiological, psychological and material motivational impulse, (3) Lawama; drive by physiological, material, psychological and intellectual and involve a bit of spirituallty, (4) Mutamainna; drive by the stimulation of all needs based on the value of spirituality as the primary basis. At the stage of Mutamainna, it reflects a harmony between all needs, and has major implications for the organizational and business management practices and behavioral to achieve the organizational performance.

Abstract

The development of technology has an impact on increasing competition in business. MSMEs also experience this in Banten, which forces them to rethink their business models. To survive and compete, many businesses have focused on the application and use of digital technology. Several studies have shown that digital technology can facilitate business continuity and increase their resilience to shocks This study aims to analyze the level of digitalization of MSMEs in regencies and cities in Banten Province and the obstacles they face in digitizing their businesses. In addition, to examine the extent to which the use of various forms of digital technology can stimulate the growth of MSME performance. This analysis covers 4 regencies and 4 cities in Banten Province, namely: Serang Regency, Pandeglang Regency, Lebak Regency, Tangerang Regency, Tangerang City, Cilegon City, Serang City and South Tangerang City. This study is based on data available at the Ministry of Cooperatives and MSMEs, BPS, and survey results. The results of this study aim to complement the literature that focuses on the digitalization of MSMEs, especially highlighting the gap between regencies and cities in Banten Province in terms of digitalization. In addition, this study also aims to determine the impact of digital technology on the performance of MSMEs in regencies and cities in Banten Province. The results of this study indicate the importance of MSME digitalization so that companies can become drivers of economic growth. This research topic is also expected to attract researchers who care about business digitalization and decision-makers at various levels who can help identify the right steps to stimulate digital innovation and investment in information and communication technology infrastructure.

Abstract

Ketika konsumen berhadapan langsung dengan produk merupakan saat-saat yang menentukan terjadinya pembelian, keberhasilan dalam merangsang minat beli konsumen merupakan indikasi terjadinya kesepahaman (mutuall understanding) antara pihak pemasar dengan konsumen, kondisi ini hanya dapat tercipta melalui pola-pola persuasif dalam bentuk komunikasi pemasaran, salah satunya dengan mengefektifkan penerapan komunikasi di tempat pembelian. Point of purchase communication (POPC) merupakan komunikasi pemasaran yang dilakukan tepat pada saat kosumen berhadapan dengan produk baik barang maupun jasa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen pengambilan data dan diolah dengan analisis statistik infrensial parametrik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi POPC dalam mempengaruhi minat beli konsumen sebesar 38% dan sisanya (sebesar 62%) dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Keterkaitan antara POPC terhadap minat beli konsumen ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien regresinya, sebesar 0,616.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation, and product innovation on competitive advantage. This research uses quantitative methods and uses purposive sampling techniques by distributing 83 questionnaires to MSMEs of various cakes in Koja District, North Jakarta. The analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results, competitive advantage is positively and significantly impacted by entrepreneurial approach and product innovation, but not significantly by market orientation. With an R-Square value of 0.7, it can be concluded that entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation, and product innovation affect competitive advantage by 70% and the remaining 30% is influenced by other variables. It is recommended to expand the scope of data so that future research provides a more comprehensive and accurate picture of competitive advantage in MSMEs. Abstract

Dokumen Keterangan Rencana Kota (KRK) adalah informasi tentang ketentuan tata bangunan dan lingkungan yang ditetapkan dan diberlakukan oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota. Setiap orang/badan usaha yang akan mendirikan bangunan/gedung, termasuk pendirian rumah sakit harus memiliki dokumen KRK sebagai salah satu syarat untuk mendapatkan Persetujuan Bangunan Gedung (PBG). Pelayanan KRK di Kota Bandung dilakukan secara daring menggunakan Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Tata Ruang Kota (SiPetruk). Standar waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk memproses KRK adalah 6 (enam) hari kerja, namun dalam realisasinya masih terdapat penerbitan KRK yang melebihi standar waktu yang telah ditetapkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menjadi penyebab keterlambatan dalam penerbitan KRK, sehingga dapat dilakukan upaya perbaikan. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terdapat 2 sisi penyebab penerbitan KRK melebihi standar waktu yang telah ditetapkan, yaitu dari sisi Dinas dan dari sisi Pemohon. Faktor yang berasal dari sisi Pemohon, yaitu kecepatan dalam merespon catatan perbaikan dari Dinas, dan kurangnya pemahaman terkait persyaratan dokumen KRK, sedangkan dari sisi Dinas, yaitu kekosongan petugas pada rangkaian alur proses/tahapan pengajuan KRK (cuti/izin). Sehingga upaya perbaikan berkaitan dengan perbaikan rincian informasi bagi Pemohon, dan mekanisme pemberian izin/cuti yang lebih berorientasi pada layanan.Kata kunci:  Keterangan Rencana Kota (KRK), Persetujuan Bangunan Gedung (PBG), Perencanaan Tata Ruang Kota Bandung, Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Tata Ruang Kota (SiPetruk), Perbaikan Berkelanjutan. AbstractThe City Plan Description (KRK) document is information about the provisions of building and environmental planning that are determined and enforced by the Regency / City Government. Every person/business entity that will build a building, including a hospital, must have a KRK document as one of the requirements to obtain a Building Approval (PBG). The KRK service in Bandung City is conducted  using the City Spatial Planning Service Information System (SiPetruk). The standard time needed to process the KRK is 6 working days, but in realization, there are still KRK issuances that exceed the predetermined time standard. This study aims to determine the factors that cause delays in the issuance of the KRK, so that improvement efforts can be made. The research method uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Based on the research results, there are 2 sides to the cause of the issuance of the KRK exceeding the predetermined time standards, namely from the Dinas side and the Applicant side. Factors originating from the applicant's side, namely the speed in responding to corrective notes from the Service, and the lack of understanding of the KRK document requirements, while from the Service's side, namely the vacancy of officers in a series of process flows/stages of applying for KRK (leave/permit). Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of advertising creativity and product quality on purchase decisions with brand image as an intervening variable. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. This research collects data based on questionnaires, literature studies and observations. The population in this study were Lux bath soap users in Cilegon City aged 17-35 years and a sample of 102 respondents using purposive sampling. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS 4 analysis tool. This research has the results that advertising creativity has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, while product quality has positive and no significant effect on purchase decisions. Brand image can mediate the indirect influence of advertising creativity and product quality on purchasing decisions

Abstract

This quantitative study investigates the influence of trust on supply chain performance, mediated by innovation, within the retread tire manufacturing industry in Greater Tangerang. The research addresses the observed inconsistencies in supply chain performance among producers, hypothesizing that trust and innovation play crucial roles. A total of 42 retread tire manufacturers in Greater Tangerang constituted the sample, selected using a saturation sampling method to ensure comprehensive representation of the population. primary data were collected through questionnaires and subsequently analyzed using SmartPLS 4. The findings several key insights. Firstly, trust was found to have a positive but not statistically significant effect on supply chain performance. This Suggests that while trust is beneficial, its direct impact on its own. Secondly, trust demonstrated a positive and significant influence on innovation, indicating that higher levels of trust among supply chain partners foster a more innovative environment. Thirdly, innovation itself had a positive and significant effect on supply chain performance, highlighting its direct contribution to operational improvements. This full mediation effect implies that trust primarily enhances supply chain performance indirectly, by stimulating innovation. These results underscore the critical importance of fostering both trust and innovation as interconnected strategies for optimizing supply chain efficiency and competitiveness in the retread tire industry. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepercayaan, komitmen dan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja rantai pasok (kasus pada UMKM Produksi Tempe di Kecamatan Kramatwatu). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh UMKM Produksi Tempe di Kecamatan Kramatwatu. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 75 pelaku usaha. Pengambilan sampel diambil dengan cara sampel jenuh dimana seluruh populasi bisa dijadikan sampel. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuisioner dan selanjutnya diolah menggunakan alat bantu SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja rantai pasok, (2) komitmen berpengaruh positif dan signfikan terhadap kinerja rantai pasok, (3) dan teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja rantai pasok

Abstract

This study aims to test, analyze and prove how the mediation role of Competitive Advantage on the relationship between Supply Chain Management and Business Performance studied in bakery businesses in South Jakarta. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive. This study uses data collection methods based on interviews, literature studies and questionnaires. The population in this study is micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) engaged in bread production with a population of 200. The sample used in this study was 134 respondents using purposive sampling techniques. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Smart PLS 4.2.1.1 analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Supply Chain Management has a positive and significant effect on Business Performance, (2) Supply Chain Management has a positive and significant effect on Competitive Advantage, (3) Competitive Advantage has a positive and significant effect on Business Performance and (4) Competitive Advantage is able to mediate the influence of Supply Chain Management on Business Performance.
