Abstract

This article is to examine the effect of the BI Rate, Inflation and Exchange Rates on the stock price indexes of the financial sub-sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period November 2015 to October 2019. Data analysis techniques used in this study are regression models with quantitative methods. Test results prove that the negative BI Rate for IHSK and H1 is accepted. Negative inflation in FSPI and H2 is accepted. Positive exchange rates on the IHSK and H3 are accepted. The BI Rate, Inflation, and Exchange Rates received simultaneously against IHSK and H4 are accepted. The magnitude of the effect on R squared was 54.6%, while the remaining 45.4% was accepted by other variables not approved in this study. Keywords: BI Rate, Inflation, Exchange Rates, Financial sub-sector Stock Price Index (FSPI) Artikel ini adalah untuk memeriksa dampak suku bunga BI, nilai inflasi dan nilai tukar, terhadap harga harga dibursa saham pada sub sector keuangan yang terdaftar di bursa saham Indonesia untuk periode November 2015 sampai dengan Oktober 2019, tehnik penganalisaaan data yang digunakan pada studi ini adalah model mundur dengan metode kuantitatif. Hasil tesnya membuktikan bahwa suku bunga negatif BI untuk IHSK dan H1 dapat diterima. Inflasi negatif pada FSPI dan H2, dapat diterima.Nilai tukar yang positif pada IHSK dan H3 dapat diterima. Suku bunga BI, inflasi dan nilai tukar yang diterima secara berkesinambungan terhadap IHSK dan H4 dapat diterima. Daya Tarik dari dampak pada kotak R adalah 54.6% sementara sisanya yang 45.4% diterima oleh variabel lain yang tidak dibahas pada studi ini. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dampak Inflasi terhadap Ekspor dan Impor di Indonesia Tahun 2013 – 2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi linier sederhana. Dan hasil yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan antara Inflasi dengan Ekspor (Y1) dan Impor (Y2). Dari kedua pengaruh Ekspor (Y1) dan Impor (Y2) yang lebih dipengaruhi oleh Inflasi (X) adalah faktor Y2 yaitu Impor. Keywords : Inflasi, Ekspor, Impor

Abstract

Kadubungbang Village, Pandeglang has MSME business actors in the form of special foods, one of which is white apem. Halal certification socialization and assistance activities were carried out in Kadubungbang Village, Cimanuk District, Pandeglang Regency, Banten Province. The stages carried out include Making NPWB and NIB, Account registration in the SIHALAL application, Filling in data guided by PPH companions, Submitting a Halal Certificate Application. This activity can only be carried out until the submission of a halal certificate, due to time limitations and also the next process takes a long time.

Abstract

The digital transformation in the retail sector has led to the emergence of various online shopping applications that facilitate consumer transactions. However, the successful adoption of these applications is highly influenced by user perceptions. This study aims to analyze the impact of effort expectancy, perceived usefulness, and digital literacy on the intention to use retail shopping applications. Using a quantitative approach with a survey method, data were collected from 200 respondents who are users of shopping applications in urban areas. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The results indicate that all three independent variables significantly affect the intention to use. Effort expectancy has a positive effect, meaning that the easier the application is to use, the higher the user's intention to use it. Perceived usefulness also shows a strong impact, indicating that perceptions of the application's benefits play a crucial role in shaping the intention to use. Additionally, digital literacy proves to be an important supporting factor that enables users to understand and maximize the application's features optimally. This study provides contributions to application developers and retail industry players in formulating digital marketing strategies and enhancing user experience.

Abstract

Repurchase intention on e-commerce platforms is the focus of this study, which seeks to assess the impact of user experience, privacy security, and happiness. The majority of people's purchasing decisions in the modern digital age have been made through online marketplaces. Consequently, in order to keep and grow customer loyalty, platform managers must comprehend the elements that impact repurchase intention. This research takes a quantitative approach by surveying 200 who regularly utilize online marketplaces. To examine how the independent variables impacted the dependent variables, the data were subjected to multiple linear regression analysis. The study found that repurchase intention is positively and significantly impacted by user satisfaction, privacy security, and overall user experience. These findings offer valuable insights for e-commerce industry firms looking to enhance their service offerings while prioritizing consumer pleasure, data protection, and positive experiences. In terms of theory, this research adds to what is already known about online shopping habits, particularly as they pertain to Indonesian e-commerce platforms.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pendampingan ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang proses produk halal pada usaha dan menghasilkan para pelaku usaha yang memiliki sertifikasi halal pada produk usahanya khusunya UMKM yang ada di Cikiruhwetan Cikeusik Pandeglang. Metode yang dilakukan yaitu pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR), yakni pendekatan yang memiliki tujuan untuk memberikan pembelajaran dan mengatasi masalah, serta memenuhi kebutuhan praktis masyarakat dengan memadukan ilmu pengetahuan dan perubahan sosial pada masyarakat. Pendekatan ini dianggap relevan dengan pengabdian yang akan dilakukan karena memiliki muatan untuk membangkitkan kesadaran kritis secara kolektif, khususnya dalam mempresentasikan konsep ekonomi halal dalam rutinitas ekonomi sehari-hari. Peserta pendampingan yaitu kelompok UMKM Baso Ikan dan UMKM Kerupuk Intip, ada 2 (dua) UMKM yang tuntas hingga tahapan akhir, dengan periode pendampingan selama 6 (enam) bulan atau hingga Sertifikat Halal yang diajukan diterima/keluar. Dari aktivitas pendampingan yang telah dilakukan ada dua perwakilan UMKM yang sampai ke tahap akhir serta telah menerima STTD dari BPJPH, dan menunggu sertifikat halal yang diajukan keluar/terbit

Abstract

Green product shopping behavior is considered very important to maintain the sustainability of the earth and human life, the same spirit is not yet shared by the entire community. The more consumers realize the importance of environmentally friendly shopping behavior, the more positive impact it will have on the effectiveness of environmental conservation efforts. Several factors that can influence the intention to buy green products are green trust, subjective norms and collectivism. This study aims to examine the role of each independent variable on the intention to buy green products. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature review, where researchers conduct a study of previous studies that discuss the role of each independent variable, namely green trust, subjective norms and collectivism, both partially and collectively in influencing the intention to buy green products. This study concludes that there is a positive influence of green trust, subjective norms and collectivism both partially and simultaneously on green purchase intention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji dampak makroekonomi terhadap investasi portofolio asing di Indonesia periode tahun 2020-2023, pendekatan dilakukan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Bank Indonesia, Otoritas Jasa Keuangan dan Kementrian Perdagangan Indonesia. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Inflasi tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Investasi Portofolio Asing (FPI) jangka pendek dan jangka panjang dan kurs tidak berpengaruh terdahap Investasi Portofolio Asing (FPI) jangka pendek, namun kurs berpengaruh terdahap Investasi Portofolio Asing (FPI) jangka panjang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis apakah penerapan manajemen dalam bidang olahraga memberikan hasil yang lebih baik. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi membaca, wawancara, analisis dokumen, dan observasi. Peneliti menggunakan statistik univariat. Peneliti mengamati bahwa organisasi dengan manajemen profesional di bidangnya biasanya mencapai keseimbangan ekonomi yang lebih baik. Klub olahraga dengan manajemen profesional juga cenderung mencapai hasil yang lebih baik dalam mengelola sumber daya dan biaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesehatan finansial dan operasional dapat menghasilkan manfaat yang signifikan. Selain itu, manajemen yang baik juga dapat membantu dalam hal pengelolaan biaya operasional yang lebih efisien, serta meningkatkan produktivitas secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of brand image, customer experience, and promotional offers on customer loyalty within the technology sector in Jakarta. Given the competitive environment, understanding these determinants is essential for technology companies seeking to retain customers and foster loyalty. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 220 respondents through structured questionnaires measured on a Likert scale of 1 to 5. Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3) was employed for data analysis. Results show that all three factors significantly and positively affect customer loyalty, with promotional offers demonstrating the strongest influence, followed by brand image and customer experience. These findings emphasize the importance of strategic branding, superior customer engagement, and value-driven promotional offers in cultivating loyalty. The study provides practical recommendations for managers to enhance loyalty by leveraging these factors effectively.
