Small, Micro and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) face quite complex problems in business development. One of the small businesses engaged in by the Sudagaran community in Yogyakarta is the production of tofu. Entrepreneurs know problems in the fields of production, environment, capital, and also marketing. The Service Team from the Department of Business Administration, FISIP UPN Veterans Yogyakarta collaborated with the Yogyakarta City Baznas and the Yogyakarta City Government to assist and assist SMEs. Empowerment programs that have been carried out have started from the implementation of production layouts, small business financial management, simple financial records, product innovation. packaging, and online-based marketing. Small entrepreneurs feel helped by the service program so that during the Covid-19 pandemic they have alternatives in product marketing.

Artikel ini adalah hasil dari penelitian kelembagaan, yang bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model internalisasi soft skill bela negara bagi mahasiswa FISIP UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta dalam menghasilkan lulusan yang memiliki karakter bela negara. Dalam penelitian ini, beberapa tahapan dilakukan, yaitu tahap pertama dalam merumuskan soft skill bela negara yang dijabarkan dari nilai-nilai dasar bela negara. Tahap selanjutnya adalah menyusun bentuk-bentuk kegiatan yang dilakukan mulai diterima sebagai mahasiswa baru hingga mahasiswa lulus. Kegiatannya terdiri dari kegiatan kurikuler, ko-kurikuler, dan ekstra kurikuler. Tahap ketiga adalah mengatur tahapan internalisasi soft skill bela negara berdasarkan bentuk kegiatannya. Tahap internalisasi dimulai dengan tahap pengenalan, kesadaran, penguatan, aktualisasi dan penguatan lebih lanjut. Tahap ketiga ini adalah model internalisasi soft skill pertahanan negara yang terintegrasi dan berkelanjutan.Kata Kunci: internalisasi, soft skills, bela negara, integratif, berkelanjutan

This article is the result of institutional research, which aims to develop a model of internalization of state defense soft skills for FISIP students of UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta who can graduate with state defense character. In this article, several stages were carried out, namely, the first stage in formulating the state defense soft skills derived from the basic values of state defense. The next stage is to arrange the forms of activities carried out starting to be accepted as new students until students being graduated. The activities consist of curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. The final stage is to arrange the stages of internalization of state defense soft skills based on the forms of the activities. The internalization stage begins with the stages of introduction, awareness, reinforcement, actualization and further strengthening. This third stage is a model of internalization of integrated and sustainable state defense soft skills.Keywords: internalization, soft skills, state defense, integrated, sustainable

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menjelaskan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, pelatihan kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan pada 39 orang karyawan PT. Gunung Hidayah di banker, Kalimantan Selatan, Indonesia. Sampel jenuh dilakukan pada penelitian ini mengingat jumlah karyawan yang memenugi kriteria secara metodologi relative terbatas. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan alat bantu SPSS. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, pelatihan kerja, dan kompensasi secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini telah memberikan dukungan kepada perusahaan untuk menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan yang tepat, meningkatkan pelatihan sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan dan karyawan, serta menjamin kompensasi yang adil.

This study is dedicated to examining how the implementation of green accounting and the disclosure of corporate social responsibility impact the value of mining companies in Indonesia through profitability. Green accounting is a relatively novel area of research in Indonesia, particularly in the context of the mining sector. Given the ongoing governmental reforms in the mining industry, with the prohibition of raw material exports under Law Number 3 of 2020 amending Law Number 4 of 2009 on Mineral and Coal Mining, the study finds it intriguing to explore the implications of green accounting. The ban on nickel ore exports, as stipulated by the aforementioned legal amendments, sparked strong opposition from the European Union, leading to Indonesia being taken to the World Trade Organisation (WTO) in early 2021. This policy aligns with the broader objective of downstreaming, which seeks to secure a domestic supply of raw materials for mineral processing and refining, thereby mitigating adverse environmental effects. To initiate the research, the first step involves gathering data on pertinent variables from the financial statements of mining companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). Subsequently, SPSS will be employed to conduct tests and assess the influence of green accounting and corporate social responsibility disclosure on firm value, with profitability acting as a mediating factor.

The use of e-wallets is increasingly needed by entrepreneurs to improve their business performance. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of perceived ease of use on perceived usefulness, customer satisfaction, and continuance intention. This research was conducted on students who own businesses and use e-wallets to operate their businesses. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Respondents used in this study amounted to 85 people. Data analysis using SEM-PLS. The results of the study found that Perceived Ease of Use has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Perceived Ease of Use has no significant effect on Continuance Intention, Perceived Usefulness has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Perceived Usefulness has no significant effect on Continuance Intention, and Customer Satisfaction has a significant effect on Continuance Intention. The results of this study suggest that e-wallet companies increase customer satisfaction because they play an important role in linking Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness to Continuance Intention.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mendapatkan bukti secara empiris pengaruh dari Profitabilitas, Leverage, Komisaris Independen, Komite Audit, dan Diversitas Gender Dewan terhadap Tax Avoidance. Objek yang diamati pada penelitian ini yaitu Perusahaan Industri Barang Konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2017-2021. Penelitian yang dilakukan berjenis Explanatory Research dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan purposive sampling untuk memilih sampel sesuai dengan kriteria tertentu. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 43 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis statistik deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif terhadap Tax Avoidance, Leverage berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap Tax Avoidance, Komisaris Independen berpengaruh positif terhadap Tax Avoidance, Komite Audit berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap Tax Avoidance, dan Diversitas Gender Dewan berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap Tax Avoidance. Serta Profitabilitas, Leverage, Komisaris Independen, Komite Audit, dan Diversitas Gender Dewan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Tax Avoidance.
