Abstract

Tujuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian Wardah Cosmetics di Tangerang Selatan.Metode. Metode penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan metode Asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pembeli kosmetik Wardah di Tangerang Selatan dengan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 98 orang responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda.Hasil. Penelitian ini memberikan bukti temuan bahwa 1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik Wardah di Tangerang Selatan. 2) Terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan antara harga terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik Wardah di Tangerang Selatan. 3) Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kualitas produk dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik Wardah di Tangerang Selatan.Implikasi. Harga dalam penelitian ini memberikan pengaruh negatif terhadap keputusan pembelian oleh karena itu pihak Wardah perlu memonitor harga yang ditetapkan oleh merek produk pesaing agar harga yang ditentukan Wardah tidak terlalu tinggi.

Abstract

Digital technology plays a vital role in various aspects of human life in the era of digitalization. Electronic devices such as the Internet and phones have changed how we interact, learn, work, and do business. In the current era of computers and the Internet, there are many impacts on society, both positive and negative. Rapid development must be halted in today's technological era. (Amalia et al., 2023). Adaptability is crucial for any country, especially as we enter the 5.0 era or the Super Smart Society. In this concept, modern society is expected to rely on modern technology for daily needs the application of AI evidences this. Artificial Intelligence (AI), a subfield of computer science, enables computers to perform tasks similar to human intelligence (Jaya et al., 2018).  Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a technology that enables computers and machines to simulate human learning, understanding, problem-solving, decision-making, creativity, and autonomy. (IBM.com). AI can analyze large amounts of data quickly and accurately. AI can be used in sales to understand consumer behavior patterns, predict market trends, and optimize budget efficiency. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pemanfaatan Instagram sebagai media komunikasi pemasaran oleh Pio Pio Store. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi masalah dalam penggunaan Instagram, serta langkah-langkah evaluasi dan perbaikan yang dilakukan untuk memaksimalkan platform sebagai sarana pemasaran. Fokus penelitian ini adalah memanfaatkan Instagram secara kreatif dan menarik untuk mencakup target pasar melalui promosi online yang unik dan informatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif untuk menganalisis data dari wawancara dengan pihak-pihak terkait di Pio Pio Store, serta observasi langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penjualan online Pio Pio Store sebelumnya mengalami penurunan karena promosi yang kurang optimal di Instagram. Namun, setelah evaluasi dan peningkatan strategi promosi, penjualan online mengalami peningkatan hingga 20%. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga membahas kondisi persaingan dengan toko serupa yang memanfaatkan Instagram sebagai media penjualan online, serta analisis strategi pesaing yang memiliki ciri khas dan menunjukkan potensi ancaman eksternal bagi Pio Pio Store..

Abstract

In today’s competitive retail landscape, customer satisfaction has become a crucial factor for business sustainability. Service quality plays a central role in shaping customer experiences and influencing their loyalty. This study investigates the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction at Kobantitar Mart, a retail outlet striving to enhance its service standards to meet growing consumer expectations. The research employs a descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach, utilizing a series of statistical tests to ensure data validity and reliability. The findings reveal that service quality has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction both partially and simultaneously. When the quality of service improves, customer satisfaction tends to increase. Conversely, a decline in service standards leads to reduced customer satisfaction. These results highlight the essential role of consistent and high-quality service delivery in fostering customer loyalty and ensuring business success. Furthermore, the study indicates that while service quality contributes substantially to customer satisfaction, there are still other influential factors outside the scope of this research. These insights suggest that continuous investment in service improvement is vital for maintaining competitive advantage and customer retention.

Abstract

Human resource quality is a key factor in achieving excellence in educational institutions. Many schools, particularly in developing or rural areas, face challenges in improving the skills and professionalism of their staff and organizational management. In response, a community service activity (PKM) titled "Improving the Quality of Human Resources at Tajaul Karomah Educational Institution, Situ Gadung Village, Tangerang Regency" was conducted to address these needs. The primary objective of this PKM was to strengthen the competence of teachers, school staff, foundation administrators, and student leaders in school governance, communication, and teamwork. The activity took place at Tajaul Karomah School on April 16, 2025. It was carried out by 12 lecturers from Universitas Pamulang and attended by 23 participants comprising teachers, staff, and foundation administrators, along with 10 student council (OSIS) members. The implementation methods included material presentations, simulations, discussions, and Q&A sessions, designed to create interactive and practical learning experiences. These approaches encouraged active participation and real-time problem-solving. As a result, the participants reported increased understanding of effective school leadership, improved communication strategies, and enhanced collaboration skills. The activity also fostered closer ties between higher education institutions and community-based schools, supporting sustainable educational development.

Abstract

This research was conducted to explore the factors influencing customer satisfaction in the highly competitive food and beverage industry, particularly in the context of Kopi Nako Lebak Bulus. With the growing number of coffee shop businesses, customer satisfaction has become a crucial determinant of business success and sustainability. Companies must understand which aspects most significantly influence their customers' experiences. Therefore, this study aims to examine the effect of service quality and pricing, both partially and simultaneously, on customer satisfaction. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method, with a total of 99 respondents selected through a simple random sampling technique. Data was collected through a structured questionnaire. The analytical tools used include simple linear regression analysis, correlation and determination coefficient tests, as well as validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity, t-tests, and F-tests. The findings reveal that both service quality and price have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, individually and jointly. This indicates that improving service quality and offering reasonable pricing are essential strategies to enhance customer experience. Consequently, management should prioritize these factors to foster customer loyalty and achieve a sustainable competitive advantage in the marketplace.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penyelenggaraan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat bertajuk "Sosialisasi dan Peneraan Prilaku Hidup Bersih Dan Sehat (PHBS) Sebagai Upaya Pencegahan Penyebaran Virus Covid-19 Pada Karang Taruna RW 06 Kelurahan Limo – Depok" adalah sebagai upaya pemenuhan kewajiban Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yaitu Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang akan dilaksanakan. Berdasarkan hal tersebut diatas maka dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan memberikan sosialisasi juga penerapan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) sebagai upaya dalam pecegahan penyebaran virus Covid-19 yang sedang mewabah di Indonesia . Metode yang digunakan dalam Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat berupa penyuluhan tentang cara-cara hidup bersih dan sehat sesuai arahan dari WHO dan juga Kementrian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia. Hasil Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yang diperoleh berupa pemahaman dan keinginan objek dari PKM untuk menerapkan hidup bersih dan sehat (PHBS) sehingga nantinya juga dapat menanggulangi penyebaran virus Covid-19.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Digital Marketing and Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions of PT Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk products. The background of this study departs from the increasing business competition in the modern herbal and pharmaceutical industry, where digital marketing strategies and strong brand image are the main keys in maintaining consumer loyalty. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method of 100 respondents who are consumers of PT Sido Muncul Tbk products in the Greater Jakarta area. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, while data analysis is carried out by multiple linear regression using SPSS software version 26. The results of the study indicate that Digital Marketing (X₁) and Brand Image (X₂) have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y) both partially and simultaneously. The t value for the Digital Marketing variable is 4.478 and Brand Image is 6.318, both significant at the 0.000 level (<0.05). The simultaneous test shows a calculated F value of 86.152 with Sig. 0.000 and an Adjusted R² value of 0.798, meaning that 79.8% of the variation in purchasing decisions can be explained by the two independent variables. Thus, it can be concluded that an effective digital marketing strategy and a strong brand image can increase consumer purchasing decisions for Sido Muncul products in the digital era.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in economic growth and community welfare. However, challenges in market competition, changing consumer behavior, and technological advancements require MSMEs to adapt through innovation and digitalization. This study aims to enhance the competitiveness of Jaringan Wirausaha (JAWARA) MSMEs in Bojongsari, Depok, by implementing innovative strategies based on digital technology. The Program Kreativitas Mahasiswa (PKM) methodology includes SWOT analysis to identify MSMEs’ strengths and weaknesses, digital business training, and the application of product and marketing innovation strategies. Findings indicate that the adoption of digital technology, such as e-commerce, social media marketing, and customer management systems, significantly improves operational efficiency, market reach, and revenue generation for JAWARA MSMEs. This program concludes that digitalization and innovation are essential factors in enhancing MSME competitiveness in the digital economy era. With proper education, business mentoring, and technology optimization, MSMEs can grow sustainably and remain competitive. This study provides strategic recommendations for local MSMEs to leverage technology-driven innovation for sustainable economic growth.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan kualitas produk baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Tweency Frozen Food di Depok. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu jumlah konsumen Tweency Frozen Food sebanyak 2055 konsumen. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Pursposive Sampling dengan rumus slovin dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 96 responden. Pengumpulan data dengan cara kuesioner, dan teknik analisis data dengan uji validitas, uji realibilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier, uji koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan bahwa t hitung > t tabel (14,390 > 1,985) Dari hasil analisis regresi linier sederhana di peroleh persamaan regresi Y = 12.397 +0,658X1, diperoleh nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,658 menunjukan pengaruh yang (positif). Dan kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan bahwa thitung > ttabel (13.498 > 1,985). Dan diperoleh nilai persamaan regresi Y = 7.864 + 0,781X2 jadi, koefiesien regresi sebesar 0,719 menunjukan pengaruh yang (positif), sedangkan secara simultan harga dan kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan persamaan regresi Y = 8.759 + 0.398X1 + 0.371X2, menunjukan pengaruh yang (positif). Dan hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai f hitung > f tabel atau (124.989 > 3,09), sedangkan hasil koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,729%, dapat disimpulkan bahwa harga dan kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian sebesar 72,9%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 27,1 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.
