Tourism development often does not pay attention to the preservation of natural resources and local culture which are also affected by tourism development and considers that the tourism industry is an industry whose existence is interrelated. This research is descriptive research in the form of written or oral words from people and observable behavior and to be able to better identify the variables to be examined in relation to them and aims to present a structured, factual, and accurate description of the facts -fact and the relationship between the variables to be studied. From the results of the study there are positive and negative impacts that arise. Both environmental, socio-cultural, and economic impacts on local communities who are the main actors who feel the impact of tourism development. The community has felt the positive impact provided by the tourism sector. Although there are still negative impacts that are also felt.

This study is entitled Setting of the Location of the Anime Film "Kiminonawa" as a Tourist Attraction in Gifu Prefecture, Japan. The purpose of this study is to find out the real-life setting of the location in the anime film "Kiminonawa" and to find out the reasons for tourists visiting the location of the anime film "Kiminonawa" both in Tokyo, Nagano, and Hida. The data analysis method used by the researcher is a qualitative data analysis method. The data collected is usually obtained through the existence of a book, video, internet, articles, and previous research on the anime film "Kiminonawa". The results of the research found several places in real life that became the setting for the location in the anime film "Kiminonawa". Approximately 15 locations were found which became the backdrop for the story of the anime film, namely: In Nagano. Hida, and Tokyo. All of these locations are frequently visited by tourists who are fans of the anime "Kiminonawa" this is because the main character in the anime is described as a persistent and hardworking person, the storyline is not monotonous, the love story is unique and only through dreams, stories that inspire people young people to make important moments with their partners as if they were characters in a movie, the story background is a real place so that tourists can take pictures following the style of the characters in the anime film "Kiminonawa".Penelitian ini berjudul Latar Lokasi film Anime “Kiminonawa” Sebagai Daya Taruk Wisata Di Prefektur Gifu Jepang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui latar lokasi dalam kehidupan nyata pada film anime “Kiminonawa” dan untuk mengetahui alasan wisatawan mengunjungi latar lokasi film anime “Kiminonawa” baik yang berada di Tokyo, Nagano, dan Hida.Metode analisis data yang dilakukan oleh peneliti adalah metode analisis data kualitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan biasanya di dapat melalui adanya sebuah buku, video, internet, artikel, serta penelitian terdahulu tentang film anime “Kiminonawa”.Hasil penelitian ditemukan beberapa tempat dalam kehidupan nyata yang menjadi latar lokasi dalam film anime “Kiminonawa”. Ditemukan kurang lebih 15 lokasi yang menjadi latar belakang cerita film anime tersebut yaitu: Di Nagano. Hida, dan Tokyo. Seluruh lokasi tersebut sering dikunjungi oleh wisatawan penggemar anime “Kiminonawa” hal ini karena tokoh utama di dalam anime digambarkan sebagai orang yang gigih dan pekerja keras, alur cerita yang tidak monoton, kisah cinta yang unik dan hanya melalui mimpi-mimpi, cerita yang menginspirasi kawula muda untuk membuat momen-momen penting dengan pasangan seolah mereka adalah tokoh dalam film, latar belakang cerita merupakan tempat yang real sehingga para wisatawan dapat berfoto mengikuti gaya dari pemeran tokoh dalam film anime “Kiminonawa”.

Schools use online student learning techniques in an effort to stop the Covid-19 pandemic. This government initiative aims to break the chain of the spread of Covid-19. Due to the lack of mastery of technology, many teachers in schools are still confused about how to use the online learning system and only give assignments without explaining the contents. As a result, online learning loses its effectiveness, which has an impact on student learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the Podcast media-based learning strategy. The method used in this study is a literature review. The unit of analysis in this study is journal articles that have been collected by researchers through Google Scholar during the period of 2022. The conclusion of this study shows that the learning strategy using Podcast media must involve consideration and introduction from the teacher first. Teachers need to know the age and level of education of students. In addition, to understand the material presented is theoretical or practical.

Taman Prasejarah Leang – Leang atau dikenal dengan sebutan Goa Leang – Leang. Goa Leang-Leang merupakan situs bersejarah goa purba di Leang – Leang, Kecamatan Bantimurung, kabupaten Maros, propinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Taman Prasejarah Leang – Leang memberikan gambaran kehidupan manusia masa lampau. Adapun tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah: untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor pendukung pengembangan Taman Prasejarah Leang – Leang Kabupaten Maros sebagai destinasi wisata sejarah. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis SWOT, menginterpretasikan data dan survei terhadap, kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan serta analisis terhadap data yang telah diperoleh maka dapat dikatakan bahwa, letak Taman Prasejarah Leang – Leang sangat strategis dengan lingkukan alam yang masih asli kekhawatiran ancaman dari orang – orang yang tidak bertanggung jawab serta ingin mengeksploitasi bebatuan yang usianya sudah ribuan tahun hanya untuk kepentingan diri sendiri dengan memanfaatkan situasi yang ada menjadi perhatian khusus. Selain itu masih terdapat fasilitas yang perlu adanya pembenahan maupun pemeliharaan demi kenyamanan pengunjung seperti toilet yang kondisinya agak kotor, tangga besi menuju Goa yang sudah berkarat dan menganga, papan peringatan yang sudah tidak bisa begitu dibaca tulisannya, serta sedikitnya guide yang tamu ke Goa.

Labuan Bajo sebagai destinasi wisata super prioritas Indonesia. Pengembangan pariwisata meliputi atraksi, aksesibilitas, amenitas dan fasilitas pendukung lainnya. Labuan Bajo saat ini masih dalam proses pengembangan dan mengalami kendala terkait pengembangan keempat komponen produk pariwisata tersebut, sehingga potensi pariwisata tidak dapat dikembangkan secara optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi pariwisata di Labuan Bajo, dan kendala pariwisata menurut empat komponen produk pariwisata. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi untuk mendapatkan analisis yang komprehensif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat banyak potensi wisata yang dapat dikembangkan menjadi daya tarik wisata. Semua potensi tersebut didukung oleh fasilitas yang baik dan branding Labuan Bajo sebagai destinasi pariwisata kelas dunia. Namun, terdapat permasalahan mendasar dalam pengembangan pariwisata di Labuan Bajo. Permasalahan tersebut adalah sumber daya manusia yang belum mampu membentuk atraksi wisata, kondisi geografis yang membutuhkan biaya besar dalam pengembangan aksesibilitas, tata ruang yang kurang mendukung pengembangan amenitas, dan ketidaksesuaian antara industri pariwisata dengan industri pariwisata.

The aims of the research to analysis of japanese tourists' experiences in homestay services at popular marine tourism destinations. This research used a qualitative research method. The results of the research showed that the service strategy provided must be in accordance with Japanese culture, which always respects time, avoids confrontation, does not ask Japanese tourists personal questions, and does not throw rubbish anywhere. Japanese tourists' sentiments towards Homestay services in popular marine tourism destinations in South Sulawesi Province are based on service, cleanliness, facilities, breakfast and location. This study aims to determine the Tourism Potential through Mapping the Geohomestay Potential of Japanese tourist preferences as an innovation in the new normal period in Jeneponto Regency, South Sulawesi as an Innovation in the Covid-19 Pandemic Period. The approach taken is descriptive qualitative with data collection methods through interviews and tourist attraction surveys. Data analysis by triangulation on key informants. Informants include the head of the destination, tourist village managers, village heads and the community in Jeneponto Regency. Meanwhile, to determine the location of geo-homestays, it is done by overlaying data consisting of the distribution of tourist villages, natural, cultural and historical potential using the Arcgis 10.5 mapping application. The conclusions of this study include the tourist attractions of Jeneponto Regency including beaches, caves, seas, islands, panoramas, agro, traditional-cultural history and industrial tourism. The Tourism component of Jeneponto Regency includes Attractions, Amenities, Accommodations and Accessibility. The development of geo-homestays in Jenoponto Regency follows the natural potential of the surroundings spread over 11 (eleven) villages/kelurahan, including: Je'ne Tallasa Village, Rumbia Village, Tompo Bulu Village, Ujung Bulu Village, Paitana Village, Je'ne Tallasa Village, Tonro Kassi Barat, Arungkeke Village, Ex. Pabiringa, Tarowang Village and Kampala Village. This study recommends the community, actors, and the government to package promotional products and homestay branding based on the existing geographic potential in accordance with the preferences of Japanese tourists.

Artikel ini merupakan hasil kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan diklat bagi aparat Dinas Pariwisata Provinsi Lampung dalam rangka peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia sektor pariwisata. Kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan training needs analysis, dengan melibatkan 50 responden yang telah mengikuti Diklat Pariwisata Dasar. Mayoritas responden berusia 30–49 tahun, dengan distribusi gender seimbang, dan berasal dari berbagai bidang tugas. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 86,67% menganggap pelatihan sangat bermanfaat, dan 80% merasa materi sesuai dengan tugas mereka. Responden menyampaikan perlunya pelatihan lanjutan seperti parekraf lanjutan, kepemimpinan, manajemen event MICE, organisasi ekonomi kreatif, serta manajemen SDM. Saran juga mencakup peningkatan fasilitas dan jadwal pelatihan. Kegiatan PkM ini menegaskan pentingnya pengembangan diklat yang berkelanjutan, relevan, dan berbasis kompetensi. Hasilnya diharapkan mendukung peningkatan kinerja aparat dan daya saing Provinsi Lampung sebagai destinasi wisata unggulan di Indonesia.

This study analyzes the need for communication strategies in the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model. As a transformative educational approach, PjBL emphasizes 21st-century skills, with communication playing a central role in ensuring effective collaboration and learning outcomes. Although PjBL encourages interaction and teamwork, significant communication challenges persist in its implementation, particularly in higher education settings. This research employs a mixed-methods approach with a parallel convergent design, integrating qualitative and quantitative data simultaneously. The study involved two universities in West Java, with data collected through interviews, surveys, and literature review. The findings reveal three essential communication strategies that are needed to support the implementation of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model effectively: (1) strategic use of technology as a communication medium, (2) regulated frequency of interaction to maintain group coherence, and (3) multimodal forms of communication, including verbal, nonverbal, and digital, tailored to project needs. These strategies are instrumental in enhancing collaboration, clarity, and efficiency throughout the project process. Results show that 35% of students have adequate digital literacy, 40% face difficulties using digital tools, and 25% express the need for additional training to improve their communication skills on digital platforms. Additionally, structured and scheduled communication significantly enhances group collaboration. This study highlights the importance of developing communication strategies that include digital literacy training and the optimal use of technology to support effective communication in PjBL. These findings provide a foundational insight for future research and policy development aimed at integrating targeted communication frameworks into innovative, student-centered pedagogies.
