Abstract

Era Society 4.0 menuntut pemimpin organisasi untuk berinovasi menemukan metode untuk mengembangkan kapasitas gaya pimpinan. Digital leadership adalah salah satu bentuk kepemimpinan yang tepat diterapkan saat ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan guna mengetahui strategi digital leadership di era society 4.0 yang dilakukan oleh pimpinan pada lembaga/perusahaan. Metode penelitian menggunakan systematic literature review (SLR) melalui bantuan VOS Viewer, dengan mensistesis penelitian terdahulu untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan terdapat 15 artikel yang telah diseleksi dari 50 artikel yang sesuai dengan bahasan untuk setiap bab yang dipaparkan. Berdasarkan hasil literature review dapat di simpulan bahwa ditemukan tiga strategi digital leadership yang bisa dipilih di era society 4.0 yaitu sistem berpikir, kecerdasan kontekstual, dan strategi metakognitif

Abstract

This study aims to explore Multiculture Education and Performance through meta-analysis so that it can provide an alternative offer of better knowledge about Multiculture Education literature and performance in improving teacher performance which can support student success. The teacher is a facilitator for students to transfer knowledge in the classroom, moreover the existence of various cultures requires teachers to have high academic achievement, self-confidence, and self-motivation. This research was conducted to explore, examine and ensure the suitability of multicultural education and performance. This study uses a systematic review research method to investigate the concepts of multiculture education and performance in terms of definitions, antecedents, and outcomes. The literature search technique uses bibliometric techniques with the Vos Viewer application and sources search through the Scopus and Google Scholar databases with acquisitions from the 2017-2022 range, so the total articles searched for are 996 journals applied to Harzing's Publish or Perish edition 8.6.4198.8332 on the search date 08 November 2022. This literature review focuses on multiculture education to better understand the forms and features of such programs that contribute to teacher self-efficacy and success in working with culturally diverse students. Based on the explanation of the findings of the search for the articles above regarding the meta-analytic study between Multiculture and Performance, it can be concluded that several previous studies confirmed a positive relationship between Multiculture education and Performance, with the meta-analysis concluded that the average effect of multiculture education can increase performance by 0.24 or 24% which is included in the low category. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of trust and ease of using Paylater on impulse buying tendencies of e-commerce users. This study uses quantitative methods based on a questionnaire obtained from 100 respondents using a Likert scale. This research data was calculated using SPSS through validity & reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regression analysis, partial t test, simultaneous f test, & coefficient of determination test. The results of this study show that the ease of use of Paylater has a significant positive effect on impluse buying, while trust in Paylater is not proven to have a significant effect on impluse buying. However, the finding of no significant effect of trust in the use of Paylater on impluse buying contradictsprevious research (Verhagen et al, 2011). This difference may be due to different research contexts or other factors that influence consumer trust in Paylater. The conclusion of this study is that the findings of this study add new insights in studying what factors influence impulse buying in the context of e-commerce, especially related to the use of Paylater.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of how Fintech Technology has an important role as a transformation agent in Sharia financial institutions. The research position of existing research is to establish 4 (four) hypotheses including (H1): Fintech technology has a direct positive and significant effect on transformation agents at PM UQI Bogor. (H2): Does fintech technology have a direct positive and significant effect on Sharia financial services at PM UQI Bogor. (H3): Do transformation agents have a direct positive and significant effect on sharia financial services at PM UQI Bogor. (H4): Does the Trust of Santri Guardians have a direct positive and significant effect on Sharia financial services at PM UQI Bogor. The data in this research was obtained through a questionnaire distributed via Google Form which was filled in by respondents, namely PM IUQI Santri Guardians with a total of 200 respondents. This research uses non-probability sampling, using convenience sampling. The data testing method in this research is by using Amos version 24, namely by testing the validity test, reliability test, direct hypothesis test, and full SEM model suitability test. The findings from the results of this research are that all the hypotheses proposed in this research are accepted or all are influential and significant. The findings show that the adoption of Fintech Technology has made a major contribution in improving Sharia financial services at PM UQI Bogor. Fintech technology is not just a technological tool, but is also a major catalyst in changing the way Sharia financial services are provided and accessed by Islamic boarding school parents (Khan, F., Ahmad, R., & Ali, 2020). The implications of this research are encouragement of technology adoption, the importance of transformation agents, focus on user trust. The limitations of this research are the limited sample size, limited variables and this research was conducted cross-sectionally. Suggestions for further research are expanding the scope of research to other Sharia financial institutions, developing other variables to be researched, further research can be carried out longitudinally.

Abstract

Changes in work patterns and the growing demands for digital competencies require organizations to enhance the quality of human resources, particularly in the context of talent development. This study is motivated by the importance of understanding the role of Digital Learning Capability and Professional Development Support in influencing Talent Performance, with Self-Efficacy acting as a mediating variable. The objective of this research is to analyze both the direct and indirect effects among these variables within the framework of digital and psychological-based talent performance development. This study employs a quantitative approach using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The sample consists of university lecturers, with a total of 150 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire based on a Likert scale, and analyzed using the SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results indicate that Professional Development Support has a significant influence on both Self-Efficacy and Talent Performance, whereas Digital Learning Capability does not have a significant direct effect on either variable. Moreover, Self-Efficacy demonstrates a very strong influence on Talent Performance and serves as a key mediating variable between professional development support and talent performance. These findings reinforce the critical role of professional development as a primary strategy for building individual confidence, which positively impacts performance. The novelty of this study lies in its integration of digital learning capabilities with psychological constructs and performance within a single structural model that addresses the challenges of modern work transformation.

Abstract

Perubahan lingkungan bisnis yang semakin terdigitalisasi menuntut pelaku UMKM, termasuk industri tahu, untuk melakukan transformasi digital agar dapat mempertahankan keberlanjutan usahanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh adopsi teknologi produksi dan digital marketing terhadap keberlanjutan usaha melalui inovasi produk sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 pelaku usaha tahu di Kota Depok sebagai responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adopsi teknologi produksi dan digital marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap inovasi produk maupun keberlanjutan usaha. Selain itu, inovasi produk terbukti menjadi variabel mediasi yang memperkuat pengaruh adopsi teknologi produksi dan digital marketing terhadap keberlanjutan usaha. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya transformasi digital sebagai strategi kunci dalam menciptakan keunggulan bersaing yang berkelanjutan di tengah tantangan pasar yang dinamis. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pelaku usaha yang aktif mengadopsi teknologi dan menerapkan digital marketing secara efektif, serta terus berinovasi dalam produknya, cenderung memiliki keberlangsungan usaha yang lebih baik. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan dukungan kebijakan dan program pengembangan kapasitas digital secara berkelanjutan bagi UMKM.

Abstract

Students’ career interest has become a critical issue in navigating the dynamic and complex challenges of today’s job market. This study aims to analyze the influence of Self-Talent Branding and Organizational Support on students’ Career Interest, both directly and through the mediating variables of Self-Efficacy and Career Adaptability. A quantitative approach was employed using a causal research design and data collected through questionnaires distributed to 150 final-year undergraduate students. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results revealed that both Self-Talent Branding and Organizational Support significantly influence Career Adaptability, which in turn has a positive impact on students’ Career Interest. The mediating pathway from Organizational Support through Career Adaptability to Career Interest was also found to be significant, highlighting the crucial role of career adaptability in linking organizational support and students’ career aspirations. Conversely, Self-Efficacy did not exhibit a significant effect, either directly on Career Interest or as a mediator between Self-Talent Branding and Organizational Support and Career Interest. The study concludes that Career Adaptability is a substantial mediating variable in the relationship between personal branding and organizational support and students’ career interest. Future research is recommended to explore additional factors such as social environment, internship experiences, and future orientation to deepen the understanding of how career interest is developed among young generations

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of administrative service quality and office facilities on savings premiums at Indonesian Islamic banks (BSI). The position of research from existing research is by setting 3 (three) hypotheses, including H1: Service Quality (X1) has a positive effect on Interest in Saving (Y). H2: Facility Quality (X2) has a positive effect on Interest in Saving (Y). H3: Service Quality (X1) and Facility Quality (X2) together have a positive effect on Interest in Saving (Y). The data in this study were obtained through a questionnaire consisting of three variables using a Likert scale on customers or users of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). The data testing method in this study is to use SPSS version 25, namely by testing the validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, R2 determinant coefficient test (simulation test) and partial test (t-test). The findings of the results of this study are that the quality of service and facilities have a positive and significant effect on saving intentions. This result shows that quality facilities and services strongly influence customer interest in saving. In addition, this aspect contributes to the company's profits. Customer satisfaction will increase in proportion to the level of service quality of the company, which in turn will have a positive effect on the Interest in saving Bank Syariah Indonesia. The findings of this study are expected to provide new knowledge, especially in management science.

Abstract

The Mobile Brigade Corps of the Indonesian National Police carries strategic responsibilities that require personnel to demonstrate strong organizational citizenship behaviour supported by intrapreneurial attributes. Intrapreneurial factors within public security institutions are increasingly important to enhance adaptability innovation and sustainable organizational performance in line with the Sustainable Development Goals particularly SDGs 8 on decent work and SDGs 16 on strong institutions. This study aims to examine the influence of intrapreneurial related factors namely perceived organizational support empowering leadership and proactive personality on organizational citizenship behaviour with leader member exchange as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey of 8020 Mobile Brigade Corps personnel with 367 respondents selected through simple random sampling. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with AMOS version 24. The results indicate that perceived organizational support empowering leadership and proactive personality significantly influence organizational citizenship behaviour both directly and indirectly through leader member exchange. The mediating role of leader member exchange strengthens the relationship between intrapreneurial factors and extra role behaviour. The findings highlight the importance of fostering an intrapreneurial environment within public security organizations to promote voluntary and proactive employee behaviour. This study contributes to organizational development strategies that support institutional effectiveness sustainability and the achievement of SDGs oriented governance.

Abstract

Organizational dynamics and increasing demands for employee loyalty require adaptive leadership approaches and strategic talent management. This study is motivated by the need to understand the roles of Leadership Agility and Talent Identification in enhancing Organizational Commitment, with Employee Engagement and Work Meaningfulness serving as mediating variables. The objective of this research is to analyze both the direct and indirect effects among these constructs to develop a sustainable model of organizational commitment. A quantitative approach was employed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The respondents were employees, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a structured Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed with SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results reveal that Leadership Agility significantly influences Employee Engagement, while Talent Identification significantly affects Work Meaningfulness. Both mediating variables Employee Engagement and Work Meaningfulness—have a significant impact on Organizational Commitment, confirming their roles as mediators within the structural model. These findings suggest that agile leadership development and effective talent identification systems can foster meaningful work experiences and emotional involvement that directly enhance organizational commitment. The novelty of this study lies in the integration of leadership, talent management, employee work experience, and organizational loyalty into a single structural framework, offering relevant insights for addressing the challenges of modern human resource management.
