Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted to determine the effect of supervision on employee work discipline at PT PLN (Persero) Palembang area. The aim of this research is to determine and test whether there is an influence of supervision on employee work discipline at PT PLN (Persero) Palembang Area. The data collection technique used in this research was through distributing questionnaires to 60 employees of PT PLN (Persero) Palembang Area. Data analysis in this research is quantitative and uses the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) Version 22 program. Data testing techniques in this research include validity and reliability tests, simple linear regression tests, correlation coefficient tests, and t tests. Based on data processing, the simple linear regression equation obtained for the variable supervision (X) on work discipline (Y) is Y= 23.508+0.450, and the correlation coefficient (R) value between supervision (X) and work discipline (Y) is 0.564. where this value is a fairly positive value between supervision (X) and work discipline (Y). Based on hypothesis testing with the t test, tcount = 5.207. With a significant value of (0.000 < α 0.05). This means that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, the supervision variable has a significant influence on the employee work discipline variable. Keywords : Supervision and work discipline. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pengawasan Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Karyawan pada PT PLN (Persero) Area Palembang. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menguji ada tidaknya Pengaruh Pengawasan Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Karyawan pada PT PLN (Persero) Area Palembang. Teknik Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 60 orang karyawan PT PLN (Persero) Area Palembang. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) Versi 22. Teknik pengujian data dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji regresi linier sederhana, uji koefisien korelasi, dan uji t. Berdasarkan pengolahan data diperoleh persamaan regresi linier sederhana untuk variabel pengawasan (X) terhadap disiplin kerja (Y) adalah Y= 23,508+0,450, dan diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi (R) antara pengawasan (X) terhadap disiplin kerja (Y) adalah sebesar 0,564, dimana nilai tersebut merupakan nilai yang cukup positif antara pengawasan (X) terhadap disiplin kerja (Y). Berdasarkan uji hipotesis dengan uji t diperoleh thitung = 5,207. Dengan nilai signifikan sebesar (0,000 < α 0,05). Artinya H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dengan demikian variabel pengawasan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel disiplin kerja karyawan Keywords : Pengawasan dan disipilin kerja.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak kemampuan dan stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.Kedamaian Palembang. Rumusan masalah apakah dampak dari kemampuan dan stress kerja berpengaruh baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Kedamaian Palembang.Populasi dalam penelitian sebanyak 44 karyawan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis yang diterapkan adalah regresi linier berganda, disertai dengan pengujian instrumen berupa uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan dan stres kerja memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Kedamaian Palembang, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberi masukan dan membantu perusahaan untuk mningkatkan kemampuan kerja dan mengurangi stress kerja sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada PT.Kedamaian Palembang. Kata Kunci: Kemampuan Kerja,Stres Kerja,Kinerja Karyawan. ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the impact of ability and work stress on the performance of employees of PT.Kedamaian Palembang.The formulatiom of the problem is whether the impact of Ability and work stress influence both simultaneously and partially on the performace of employees Of PT.Kedamaian Palembang. The population in the study was 44 employees. The data used in this study consists of primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques include questionnaires and documentation. The analysis method applied is multiple linear regression, accompanied by instrument testing through validity and reliability tests. The hypothesis testing results indicate that both ability and work stress have a significant positive influence on employee performance at PT. Kedamaian Palembang, both simultaneously and partially. The results of this research are expected to provide input and help companies to improve work ability and reduce work stress so that they can improve employee performance at PT.Kedamaian Palembang. Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of work attitude and work ethic on employee performance at a company in the Golden Sriwijaya Building, Palembang. The background of this study is based on the importance of attitude and work ethic in improving individual performance in the workplace. The study employs a quantitative approach, with data collected through initial interviews with one employee and the distribution of questionnaires to 41 respondents. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that work attitude and work ethic simultaneously have a significant impact on employee performance, contributing 28.0%, while 72.0% is influenced by other factors. The calculated F-value of 7.391 > the critical F-value of 2.46, and the significance level of 0.002 < 0.005, leading to the rejection of H₀ and the acceptance of H₁. These findings indicate that work attitude and work ethic play a crucial role in improving employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Tangible, Empathy, Responsiveness, Reliability, and Assurance variables on the level of customer satisfaction at FaruqAlkan Wedding Organizer located in Palembang City, this type of research is qualitative analysis, the sample used in this study was 24 people with saturated side taking, The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, and the results of this study use a validity test which is declared valid because each question RHitung above RTabel (0.4404). The reliability test is declared reliable because each question Crobach's alpha is above 0.60. The t test (partial) stated that the variables Tangible, Empathy, Responsiveness, Reliability, and Assurance have a significant effect on the Consumer Satisfaction variable. The F test (simultaneous) states that the variables Tangible, Empathy, Responsiveness, Reliability, and Assurance together or simultaneously have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction.The results of the analysis indicate the influence of the variables Tangible, Empathy, Responsiveness, Reliability, and Assurance which are able to explain consumer satisfaction by 86.8%. Meanwhile, the remaining 13.2% is influenced by other factors outside the variables studied, such as Product Quality, Price, and Emotional Factors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital marketing and product packaging on consumer purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously. The object of the study was the Sagarurung Sika Awan Fish UMKM located in Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir (PALI) Regency, with 201 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed through a series of statistical tests. The results of the validity test showed that all statement items in the questionnaire were declared valid, because the r-count value was greater than the r-table which was 0.164. The reliability test showed that the research instrument had good internal consistency, with a Cronbach's Alpha value exceeding 0.6. The normality test showed that the data was normally distributed. In addition, the results of the heteroscedasticity test carried out using a scatterplot did not identify a clear pattern, so it can be concluded that there were no symptoms of heteroscedasticity. The multicollinearity test also showed adequate results, with a Variance Inflation Factor (VIF) value of 2.343, which was below the threshold of 10, so there was no indication of multicollinearity. The results of the simultaneous regression analysis (F test) show that digital marketing and packaging variables have a significant influence on purchasing decisions, as reflected in the F-count value of 452.076 which is greater than the F-table of 2.33. Partially, the results of the t-test indicate that digital marketing has a significant influence on purchasing decisions, with a t-count value of 7.301, exceeding the t-table of 1.286, and a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. Likewise, packaging is also proven to have a significant influence with a t-count value of 13.530 and a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. Based on the contribution analysis, digital marketing contributes 33.6% to purchasing decisions, while packaging contributes 48.4%. The coefficient of determination (R²) value obtained of 0.820 indicates that 82% of the variation in purchasing decisions can be explained by the two independent variables. Meanwhile, the remaining 18% is influenced by other variables not covered in this study, such as competition factors, pricing policies, and economic conditions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there are differences in online and offline promotions on purchasing decisions at food and beverage companies in Palembang City (Case Study Mein Garden Cafe Palembang). The research method used is the Paired Sample T-test. The data used in this study are secondary data, namely data obtained from Mein Garden Cafe Palembang. As well as using primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to 272 respondents of Mein Garden Cafe Palembang consumers.The results showed that there was a significant difference at Mein Garden Cafe Palembang, it is known that the significant value of 0.045 <0.10, which means that there is a significant difference between online promotion and offline promotion.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the financial performance of Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia using a financial ratio approach consisting of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Non-Performing Financing (NPF), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), and Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO). This research uses secondary data that is quantitative in nature. Data were obtained from the annual financial statement documents of several sharia commercial banks authorized by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) over a specific period. To determine the effectiveness and efficiency of each bank's performance, quantitative descriptive analysis and financial ratios were used. Although it depends on several factors, the results of this study show that the financial performance of Islamic banks, overall, is quite satisfactory. Although ROA, which indicates the bank's competence in generating profits from all its properties, needs to be improved to reach the ideal efficiency standards. According to Bank Indonesia regulations, the NPF ratio is within safe limits, indicating good financing quality. Meanwhile, the FDR indicates that most Islamic banks are quite aggressive in disbursing their funds, while some BOPO ratios show a level of operational efficiency that needs improvement. This study provides an overview of the role of Islamic bank management in strategic decision-making. Additionally, it serves as a reference for investors and regulators to evaluate and improve the performance of the national sharia banking industry.

Abstract

This study focuses on the analysis of the extent to which organizational culture and work discipline influence the performance of PALI Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) employees. Both factors are considered to play an important role in supporting performance improvement, especially in government agencies that demand professionalism and a high level of discipline. The study was conducted quantitatively, with data obtained through surveys and interviews. The author was directly involved in data collection by distributing questionnairs to 40 respondents and conducting interviews with one of the civil servants in the PALI Satpol PP environment. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression methods. This study revealed that organizational culture and work discipline simultannesously or together have a significant influence on the performance of PALI Satpol PP employees by 62.8%. The rest is influenced by several factors including motivation, leadership, training and development and work environment.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effect of workload and career development on employee performance at BPS Palembang city, both together and separately. The approach used is quantitative, with primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to 41 respondents who are employees of BPS Palembang city. The data collected were then analyzed using multiple linear regression methods to identify the relationship between the independent variables (workload and career developmet) and the dependent variable (work performance). The results of the study indicate that workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while career development does not show a significant effect. This finding is supported by the regression coefficient value for workload of 0,295 with a significance level below 0.05. in contrast, career development has a regression coefficient of 0.033 with a significance value of 0.821, which exceeds the threshold of 0.05. the resulting regression equation is Y = 26.960 + 0.295X1 + 0.033X2, where X1 refers to workload and X2 to career development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance at PT Bank BRI Muara Enim Branch. The research employs a quantitative methodology, using questionnaires to collect data from 60 participants. The data collected were then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The findings of this study reveal that leadership style and organizational culture have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, both collectively and individually. These findings emphasize that strong leadership and a supportive organizational culture are essential for optimizing employee performance, particularly in the banking sector.
