Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui tingkat kondisi fisik atlet pencak silat yang meliputi 7 (tujuh) komponen kondisi fisik yaitu kekuatan, kecepatan, kelentukan, kelincahan, koordinasi, keseimbangan, dan daya tahan. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode survei dengan jumlah sampel 20 atlet pencak silat di PP Rodlotul Chikmah, Kabupaten Nganjuk kategori usia 14 – 15 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kondisi fisik atlet pencak silat Pagar Nusa Raudlotul Chikmah Kabupaten Nganjuk mayoritas dalam kategori sedang. Melalui hasil dari penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan untuk menyusun program latihan sehingga dapat memberikan sumbangan data untuk dasar evaluasi atlet dalam memonitoring perkembangan selama proses latihan.

Abstract

The Progress of the World of Education with the 4.0 Industrial Revolution marked by the increasing era of digital manufacturing is driven by four factors: 1) an increase in data volume, computing power, and connectivity; 2) the emergence of analysis, capabilities, and business intelligence; 3) the occurrence of new forms of interaction between humans and machines; and 4) improvement of digital transfer instructions to the physical world, such as robotics and 3D printing. The World of Learning Education Particularly in sports is also highly developed along with the revolution of the era, namely Industrial Revolution 4.0. The emergence of this development is marked by the increasing number and sophistication of learning aids and sport science that can be connected with an exercise application or sports learning that can easily be accessed through the internet network. Physical Education in the School is a part of sports that is directly related to students, in this case, it is very appropriate and strategically ideal for finding talent or sports scenting, with such developments expected to be able to contribute significantly to the achievement of sports coaching. The minimum contribution is in the form of important information for sports practitioners related to sport height owned by students in Indonesia. Tallent sports information should be connected to an application that can be accessed by stakeholders or sports coaching practitioners so that in this case it can be directly followed up as a long-term coaching reference in determining the talent program. The emergence of advancing times that continue to grow or commonly referred to as the 4.0 industrial revolution today will provide the right opportunity for the acceleration of the progress of Indonesian sports.

Abstract

This research investigates the motor movement abilities of elementary school students at the Nusantara University PGRI Kediri Laboratory Elementary School using t-score conversion and norm categorization into five categories. Of the 146 students studied, the results showed that the distribution of motor skills included 33% of students in the "Poor" category, 44% in the "Medium" category, 11% in the "Good" category, and 13% in the "Very Good" category, with no students which falls into the "Very Poor" category. Analysis using t-score shows an average value of 152.4478 with significant variation (SD = 17.9229). This study confirms the importance of comprehensive evaluation and accurate statistical methods in understanding and improving students' motor skills in elementary education.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the biomotor abilities of PSHT pencak silat athletes in Desa Ketawang, Kecamatan Gondang, Kabupaten Nganjuk. Initial observations indicated that female athletes exhibited weaknesses in speed, strength, agility, coordination, and endurance, leading to quick fatigue and suboptimal technical execution. The research employed a quantitative method with a series of tests, including a 60-meter sprint, push-ups, ball wall, wall squat, agility T-test, and a 1000-meter run. The results showed that 13.33% of the athletes were in the excellent category, 20% in good, 40% in fair, 20% in poor, and 6.67% in very poor. Overall, the biomotor profile of the athletes was categorized as fair. These findings suggest the need for more targeted training programs to enhance the biomotor abilities of the athletes, particularly in speed, strength, and endurance, to achieve optimal performance in pencak silat.

Abstract

Ranuagung Village is one of the villages located in Tiris District, Probolinggo Regency. In addition to having a very beautiful lake charming to the eye, this village is also famous for the largest production of mangosteen and duren fruits in Probolinggo. Not only about producing fruit, cultural and Islamic traditions in Ranuagung village are also varied. Starting from the tradition of tingkeban (7 months), rejeban, maulidan, selapanan, suroan, and so on. Based on the results of the above findings, the formulation of the tradition of rejeban or more commonly called isra 'mi'raj will be the main program in this study. The selection of Isra' Mi'raj as the subject of KKN-PKM assistance in Ranuagung Village, Tiris District, Probolinggo Regency is not without reason and has been mutually agreed. There is an update to the concept of activities to give a different and more attractive impression from the warnings that were previously the main focus in the mentoring process this time. This PKM activity is carried out with steps that refer to Inculturation, Discovery, Design, Define and Reflection. The activity began with the reading of the holy verses of the Qur'an by student representatives. Next is the reading of istighosah together, followed by the reading of the Prophet's mawlid and prayer. Then the next session was a short lecture regarding the important events of Isra' Mi'raj. In this case, the commemoration of Isra' Mi'raj is generally celebrated in various ways. However, for residents in rural areas, it needs renewal as well as development with the aim of better understanding the meaning of the celebration of the night of Isra' and Mi'raj.

Abstract

Pendidikan jasmani merupakan suatu wadah pendidikan melalui aktivitas jasmani. Implementasi pendidikan jasmani yang keluar dari konsep kurikulum karena tuntutan anak untuk berprestasi dalam bidang olahraga tertentu dan semakin banyaknya spesialisasi olahraga sejak dini menimbulkan dampak negative terhadap pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak-anak di masa yang akan datang. Literasi fisik menjadi salah satu solusi untuk memecahkan permasalahan tersebut, sehingga anak-anak maupun orang tua memiliki pemahaman yang lebih terkait dengan motivasi, kepercayaan diri, kompetensi fisik, serta pengetahuan dan pemahaman bagaimana bergerak sesuai dengan tingkat perkembangannya. Dengan metode workshop, program pengabdian pada masyarakat bertujuan menambah pengetahuan para guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Loceret dan bisa mengaplikasikan langsung ke peserta didiknya masing-masing.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the impact of utilizing fiberglass ripstix equipment on students' motivation to learn rhythmic gymnastics. The The Research and Development (R&D) methodology used in this study is based on the ADDIE model, which includes five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. research participants were fourth-grade students from SDN Betet 3, SDN Ngletih 1, and SDN Banaran 2 in Kediri City. To evaluate the appropriateness of the media., Validation tests were carried out by three specialists: a material expert, a media expert, and a practitioner expert. The study also featured a small-scale trial with 10 students and a large-scale trial involving 40 students. The results of the study are as follows: (1) The material validation received a score of 81.25%, classified as Very Appropriate; the media validation scored 90%, which is also categorized as Very Appropriate; and the practitioner validation reached 95%, indicating it is Very Appropriate. (2) In the trials, the small-scale trial at SDN Betet 3 scored 91.33%, the large-scale trial conducted at SDN Ngletih 1 achieved a score of 91.73%, and the large-scale trial at SDN Banaran 2 scored 89.87%. All these results fall under the Very Feasible category. (3) It was concluded that fiberglass ripstix media is highly suitable for use in PJOK learning without requiring any modifications.

Abstract

Physical education is a learning process that aims to improve physical fitness, motor skills, and healthy living behaviors. In this context, the long serve technique in badminton is one of the basic skills that are important for students to master. This study aims to develop an effective learning model in teaching long service techniques to grade V students, using a Research and Development (R&D) approach through the ADDIE method. The learning process includes needs analysis, material design, media development, implementation, and evaluation. The results showed that 85% of students achieved the excellent category in long service skills, with 10% good and 5% adequate. This data was obtained from observations and interviews that showed student enthusiasm and the availability of adequate learning media. This study concludes that systematic and structured teaching of basic badminton techniques can significantly improve students' skills. The advice given is that students stay active and focused in learning, and teachers are expected to be able to convey the material clearly to achieve optimal learning goals. This research is expected to make a positive contribution to the development of physical education at the elementary school level.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berlatarbelakang observasi di UPT SDN Pojok 2 Kediri, yang menunjukkan keterampilan gerak lokomotor siswa kelas V belum optimal akibat kurangnya aktivitas modifikasi pembelajaran yang menyebabkan kurangnya sikap dalam ayunan tangan saat berlari, koordinasi kaki saat melompat, dan sikap tubuh yang kurang tepat, diperparah oleh keterbatasan sarana prasarana. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, peneliti mengusulkan inovasi pembelajaran sederhana melalui aktivitas circuit training. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) ini bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan gerak lokomotor siswa melalui kombinasi gerakan berlari, meloncat, dan melompat dalam lintasan yang dimodifikasi. Metode deskriptif kuantitatif digunakan untuk menganalisis data numerik hasil tes. Siklus PTK mengikuti model Arikunto, meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dari tes awal hingga siklus II. Siswa dengan skor tinggi meningkat dari 40% menjadi 85%, sementara siswa dengan skor rendah menurun dari 10% menjadi 0%. Peningkatan ini membuktikan efektivitas modifikasi circuit training dalam meningkatkan keterampilan gerak lokomotor siswa, memberikan stimulasi yang tepat, memotivasi siswa, dan relevan bagi perkembangan keterampilan gerak lokomotor siswa. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini diakhiri pada siklus II karena tujuan peningkatan keterampilan gerak dasar lokomotor telah tercapai dengan baik

Abstract

Studi ini merupakan Penelitian Tindak Kelas (PTK) melalui pendekatan siklus. Studi ini memiliki tujuan dalam mengetahui penerapan media pembelajaran komik untuk menambah motivasi belajar siswa pada Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan (PJOK). Tahapan studi ini menggunakan 2 siklus, dari kedua siklustersebut terdiri dari tahapan, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pegamatan, dan refleksi. Untuk siklus 1, rata-rata motivasi belajar siswa yaitu 48,33%. Kemudian pada siklus 2 mengalami kenaikan secara signifikan menjadi 70%. Peningkatan sebesar 21,67% menandakan perubahan yang bermanfaat dalam antusiasme dan keterlibatan siswa dalam belajar. Temuan studi ini menunjukkan bahwa menggunakan media pembelajaran komik pada siklus 2 secara efektif meningkatkan minat dan motivasi siswa. Ini dapat diartikan bahwasannya dengan penerapan kegiatan pembelajaran yang menggunakan media komik telah memeberikan dampak positif. Respon positif yang diberikan siswa membuktikan bahwa dengan penambahan unsur dalam pembelajaran yang menarik, dapat menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran menjadi lebih interaktif dan positif.
