This study aims to analyze the implementation of curriculum policy on learning management to achieve student learning outcomes. The research method used in this study is a descriptive analysis method with observation techniques, survey techniques, interview techniques, and documentation study techniques. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypotheses of the study is statistics with path analysis models. With the R square test or coefficient of determination, the obtained R square value is 0.478 with an Adjusted R Square value of 0.454. It can be explained that the contribution of curriculum policy implementation and learning management to student learning outcomes is 45.4%, while the remaining 54.6% is influenced by other factors not examined. The recommendations in this study are as follows: First, for the variable of curriculum policy implementation, there should be proper guidance and good cooperation to ensure effective curriculum policy implementation. Second, for the variable of learning management, a collaborative approach, provision of resources and support, clear communication, and explanation are needed. Third, for the variable of learning outcomes, teachers can implement learning strategies such as group discussions, project-based assignments, case analysis, debates, and others. These strategies should be applied consistently and provide opportunities for students to practice and develop their skills.

Abstract

The purpose of this quantitative research is to find out how debt structure and family ownership affect the performance of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2021. With a population of 120 out of 40 samples of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange were selected through a purposive technique sampling. This study uses secondary data and is analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the debt structure has a significant negative effect on company performance as measured using the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR). This is because the higher the use of debt, the greater the risk that will be borne by the company, so that it can reduce the company's financial performance. Meanwhile, ownership structure has no significant effect on firm performance as measured by the dummy variable. This is due to the lack of family control over the company. According to this study, family firms tend to have positive control over their business and limit their use of debt. This is because the family tends to have positive control over the company and lower debt, which can improve company performance.

Abstract

The internationalization of higher education has become a critical strategy for enhancing institutional competitiveness, academic mobility, and global engagement. This study aims to compare approaches between developed and developing countries, examining key strategies, systemic barriers, and implications for global education equity. A narrative literature review was conducted using sources from Scopus, Google Scholar, and Web of Science, applying systematic inclusion and exclusion criteria. Keywords such as "internationalization of higher education," "global competitiveness," and "developing countries" guided the search process. The findings reveal that developed countries benefit from comprehensive policy frameworks, robust infrastructure, and institutional autonomy, enabling more effective implementation of internationalization practices. In contrast, developing countries face constraints related to funding, governance, and language proficiency, which hinder their global participation. Notable strategies such as student and faculty mobility, international academic partnerships, curriculum integration, and engagement with the academic diaspora emerged as essential yet unevenly applied. The role of government policy, particularly in facilitating international partnerships and improving language and digital competencies, is pivotal. Despite current efforts, the literature lacks sufficient longitudinal and comparative data, suggesting the need for further research that includes diverse geographic and institutional contexts. This study highlights the urgency for policy-driven, context-sensitive strategies to bridge global disparities and supports inclusive internationalization as a means to achieve balanced global higher education development.
